Making it through the first week, Audrina Patridge was busy practicing her dancing moves at a studio in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The former "Hills" hottie looked sporty sexy as she exited the dance rehearsal session after working on her steps with "Dancing with the Stars" partner Tony Dovolani.

Ever-so-happy about making the cut in week one, Audrina tweeted, "we made it to next week!!!!:) thank sooo soo much to everyone that voted!!! It means the world to us! Next week its the quickstep!so happy:)"

Meanwhile, the brunette beauty is currently trying to kick a bit of a bug, as she later added, "Just left the doctors I don’t have strep!! Thank god!!:)… Just a virus that’s going around scratchy throat/weak.. no bueno!! Gotta rest up"

Pushing forth with her reality television filming efforts, Audrina Patridge was spotted being followed by a camera crew in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon.

Ready to catch a flight out of town, Audrina Patridge was looking lovely as she arrived at LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon (October 30).

Toting her own luggage, the “Hills” hottie seemed to be having a little trouble keeping her shirt from falling too far down below her shoulders as she headed into the terminal entrance ahead of her flight to Atlantic City.

The brunette beauty is lined up to host a Halloween fete at Harrah’s Dusk called the “I Dream of Audrina” experience – taking place tomorrow night (October 31).

According to reports, Miss Patridge will be greeting partygoers while “happy to mingle, glad hand and talk up her forthcoming reality show, ‘The Audrina Show,’ which will hit MTV in 2010.”

E! News tattles claim MTV has forced an excited Audrina Patridge to pull out of plans to kick off her Sunday shoes on the upcoming ninth season of ABC’s ballroom reality competitition, Dancing With The Stars. Network execs at the network-where Audrina has made a name for herself as one of a dozen affluent twentysomething socialites conquering adulthood in sunny L.A. on The Hills – reportedly fear that the grueling schedule customary of DWTS contestants will cause “schedule conflicts” for The Hills .

“They won’t let Audrina do it. They told her it would be impossible because of scheduling conflicts,” reveals an E! source, who adds, “Audrina wants to do it. Everyone around her wants her to do it, but MTV, for some reason, won’t make it happen. Why wouldn’t they want someone from The Hills on such a huge show?”

Designer Vera Wang, La Toya Jackson, and reality star Dean McDermott are among the stars who will reportedly hit the ballroom when Dancing With The Stars kicks off its ninth season on ABC September 21. An official announcement of this season roster will be revealed on Good Morning America this Monday.

Stepping out for the day’s duties, Audrina Patridge was spotted arriving at Sunset Landmark in Hollywood on Tuesday (July 14).

Joined by a few friends, the MTV reality starlet was all smiles in jeans and a blue top as she passed by awaiting paparazzi.

In related news, Ms Patridge’s new show is being produced by “Survivor” and “The Apprentice” producer, Mark Burnett, and has a tentative title of “The Audrina Show.”

The show is set to focus on her personal and professional life and, according to Audrina, “It may or may not be in L.A.. It’s basically about my life, what everyone doesn’t see on “The Hills”-like, the other side of my life.”

Audrina Patridge will get a whole new clique of fashionable galpals when she departs The Hills next month for greener pastures on her own “reality” spinoff.

The new MTV show, tenatively-titled The Colony, will begin shooting in August, and series producers are already casting girls to join Audrina’s new crew, a production source reveals to Star Magazine in its July 13 edition.

“The show is currently casting for Audrina’s new BFFs.”

“They have chosen a girl pursuing a music career,” says one inside snoop, who adds that, “The others will also have some sort of artsy interest.”

Audrina, 24, has been very involved in selecting the people who will pretend to be her friends for the sake of television.

“She wants to make sure they find people she actually wants to get to know.”

Audrina Patridge has slammed recent reports romantically linking her to Star Trek actor Chris Pine.

The Hills actress tells Access Hollywood that she is still single despite being seated next to Pine at Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles.

“I can only say that I’m single, I’m single!” she said.

Audrina added that she has no idea why Pine was seated next to her during the ceremony.

“I had no idea he was sitting there,” she added.

Enjoying a little family bonding time,  Audrina Patridge was spotted out with her sister, Casey, grabbing a bite to eat at The Corner restaurant in Los Angeles, California on Friday (May 29).

The MTV reality starlet and her sis seemed to be having a marvelous time, as the two laughed amongst one another while making their way to the car following the lunch outing.

Later on in the evening, Audrina fancied up in a sexy black ensemble, heading off to Beso restaurant to meet her family for a fancy dinner on the town.

Meanwhile, Miss Patridge recently appeared on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, during which time she was hounded about her rumored relationship with “Star Trek” stud Chris Pine.

When asked if the two are an item, Audrina replied: “Ryan, my lips are sealed. I am not talking about this!”

And though she wasn’t willing to dish on her personal life, the “Hills” hottie did acknowledge that nearly any new boyfriend would be better that her last.

“From Justin Bobby, I think any guy is an upgrade,” she tells.

Getting geared up for the holiday season, Audrina Patridge was spotted hitting up the shops of Beverly Hills on Thursday afternoon (December 18).

The “Hills” hottie dropped by the always-popular Barneys New York, also venturing over to the Nike store before heading back to her car with a handful of purchases.

And though Audrina and the gang are signed up for one more season of the hit MTV reality show, the brunette beauty isn’t ready to speculae on how much longer the series will continue on.

When asked by E!, in her perfect world, how much longer The Hills would last, Miss Patridge replied, “I don’t know, it’s not my perfect world. It would just depend on who’s interested.”
