Jessica Alba Takes Her Daughter To A Birthday Party

Sin City star Jessica Alba stepped out with daughter Haven, 3 1/2, in West Hollywood, Calif. on Saturday (May 2).

Both sporting shades, the mother-daughter duo were headed to a birthday party. The actress, 34, walked hand-in-hand with her pretty preschooler on the sunny afternoon.

“I don’t have any tricks,” Alba recently said about balancing motherhood and her career. “I just feel guilty all the time and I feel like I’m never doing the right thing.”

“I just pray that my kids are happy,” she said of both daughters, including 6 1/2-year-old Honor.

“If they’re giggling more than they’re crying, and if they’re curious and talkative, then I know they’re good,” she added. “And if that ever stops, and if I see that there’s a problem, then I stop everything and focus on that. That’s my litmus test on whether I’m extending myself too much or spreading myself too thin.”
