Although Lindsay Lohan may have had a rough night Friday night, her legal situation is definitely looking better today now that her arrest warrant has been lifted.

As a result, the freckled actress emerged from her self-imposed hiding since the weekend and headed over to Glendale to continue her Right On Program alcohol-education class.

The swarm of paparazzi and security detail was overwhelming, according to a witness: “You would think it was President Obama in there.” Whoah, I guess her spray tan IS effective.

Lindsay Lohan is in trouble with the law and as of now a wanted woman!

“A warrant was in fact issued Friday for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan,” a police statement read. “The circumstances leading to the issuance by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Ms. Lohan will surrender herself so this matter can be resolved in at timely manner.”

Lohan will reportedly be having a hearing Monday morning in a Beverly Hills courtroom. “The hearing apparently involves her probation,” L.A. County District Attorney spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons tells PEOPLE. “The judge apparently has indicated that Ms. Lohan should be in attendance.”

Lindsay Lohan not only is wanted but apparently had herself a wild and crazy weekend!

Lindsay was seen at the Chateau on Friday night, where she arrived around 8 p.m. with three female friends. Lindsay hung out until around 11:00 pm.

Then at around 1:45 a.m., Lohan showed up at the Hollywood home of actor Jack Nicholson. That’s rather odd isn’t it?

Witnesses say Lohan, accompanied by pals, buzzed the intercom numerous times and grew agitated asking for “Jack” to open the gate of the residence on Mulholland Drive. They were let in and and Lohan remained inside until a bodyguard picked her up about 4:30 a.m.

Then Lohan’s bodyguard took her to the home of girlfriend Sam Ronson, where she remained as of late Saturday morning. Apparently Samantha Ronson did not arrive home that evening. She came back home around 11:30 a.m.

The sh*t hit the fan when Samantha arrived home and the lesbo lovers began arguing loudly. Neighbors called the cops.

One of the side windows to the home was broken and police arrived at the scene.

Jst learned that there is a warrant out for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest. The arrest warrant is due to her failing to comply with court orders dating back to her last DUI arrest.

Lindsay Lohan was arrested two times in 2007 and pleaded no contest to being under the influence of cocaine, driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent and reckless driving.

As part of her plea deal, the actress was placed on probation for a total of 36 months and sentenced to 24 hours of jail time.  Lohan was also ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol-education program and perform 10 days of community service. She served 84 minutes in jail. Celebrities are always getting off easy aren’t they?

“A Los Angeles based attorney tells Hollyscoop that the warrant issued for her arrest could have been due to failure to meet with her probation officer or failure to complete a mandatory drug test. If she missed even one of the above, a judge can issue a warrant for her arrest.”

The current fine set for Lindsay’s arrest warrant is at $50K and sources at LAPD say that they are currently looking for Lohan. Lets see how long this takes before she shows up in jail.

Sure to be a short trip, the two will be flying back out west following their Valentine’s Day duties – as Miss Ronson is lined up for a spinning gig at Stingaree in San Diego the following night.
