Back home on the west coast, Hilary Duff was spotted out getting prettied up at Ken Paves Hair Salon in West Hollywood on Thursday (October 22).

After spending three hours getting her hair done, the former “Lizzie McGuire” star ended up running into a bit of a problem as she exited the salon – getting a parking ticket from local patrolmen.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Duff was recently situated in New York City as she filmed her new ABC movie, “The Business of Falling in Love”.

The romantic comedy “will star Duff as a fashion reporter who goes undercover in the business world in the hopes of finding love while writing an article about dating men in suits.”
