Enjoying life in the big city, Jon Gosselin was spotted out for lunch at P.D. O’Hurley’s Pub & Restaurant near his place in New York City on Monday (July 20).

The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” dad looked casual as he smoked on cigarettes and texted the afternoon away.

Meanwhile, Jon also recently caused a bit of a stir when stepping out with a mystery blonde over the weekend – but quelled rumors by enjoying aon and Hailey a stroll through Harriman State Park with 22-year-old girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

According to insiders on the scene, Jon and Hailey proudly displayed their love, holding hands, hugging and kissing along the way.
