Following a fun-filled night of partying with the Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna was spotted making her way out of New York City on Thursday (June 11).

Accompanied by a gal pal and airport staffers, the “Umbrella” songstress sported sexy silver tights as she was led through the terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport and aboard her outgoing flight.

As previously reported, it was recently announced that Ri-Ri will be testifying in Chris Brown’s preliminary assault trial on June 22nd, as she was officially subpoenaed this past Tuesday.

Her lawyer Donald Etra told press, “Rihanna was served at my office by L.A. DA investigators.  If the preliminary hearing indeed goes forward, she is now legally required to be there, she will be there, and will answer all questions truthfully.”
