Taylor Swift may have insured her legs for $40 million. Eh. I wrote about it a few weeks ago, when I read the original story in the National Enquirer. Since then, every major outlet has picked up the story and acted like it’s totally for sure. Taylor Swift did not confirm or deny it, which is interesting. She denies all the dating rumors, but not the insurance rumors? Hm. So maybe she did insure her legs? I have no idea. But if she did, her kitty Meredith owes her a lot of money. First of all, OUCH. I hate cat scratches. I have the kind of sensitive skin where even if I get a small cat scratch, my skin swells up and I’m itching for days. Meredith drew major blood, y’all. She must have been pissed at Swifty. Second of all, this is a cute way to dismiss the insurance rumors. Except now I sort of believe them – maybe she didn’t insure her legs for $40 million, but there’s some insurance somewhere, about something.

Meanwhile, Taylor was on hand to celebrate Este Haim’s birthday a few days ago, and Swifty posted this IG video of herself and the Haim sisters singing along to a song in the back of an SUV. Cute.

Last thing – Swifty really, really loves Kendrick Lamar.

New mom-of-four Cate Blanchett hit the blue carpet at the premiere of Cinderella in Sydney, Australia on Sunday (March 15).

While promoting her new hit Disney film, in which she plays the evil stepmother, Cate opened up about adopting her baby girl, Edith Vivian Patricia, from the U.S.

“Fourth time around,” the actress, also mom to sons Dashiell, 13, Roman, 10, and Ignatius, 6, told Sky News. “It’s extraordinary.”

The Academy Award-winning actress, 45, who has been married to playwright Andrew Upton for 17 years, went on to talk about the joys of adoption.

“There’s a lot of children out there who don’t have the good fortunate that our biological children, so it’s wonderful,” she revealed. “It’s wonderful to welcome a little girl into our fold.”

Dressed in a Roksanda Ilincic dress at the premiere, the actress added, “We’re besotted.”

When reporters asked if the adoption process is difficult in her native Australia, she revealed the birth country of her baby girl.

“I think it is … well I haven’t been through it here. It was in the United States,” she told Fairfax Media.

The Blanchett-Uptons are set to relocate to the United States at the end of the year once Upton’s term as the Sydney Theatre Company’s artistic director comes to an end.

“We’re all looking forward to spending more time together in one place. We spent nine years living in England and we loved it. But now we’d like to try America. They have terrific [opportunities in] television there and Cate has a very strong film career there, too, obviously,” Upton said.

Here are some photos from this weekend’s amfAR party/gala in Hong Kong. I’m surprised by how many Western celebrities flew to Hong Kong for yet another amfAR gala, you know? I mean, amfAR is a great foundation and every little bit helps. But it feels like everyone attending this event had an ulterior motive, or perhaps they were paid to show up? In any case, the gala raised $4 million. Which was probably the cost of Gwyneth Paltrow’s rather gorgeous Harry Winston diamond earrings.

Gwyneth wore this Marc Jacobs gown in a pretty blue/purple. I was okay with the “bumps” at the collar, but I’m less sure about the “bumps” on the skirt. It feels like Gwyneth is trying to channel posh bubble wrap. As for her styling… she looks really pretty. Her hair (which was done by Marco Chan for D&V Hairpieces) looks great and her makeup is simple and pretty. I really do love those Harry Winston earrings too. Goop has really been bringing the jewelry p0rn for big red carpets lately.

I’m also including some photos of the other ladies at the event. Kate Moss also wore Marc Jacobs, as did Naomi Campbell (Jacobs was one of the sponsors of the event). Victoria Beckham is in her own design (and she wants her line to be huge in China). And here’s the kicker: Paris Hilton was there! Gwyneth and Paris totally walked the same carpet. How gauche.

While Chris Martin was at the beach with their kids and Kate Hudson, Gwyneth Paltrow spent 24 hours in Hong Kong to host the first Hong Kong amfAR Gala, raising a reported $4 million for AIDS research and honouring Michelle Yeoh for her work in raising AIDS awareness.

This is an absolutely insane prank!

Howie Mandel is well-known for his roles on shows like Deal or No Deal, America’s Got Talent, etc… However, Howie is also well-known for being a huge germophobe, which is why he “knuckle bumps,” rather than shaking people’s hands when greeting them. That being said, famous YouTube prankster, Roman Atwood, teamed up with Howie’s own son, Alex Mandel, and Howie’s wife, Terry Mandel, to pull off the ultimate prank. Check out the crazy video below:

Now that is the ultimate prank to pull on someone that’s known for being a germophobe. Needless to say, Howie was quite upset and confused at first, but once he realized who was behind it, he just couldn’t help but share in the laughter.

This entire post is a spoiler for the episode of The Walking Dead which aired last night
It’s been well established that The Walking Dead has a bad habit of killing off characters of color, particularly men. This has been happening for years, although producers have redeemed themselves somewhat by allowing more equal character development. Last month, fan favorite Tyreese was bitten by a walker and succumbed.

In this latest episode, we got to know more of relative newcomer Noah, who expressed an interest in learning about architecture and building. So, in true Walking Dead fashion, Noah got eaten. This pisses me off so much. There are no other prominent black men on the show apart from that horrible excuse for a preacher, Gabriel. On the bright side, maybe this means that Morgan is closer to finding the group. US Magazine has more on how Noah’s death went down during a run to find a part to repair the power grid. Things went south after Noah and Glenn tried to save Aiden, that a-hole from the compound. Nicholas double crossed everyone and got Noah killed.

Although Glenn, Noah, Nicholas, and Tara wrote off Aiden as a goner when he was struck with shrapnel while fighting off a walker during the group’s supply run, the d-bag son of Deanna was actually alive. But when Nicholas refused to help rescue his friend, Aiden succumbed to the walkers headed his way.

The second, far more affecting death of the episode was also the fault of Nicholas. Eugene manned up and carried an injured Tara back to the van the group took to the warehouse while Glenn, Noah, and Nicholas tried to save Aiden.

After that rescue attempt turned out to be fruitless, they made a break for it and became trapped in a revolving glass door. Again, Nicholas wasn’t a team player and instead of helping Glenn rescue them all, he made a break for it, opening the door enough for a walker to reach in and pull Noah out — then proceed to tear him apart (literally).

This episode revealed a couple of times that the a*holes in Alexandria regularly sacrifice people in order to escape dangerous situations. Tobin, the construction crew head, stated that their “system” for escaping walkers involves leaving people behind. He stepped down from his position as head of construction after Abraham saved a female worker by single handedly killing dozens of walkers. This was particularly ironic in light of Gabriel’s speech to the head of Alexandria, Deanna, claiming that Rick and his group would sacrifice the others to save themselves.

Why couldn’t they have killed off Gabriel if there can be only one black guy at a time? (Also Eugene needs to go despite his sort-of heroics this episode. I kept thinking he was already dead until he resurfaced.) I’m glad that Aiden is dead, but I really liked Noah and wanted him to stick around.

US also points us to The Hollywood Reporter’s interview with the actor who plays Noah, Tyler James Williams. Williams has a new gig on the CSI spinoff with Gary Sinese. He was nothing but gracious about his exit and said that it will set up some incredible acting for his former co-stars. He said “In a way, these are my brothers and sisters of acting. So for me, Noah’s death was beautiful because I know what it’s going to do for Steven [Yeun] (Glenn). I know he’s going to crush what ever is coming next. I knew I’d get another gig but this is going to set up some awesome acting for these people. I’d love to have worked on it for the rest of my life but I love these people and what they do. It’s going to set up some great stuff for them.” Glenn of course witnessed Noah getting eaten alive. It was horrible. Naoh’s death was one of the most brutal and graphic I’ve seen on Walking Dead and that’s really saying something. There are two episodes of Walking Dead left this season.

Congratulations are in order for Brandon Jenner and Leah Jenner.

Bruce Jenner‘s third child, with ex-wife Linda Thompson, and wife Leah (née Felder) are expecting their first child, she announced via Instagram.

“Well, it’s time we share the good news. We’re having a baby,” Leah, 32, captioned the image, featuring the pair cradling her belly.

The couple’s music group, Brandon & Leah, and their relationship have frequently been shown on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

The news comes right before the 10th season premiere of KUWTK, which takes a look at Bruce’s increasing separation from the Kardashian family since his separation from momager Kris Jenner.

Apparently, the new season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians premiered last night and this morning, I’m looking at a million headlines about Kim’s fertility. None of this is really new information, by the way. Kim has been telling everyone that she and Kanye have been trying to get pregnant again for months. Kim has also said that if she and Kanye can’t conceive naturally, she would be open to IVF or surrogacy.

Many of the konspiracists believe “surrogacy” is Kim’s endgame, because she loathed being pregnant with North and she doesn’t want to gain weight again. Perhaps. But maybe 20 million quotes about Kim and Kanye’s sex life will make you feel differently about that conspiracy? Because that’s what happened during last night’s episode of KUWTK. Us Weekly compiled a list!

*When sister Kendall Jenner asks why she is lying in bed instead of sitting with everyone else in the room: “The doctor said when I have sex I have to lay down for, like, 10 to 20 minutes, so, I just had sex before you guys got here. He said it takes 10 minutes for a sperm to swim up there. I’m going to wait like 5 more minutes just for this to marinate inside of me.”

*Consulting with her makeup artist after a bathroom quickie with West during a photo shoot: “I’m trying to stall for a few. We’ll tell them we’re just putting body makeup on.”

Once you’ve naturally conceived and carried to term, isn’t it “easier” to get pregnant the second time? Or is it different for every woman? Anyway, I’ve already spent too much time thinking about Kim’s fertility, so let me just say: I GIVE UP. I believe her. I think she really is trying to get pregnant naturally and it’s driving her crazy that she can’t (so far). And yes, she needs to stop obsessing. I’m pretty sure that she got pregnant with North “accidentally” so maybe she and Yeezy just need to go on a vacation, with no cameras, and just relax and see where it goes. And then if that still doesn’t work, eh. Try IVF, I guess.

Aww, Yolanda!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster, 51, took to her Instagram account yesterday to show off a picture of herself with her daughters: Gigi Hadid, 19, and Bella Hadid, 18. In the picture, the girls are puckering up for the camera. Yolanda captioned the photo:

“Missing my girls today….. @gigihadid @bellahadid #MissingLife #MeBeingMe #PreciousMemories”

Both of Yolanda’s daughters are models, and it’s well-documented on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that Yolanda doesn’t get to spend as much time with her girls as she’d like to. However, she has been quite busy with her son Anwar, especially since he recently received his driving permit.
