This is my last Met Gala post! So, these are sort of the stragglers that didn’t fit in anywhere else. Here’s Anna Wintour’s daughter Bee Shaffer in Alexander McQueen. This is honestly one of the prettiest gowns on the carpet.

Here’s my girl Linda Evangelista, in what I think might be Moschino, but I might be wrong. I kind of feel like this is a more Indian-inspired look than Chinese-influenced. I think that’s why she’s doing it in red and black, although I’m still seeing “sari”. Also worth noting: her itty-bitty bangs (trauma).

Claire Danes in Valentino Fall 2014 Couture. The dress has no Chinese influence, it’s boring and her makeup is WAY too dark.

Liu Wen in Michael Kors. Pretty and appropriate.

Kate Beckinsale in custom Diane Von Furstenberg. Beckinsale is like Elizabeth Hurley and Victoria Beckham – they always wear the same basic dress, styled the same way, and it’s SO BORING.

Gigi Hadid in Diane Von Furstenberg. I think Gigi is so pretty, but this looks sort of cheap. I think it probably looked better in person, but it doesn’t photograph very well.

Kate Mara in Diane Von Furstenberg. I actually like this a lot, I just wish Kate and her sister Rooney would be able to walk a red carpet without looking like they’re about to cry.

Eddie Redmayne & his wife Hannah Bagshawe. She’s in Valentino. Her look has nothing to do with the theme and it’s a pretty boring dress to boot. I don’t understand why it always looks like she’s not wearing makeup to formal events? I’m all for an “undone” look, but if you’re at the Met Gala, put some lipstick on. Eddie looks nice though.
