On Friday, we discussed the “rumor” from In Touch Weekly that Casper Smart is cheating on his girlfriend Jennifer Lopez… again. Casper memorably cheated on J.Lo last year, and she half-heartedly broke up with him for about two seconds, then got back together with him “secretly” and they’ve been together ever since. Except Jennifer Lopez is ruining Casper’s game, yo. HE doesn’t want to acknowledge that SHE is his girlfriend. Think about that. Casper doesn’t want to get tied down with some beautiful, rich, successful, serious girlfriend. So just as In Touch Weekly’s report came out, Casper went to People Magazine to define his relationship with J.Lo.

Whether or not they’re officially back together is still unclear, but Jennifer Lopez and Beau Casper Smart are definitely enjoying each other’s company.

“We’re just having a good time, just being ourselves, that’s all,” the choreographer, 28, told PEOPLE.

Smart has recently taken his talents from behind the scenes to in front of the stage, appearing as a judge on Fake Off, a talent competition show featuring theater, acrobatics, aerial stunts and illusion.

“It’s very unique,” he says of truTV’s Wednesday night reality show. “It’s almost like a mini, 90-second awards show for amateurs. It’s nice to see what they come up with, how much they can do with what they have, and being able to help guide them a little bit.”

Off the show’s set, Smart and Lopez, 45, have been spotted together quite frequently recently, holding hands and even sharing a kiss. While the creative director was tight-lipped about their romantic status, Smart wasn’t shy about gushing about Lopez’s work ethic.

“She’s one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever seen or met in my life,” says Smart, who recently choreographed Lopez’s sexy music video with Prince Royce for “Back It Up.” “She crushes everything that you give to her, and she knows what she wants. She’s just great.”

Casper Smart is like Kellan Lutz, only I’d like to think that even Kellan Lutz is smart enough to know that if he ever hooked a girlfriend like J.Lo, he should just shut up and behave. But not Casper. Casper wants all of his sidepieces to know that sure, he sees Jennifer… but it’s not like serious-serious. She’s just a “good time.” They’re just hanging out. Ain’t nothin’. That’s his line. That’s what he tells his sidepieces.

Damn, Jennifer. WHY ARE YOU SUCH AN IDIOT ABOUT LOVE?
