Funnyman Adam Sandler was photographed with his two daughters – Sadie, 9, and Sunny, 6 – in Malibu, Calif. on Sunday (May 24).
The Wedding Singer star, 48, enjoyed a park playdate with his girls, where they rode bikes and played baseball.
The Happy Gilmore actor has been receiving a lot of heat for his upcoming film, The Ridiculous Six.
One of those actors in the Netflix movie, Allie Young, has started a Care2 petition urging Sandler to change the script of the film.
An undercover YouTube video shows producers attempting to talk Native actors into accepting offensive depictions of Native cultures before the actors leave the set.
“I am Navajo, and I was one of those background extras who walked away from this production,” Young writes on her petition.
She adds: “Sandler’s so-called “jokes” include naming Indian women “Beaver Breath,” “Never Wears Bra,” and “Sits-on-Face,” rhyming “tee-pee” with “pee-pee”, and having white men toss an alcoholic beverage at an Indian woman passed out on the ground, even while alcoholism, sexual assault, and violence against women continue to ravage real reservations.”
