Supermodel Cindy Crawford shared some family photos via Instagram Monday to celebrate her husband’s 53rd birthday. “Thanks @kaiagerber and @allegraharrer for making daddy his favorite carrot cake!,” Cindy captioned the image of husband Rande Gerber and their two children: son Presley, 15, and daughter Kaia, 13.

The model mom, 49, went on to share a throwback photo with her hunky hubby.

“Love you as much as the night we met. Happy birthday, @randegerber!,” Cindy wrote.

The birthday boy also Instagrammed a sweet shot from the celebration.

“The day just keeps getting better,” he captioned an image of Kaia holding the cake with her friend.
