Congratulations are in order for Karen O and Barnaby Clay.

The Yeah Yeah Yeahs frontwoman, 36, and her husband are expecting their first child. In a surprise announcement on Saturday (April 18) at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Cleveland, the singer revealed her growing baby bump in a black mini maternity dress.

The pregnant singer took to the stage and performed in honor of the late Lou Reed.

Congratulations to the first-time parents-to-be!
