New mom-of-two Beverley Mitchell shared several family photos via Instagram.
“#tbt to when we became a family of four!” she captioned an image of her husband Michael Cameron, daughter Kenzie, 22 months, and newborn son Hutton. “#pinchme #blessed #lovemyfamily.”
The actress posted another photo of her newborn watching his mama while snuggled under a blanket.
“The only way I can get anything done! Roll my little man all over the house while I clean! @babyhome_social So cozy!!” the 7th Heaven alum, 34, wrote.
Days earlier, Mitchell took her two kids for a walk. “#tbt 2 someday this week! Kenzie loves her skateboard @orbitbaby w/Hutton!” she wrote. “All My favorites @jujube_intl @swellbottle.”
Mitchell and Cameron — who were wed in 2008 — welcomed Hutton on Jan. 28.

Quite a few women came out for the Women In Film Pre-Oscar Cocktail Party last night, but from what I can tell most of the nominees went to the Tom Ford show instead, with the exception of Rosamund Pike. (Technically it was probably possible for them to attend both events, since I spotted Emily Ratajkowski in the same dress at both.) I don’t have an ID for Rosamund’s gown, but it looks like Carolina Herrera to me. Rosamund isn’t loyal to a single designer, she likes to switch it up all the time, so it’s hard to tell. This is an lovely gown with some great details. I love how the flowers kind of bleed into the skirt from the side of the bodice. I’m interested to see what she’ll wear to the Oscars. One complaint: the ruffles on the top need to go. Also this look could use more eye makeup.
Also in need of bolder makeup (that’s just a peeve of mine as I’m a makeup person, no offense to those of you who don’t need it, you lucky bitches) we have Michelle Monaghan in Roksanda. Red Carpet Fashion Awards has a photo of this dress as styled for the runway and it originally had a gold belt. It needs the belt to break up the switch in the pattern from the top to the bottom. There’s no excuse for that switch at the hemline though. The bold lines in this contemporary dress need to seamlessly flow into one another, not change abruptly.
Carmen Ejogo was in a pale v-neck floor length gown with a high leg slit and black side panels. From the front this dress is very Angelina Jolie and sack-like. From the side it’s a little more interesting. In photos, from far away, this looks monotone but there are actually tiny black squares all over the gown. This is how you do red carpet makeup. You may tone down the eyes a bit but you pair them with a bold lip.
Elle Fanning was washed out in a multi-pastel gown featuring layers of ruffled chiffon. She looks like a wood sprite at an Easter ball. Look at her pointy yellow shoes!
Also in the gallery we have photos of Laura Dern (cool pantsuit, bad shoes), Jennifer Hudson (hot but boring), Meryl Streep (comfy), Kate Walsh (beyond fug) and Lake Bell (great little dress).

Everyone is still talking about Kanye West’s crazy radio interview yesterday – go here to read. Kanye confirmed that Kylie Jenner, 17, is dating Tyga, 25. He talked about how Beck actually made a good album. He also threw some major shade at Amber Rose. Amber had been tweeting about Kylie and Tyga, and Kanye responded by saying that there would be no Amber Rose if Kim had agreed to date him when he wanted her. Yeezy also said he had to take “30 showers” after dating Amber before he got with Kim. So, obviously, Amber had to respond on Twitter. You can read her NSFW tweets here – she made a Ray J joke, because of course. Then she tweeted to Kanye:
@kanyewest This is my moment to let the world know who u really are and the things you’ve done to me.
@kanyewest after all these years I never snitched on u and I don’t plan on starting now. We once loved each other so I won’t do u like that.
[From Amber Rose’s Twitter]
I think we’re supposed to believe that Amber Rose has some major dirt on Kanye, but I don’t know, you guys. I just don’t think she really has much more to say. We already know everything. We know Kanye and Kim were fooling around for a lot longer than they would have us believe. We know Kanye is a dirtbag. We know Kim will do anything and anyone for attention.
Meanwhile, Kanye had some words for Fern Mallis. We discussed this yesterday as well – Fern Mallis is the founder of New York Fashion Week and she told the NY Post: “I’m kind of over Kanye. I mean, I’m not a fan of his music, and the attitude and the agenda is not my style.” So Kanye got on Twitter and wrote out a response:
“To Fern Mallis: I just want you to understand that attempting to do clothing has been very difficult and I have encountered countless amounts of bigotry along the way. I have millions of ideas and I represent a new generation just trying to express themselves in a broken world. I don’t call myself a designer as I was not allowed to go to Saint Martins because I was too famous by the time I realized I wanted to design.”
“Fame is often looked down upon in the design world, so it’s actually been something I had to overcome. All we have are our dreams, and you can step on our dreams and ideas all you want, but we won’t stop fighting. We want to innovate and we will win someday. If you wanna have a drink with me, book a table at the spotted pig when I’m back in NY.”
[From Kanye’s Twitter]
He actually did sound pretty calm. But of course, he’s Kanye and celebrities are the new Civil Rights Movement. I guess he’s calling Fern Mallis a bigot because she’s unapologetically “over” him? And poor Kanye, he was too famous to go to fashion school. Kanye really is the most victimized person in the world!!!

Last night’s Tom Ford event in LA had a good showing of fashion girls and A-listers. Into which one of those categories does Miley Cyrus fit? I’ll let you decide. Tom presented pieces from his new collection with celebrities as his models. Miley chose the dress that could have popped out of a fancy Fredericks of Hollywood window. Miley works it with all of her confidence, which is what makes this dress sort of work … for her. Faux corset, lace, and side tush? Check, check, aaand check. This is Miley, so I’m simply happy none of her bits are sticking out. Do you think she should switch up her hairdo? I recently learned that Miley does her own makeup for events. She needs to work on her eyeliner skills.
Elizabeth Olsen looked of her element in this black dress. I’m not a huge fan of all the cutouts this season, especially the weird cutout around the left vadge area on this dress. But this is Tom Ford, so who cares? Lizzie needs some coaching in the posing department, you can tell she’s a little uncomfortable. More important than the dress is the closeup. Elizabeth’s newly brown hair is lovely in tousled waves, and when she smiles, her face really lights up.
Rita Ora thought she was Tom Ford’s new best friend. Does this white suit reflect this status? The jacket is pretty awesome with a flattering, sexy silhouette. The pants look ill-cut and sloppy. Her slicked back hair works well with a suit, but the cat-eye makeup is doing her no favors.
Nicole Richie wore what looks like a leopard printed Halloween costume with black panties showing through for effect. And that pink hair is just awful. Nicole had a few years where she was a real fashionista, but she’s lost her style mojo. This looks like something Snooki would wear to host a Vegas club opening.
Molly Sims went for a sleek and simple black dress. She’s pregnant with her second child, a baby girl. Molly usually doesn’t dress very well (for a model) at fashion events, but she looks beautiful here. I like her piecey updo and rosey makeup.

Doesn’t Scarlett Johansson look fantastic? God. Her body is insane. I never would have guessed that she would snap back like this after having a baby. These are more photos from last night’s shockingly well-attended Tom Ford presentation in LA. All of the ladies wore Tom Ford, obviously. The results were mixed, but I think ScarJo was easily one of the best-dressed of the event. This long-sleeved gold dress is beautifully cut and it looks perfect on ScarJo. Imagine if this was full-length and she had worn it to the Oscars – it would have been amazing. She would have easily been the best dressed of the Oscars. My only complaint is that Scarlett’s hair is SO Miley Cyrus circa 2013. Oh, and Scarlett’s husband Romain looks flat-out ANGRY.
Amy Adams was one of the few ladies wearing a bright color. I don’t mind redheads in red at all, and this red in particular is fine on Amy. I like that she went with a suit (more women should do pantsuits for these events) and my only problem is that the jacket could be cut a bit better.
Joe Manganiello and Sofía Vergara came out to the event for some reason – it’s not like Sofia is known for wearing Tom Ford, you know?
For some reason, we didn’t have any full-length shots of Sam Taylor Johnson and Aaron Taylor Johnson. Oh well! I think we get all of the relevant style information from the fact that they’re wearing MATCHING BLUE VELVET. Honestly though, that’s a terrible skirt. #ALLTHEVELVET
Speaking of velvet, this is what Liberty Ross got to wear. NOPE. Those pants are no bueno.
This doesn’t even look like a Tom Ford dress on Rachel Zoe. It looks like some bargain-basement black dress that she’s trying to pass off as Tom Ford by wearing a new Ford jacket on top.

So many celebrities came out for the Tom Ford pre-Oscars fashion show that we’re splitting them up into several posts this morning. (See Kaiser’s earlier coverage here.) First off is Reese Witherspoon in Tom Ford, and we can assume all of the ladies are wearing Ford. It’s a cute dress for a fashion show and I really like the black oval pattern. I only wish it was fitted more in the waist. She paired it with strappy heels. Reese’s styling is spot on as usual.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley rocked a bronze boat neck long-sleeve dress with a small square pattern. Like Reese, she’s also wearing strappy heels. This look is incredible on her, she just shines. I’m so glad she’s still with Jason Statham too. I really like them together.
Olivia Munn also wore metallic, but her see-through shirt and peekaboo bra are a little much. She does look incredible, though, and I suppose this isn’t as revealing as we’ve seen from her in the past. Great makeup but her hair is a bit limp.
Fergie looked a bit too plain in a formfitting black dress featuring a boob sling, open back and a high thigh slit. Her hair is slicked back and her makeup is way too muted. This dress looks like one of those convertible dresses that you can style a bunch of different ways depending on how you fold it. (I’ve always been interested in those dresses but never bought one as I’m mechanically challenged.) Hot shoes though.
Faith Hill was in a hot pantsuit with a very slightly open front and small leather and silk details. I really love this pantsuit, it makes her look so tall and lanky. I do with she’d grow her hair out a little though.
Pre-Oscar events are usually pretty well-attended, as stars from around the world descend on LA to get drunk and party ahead of the big show on Sunday. But I swear, I have never seen a more well-attended – by A-listers! – pre-Oscar event than last night’s Tom Ford show in LA. Tom Ford called it a “presentation” of his Fall/Winter collection and all of the A-list ladies came out to support him. And of course Tom Ford dress all of them. First up: Gwyneth Paltrow. What’s going on with everything above the neck? It looks like she’s having an allergic reaction to something. Is that bad makeup? I know it’s bad hair – she needs to get out of her flat-ironed, center part rut. As for the dress, it’s okay. It’s a decent little cocktail dress. (PS… Goop is presenting at the Oscars!)
Jennifer Lopez was almost the headliner for this post because OMG BOOTS. At first I thought she was wearing grandma-style knee-high socks, mostly because my mind has been on socks lately because I’m on the East Coast Frozen Tundra. But these are boots. Terrible, terrible boots. The dress is not cute either.
In close-ups, Emily Ratajkowski’s lips are too much. But in full-length shots, she looks pretty hot. I’m not in love with this dress but she wears it well. I think the zebra print would be hotter without the lace, you know?
Naomi Campbell… ugh. Do you guys know that I’m not a fan of the one-sleeve thing? I have a general aversion to asymmetry in general, but one of the worst design tricks, in my mind, is to do one long sleeve and leave the other one completely bare. This dress looks surprisingly sloppy, right?
My biggest fear right now is that Julianne Moore is going to wear a custom-made Tom Ford gown to the Oscars and it’s going to be a total disaster. But… her outfit here is pretty cute? I would have liked it more if it had been a green one-piece, but I don’t hate this at all.
Dylan Penn is kind of snooze here. If you’re a would-be Fashion Girl looking to make an impact at what turns out to be the biggest fashion show in LA, don’t wear a blah little dress.

Kristen Stewart is now the first American actress to ever win a Cesar Award. The Cesar Awards are the French Oscars, and Kristen was the first American woman to be nominated for a Cesar in decades, and then last night, she WON. She won for her supporting work in Clouds of Sils Maria, the film she did with Juliette Binoche. Kristen got great reviews for that film, and it was somewhat a French production? Something like that. Other winners at last night’s Cesars included Timbuktu (Best Picture and six other awards), with Saint-Laurent picking up only Best Costume. You can read more about the awards here. Here’s Kristen Stewart being awkward and twitchy when she won her Cesar:
Well, congrats to her. But God, she’s awkward. Anyway, fashion notes! Kristen’s gown was Chanel Haute Couture Spring 2015. It’s not great. I think Kristen does look better when she wears more body-con styles, and that skirt looks too stiff and BIG for her. I’ll give Kristen this though: her hair and makeup were on-point. Kristen’s date last night was Juliette Binoche (Binoche lost her Cesar!) and Binoche wore Balenciaga. The dress is cute enough, I just wish Binoche had done something different with her hair and worn different shoes.
Also in attendance: Marion Cotillard and her lover/partner Guillaume Canet. Marion wore Dior. Consider this to be a preview of what she’ll wear at the Oscars.
Charlize Theron and Sean Penn were also in attendance. Charlize also wore Dior (gown and blazer). Her gown is so much better than Marion’s.

Never have I seen all of this angst over a successful film. As soon as Fifty Shades of Grey made crazy money during its opening weekend, everyone involved with the film lost their damn minds. Sam Taylor Johnson is likely going to jump ship. Universal can’t get their act together to formally announce the sequel. Dakota Johnson and Jamie are… well, they haven’t lost their minds, they just seem sort of over it in general. But E.L. James is probably the worst person involved here. Universal gave her unprecedented authority over her (Twihard fan-fic) material. The books are crap and Sam Taylor Johnson and screenwriter Kelly Marcel worked hard to make the film into something watchable and enjoyable, with E.L. James second-guessing them and pulling her weight around the entire time. Now, Variety reports, E.L. wants to try her hand at screenwriting. She wants to assert control over the script for Fifty Shades Darker.
Now that “Fifty Shades of Grey” has become an international box office phenomenon, author E.L. James is seeking more control over the sequel by writing the script herself. Universal Pictures, which had been resistant to the idea, is currently discussing the potential move with James, who wrote the bestselling erotic trilogy about Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, Variety has learned.
Given the success of “Fifty Shades of Grey,” which has so far grossed more than $300 million worldwide, the next logical step would be for the studio to announce the greenlight to its sequel, “Fifty Shades Darker.”
According to insiders, the delay in the production of “Fifty Shades Darker” is related to the fact that Universal execs and James are still arguing over details. Unlike most successful franchises, which aim to retain the team behind the first film, it appears that “Fifty Shades” will undergo a dramatic creative reshuffling in the weeks to come. Sources close to the project don’t expect director Sam Taylor-Johnson or screenwriter Kelly Marcel to be back for the second installment, though reps for the studio say no official decisions have been made.
“The studio had always intended to sit down with the author after the film opened and discuss next steps, and that has not yet happened,” said a Universal spokesman.
If James does write the screenplay for “Fifty Shades Darker,” it could mean a later release date for the sequel. James has never written a film before, and the studio may need to factor in extra time for revisions. But as in the case of Gillian Flynn, who wrote both the book and screenplay for “Gone Girl,” the project could potentially benefit from an author adapting her own characters. Because of this uncertainty, production on “Fifty Shades Darker” likely won’t get under way until the first quarter of 2016. That would mean the sequel wouldn’t arrive until late 2016 or the first quarter of 2017. Without a shooting script or start date, having the movie ready for next year’s Valentine’s Day is highly unlikely.
[From Variety]
I bet Universal’s executives are banging their heads against the desk right about now. Why did they ever give E.L. so much control? I mean, they’re making money, for sure, but is all of that money worth the stupid headaches and constant bickering coming from E.L.’s authority. It would be different if E.L. was more well-versed in the filmmaking process, the give and take of ideas, the collaboration of it all. It would also help if she could write worth a damn. Instead, the sequel is going to be full of references to “down there,” Ana’s “inner goddess” and MOAR lip-biting.

Axl is looking as cute as ever!
Fergie and her husband Josh Duhamel are enjoying a bit of downtime in Los Angeles this weekend. Today, they were spotted walking around the town as Josh Duhamel toted Axl around, who looked absolutely adorable in his FBI hat.
Josh Duhamel looked like he was sporting some workout gear, as he wore a backwards cap, tennis shoes, pullover and windbreaker pants. Fergie, on the other hand, was all decked out in black! Make sure you check out the slideshow below to check out all the pics of the adorable family.
