Enjoying the beautiful springtime weather, Katie Holmes was spotted out and about in Hollywood, California yesterday afternoon (May 19) .

The “Mad Money” mommy looked cute and casual as she made her way around town, sporting a grey t-shirt with a grey checked scarf, black trousers, and white sneakers.

Then last night, Katie and her daughter Suri were among the 7,000-person crowd at the “American Idol” finals, where Adam Lambert defeated Kris Allen to win the season.

Unfortunately, it seemed Suri didn’t dig the music.  An eyewitness told press, “Before they went to commercial, they showed Katie holding Suri who was holding her ears.”
