Mike Tyson‘s four-year-old daughter Exodus has died, police confirm to "The Insider."

The little girl had been hospitalized due to an injury from a treadmill accident. The time of death was 11:45 a.m. Tuesday.

She was found by her seven-year-old brother with her neck caught on a cable attached to a treadmill. Her brother told the girl’s mother, who then removed the cable from the girl and called 911.
