Mom-of-three Kourtney Kardashian shared an updated shot of her 6-month-old son Reign via Instagram Thursday.

“Three women and a baby,” Kourtney captioned the image with pals Melissa Monaco and Allie Rizzo.

Earlier this week, the reality star, 36, posted a photo with nearly 3-year-old daughter Penelope.

The KUWTK star and her longtime beau Scott Disick are also parents to 5-year-old son Mason.
