Taking full advantage of the beautiful spring weather, the Disney starlet was spotted out earlier in the day making rounds in Toluca Lake.

Miss Cyrus looked hot in a white lace dress and was joined by her momager Tish as well as her hunky model boyfriend Justin Gaston.
