Stepping out for a solo retail session, Jessica Alba was spotted out at the Westfield Shopping Center in Century City, California on Thursday afternoon (October 8).

Looking her usual sexy self, the “Sin City” sweetheart sported some rolled-up shorts paired with knee-high boots as she strolled past paparazzi following her midday shopping spree.

Meanwhile, it was recently announced that Miss Alba will be joining Jonathan Cake, Ted Danson, Siobhan Fallon, Kristen Johnston, Rebecca Pidgeon, Jason Ritter, and Mary Steenburgen for The Atlantic Theater Company’s benefit of The 24 Hour Plays.

Taking place on Monday, October 19, writers for the stage show include Ethan Coen, David Mamet, Jez Butterworth and Lucy Thurber with directorial participants including Neil Pepe, Henry Wishcamper, and Jackson Gay.

Making sure to fit in her fair share of family time, Jessica Alba was out with husband Cash Warren and daughter Honor Marie to meet the parents at Jinky’s Cafe for brunch on Sunday (August 30).

Sporting a simple summer dress, colorful scarf and fedora, the “Sin City” actress did her best to avoid awaiting paparazzi – as she quickly walked away from the group while Cash toted their little girl in his arms.

Over the weekend, Miss Alba caused quite the stir as she made a rare trip to the beach with her loving family on Friday afternoon – showing off her post-baby bikini body for the first time since Honor’s birth.

Also back in action in the movie world, Jess thinks fans will be surprised by her improving skills, telling, “I have been working hard on a few new projects that I think you guys will hopefully love.”

She added: “I am really trying to push myself beyond my comfort zone. Will come back soon and post more details.”

She tells, “It’s a lot more difficult to juggle motherhood and a career than I ever anticipated. So busy! And Honor is more mobile now than ever before and loves putting just about any foreign object in her mouth. I have to be a constant watchdog.”
