As Paris Hilton counts down the days for her impending jail sentence, the hotel heiress manages to make time for on again off again beau, shipping heir Stavros Niarchos.

The duo were spotted Saturday at L.A. hotspot Teddy’s around midnight with a handful of other pals.

Pairvros spent the evening laughing with friends, cuddling up, smooching & all around just getting busy in the club.  I wonder if it turns Stavros on that Paris will soon be a jail bird……stavros-niarchos
