Spotted out for lunch in Los Angeles, CA yesterday, Katherine Heigl looked to be having a great time during the mid-day meal.

The “27 Dresses” actress, joined by husband Josh Kelley, and two others, was very animated throughout lunch as she talked, laughed and goofed around. At one point, Ms Heigl didn’t care who was watching as she openly picked her teeth, and even had hubby, Josh, help her.

Heigl is on yet another hiatus from her “Grey’s Anatomy” gig, spending time with her adopted daughter, Naleigh, through the end of the year.

She and Kelley adopted Naleigh, a Korean baby, in September. They named her after Heigl’s mother and sister, Nancy and Leigh.
