Mom to be Audrina Patridge covers the March issue of LaPalme and opens up about expecting her first child with fiancé, BMX rider Corey Bohan.

On her growing baby bump: “It’s crazy how much your body changes — and how fast —and I’m embracing my pregnancy boobs and my curves. Your life doesn’t stop because you’re pregnant, you know? I’m all about eating smart and being conscious of what I put in my body because inevitably whatever I do affects the baby. Including stress.”

On keeping in touch with former The Hills costar Kristin Cavallari: “I do still keep in touch with Kristin. She was actually one of the first people I told. The day we found out was the day she had just given birth so she started sending me pictures from the hospital.”

On bonding with their baby: “It’s so cute because Corey fell asleep with his hand on my belly and the baby moved and woke him up! It’s surreal.”

After the fun photo shoot for LaPalme, the mom-to-be, 30, posted pics on her Instagram page.

I forget how much I love photoshoots and playing dress up!! Had such a Fun day shooting today at @theemersonla for @lapalmemagazine! Mag hits stands the 18th!
