Single mom Hilary Duff stepped out with her superhero son Luca, nearly 4, on Sunday (March 6).

While wearing a Spider-Man costume, the adorable preschooler and his famous mama, 28, headed into a kid’s birthday party in Studio City, Calif.

The day before, we spotted Luca and his parents – including former NHL star Mike Comrie – enjoying lunch at Au Fudge.

Last month, we spotted the friendly exes out and about with their son.

Although they split two years ago, the Sparks singer and the former hocker star, 35, just finalized their divorce on Jan. 28.

Reportedly, the exes will share joint custody of their son, with neither party receiving spousal support.

The So Yesterday hitmaker recently talked about co-parenting in peace.

“We have such a great kid, and we’re both so obsessed with him,” Hilary shared. “We are good friends and we laugh a lot and we have a great communication. We share pictures when one is not with Luca. Yeah, he’s great. We are great and we keep on trucking.”

As for remarriage and another child, she said: “I don’t want to say I wouldn’t get married again, but it’s not important to me. I don’t feel I would need to be married to have another child. If I felt strongly enough toward someone or if someone felt strongly about it, I might say okay. But it’s not essential.”
