Ashley Dupre, the celebrity call girl of the then Gov. Spitzer, has decided to drop her lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild.

Ashley Dupre had filed her lawsuit against Joe Francis, the founder of Girls Gone Wild (GGW). She claimed that GGW used her name and likeness to make profits. Dupre alleged that she was tricked into signing her consent for a GGW video. Joe Francis said that he had evidence on video to show that his cameraman had Dupre’s consent.

Dupre’s lawyer released a statement. It said that Dupre wanted to eliminate the past and focus on the positive. She had exciting new projects to look forward to. That was why she decided to drop the lawsuit.joe-francis
