MICHAEL JACKSON is reportedly considering riding an elephant on stage when he performs his forthcoming dates in London.
The pop superstar recently announced that he will be embarking on a residency of some 50 dates at the O2 arena from this summer.
According to the Mirror, the eccentric singer has requested an elephant, a panther, snakes, tropical birds and three monkeys for his stage show.
"He hopes to make it the most spectacular gig ever. For the jungle section, he wants to ride out on an African elephant with panthers led on gold chains. Parrots and other birds will fly behind him. If it goes to plan it will look incredible," explained a source.
It recently emerged that Jackson is planning to travel to the London gigs by boat, as he is scared of flying.
Bosses at AEG Live – who are hosting this summer’s dates – will now hire a boat to ferry the star to and from the shows.
