Single mom Bristol Palin hit the pool with newborn daughter Sailor.

“My heart,” the Dancing with the Stars alum Instagrammed the image swimming with her 2-month-old baby girl.

In a series of photos, the former reality star went on to share shots from her tropical getaway.

Last month, Palin posted a photo of her growing girl, with the caption: “Looks exactly like her Daddy!”

The adorable image comes amid Palin’s legal issues.

Just days after claiming she “did not “lose” any custody case” regarding her 7-year-old son Tripp, it seems the mom-of-two is facing yet another legal battle.

Reportedly, Palin’s ex-fiancé Dakota Meyer has filed a motion for interim visitation and interim joint legal custody of Sailor.

While proceedings are still underway for his requests, Meyer also filed a motion for expedited consideration of visitation to hurry the process and inevitably see the newborn.

There’s been plenty of baby daddy drama for the single mom.

Although Palin has never confirmed it, and repeatedly dismissed all questions about paternity, Meyer took to Instagram with a photo and heartfelt message after Sailor’s birth.

“Best Christmas present ever!! I couldn’t be more proud of this little blessing,” he wrote.

Reportedly, Palin’s lawyer John Tiemessen said that Palin will not comment further regarding paternity.

The daughter of Sarah Palin – who who welcomed Tripp with ex-fiancé Levi Johnston – was scheduled to marry Meyer over Memorial Day weekend, but the pair called off their wedding the week before.
