Expectant mama Jaime King went topless in her latest baby bump photo.

The Sin City: A Dame to Kill For actress, 36, Instagrammed an image of herself donning just a pair of white undies and a fedora, along with the caption “baby of the sun.”

The Hart of Dixie star went on give a shout-out to her photographer friend Abbey Drucker.

In a series of photos, the actress shared shots of her husband Kyle Newman and their son James, 20 months.

Last weekend, the expectant mama celebrated a star-studded baby shower, thrown by godmother Taylor Swift and attended by several A-listers, including, Gigi Hadid, Jessica Alba, Nina Dobrev, Diane Kruger, Hailee Steinfeld, Sarah Hyland, Topher Grace, Selma Blair, Emma Roberts and Joey King.

There are a handful of royal stories making somewhat minor headlines from the past five days or so, so I thought I would do what amounts to a royal round-up. These stories are mainly about the Cambridges, Will, Kate, George and Charlotte. Over the weekend, William seemed to spend some quiet time at home at Anmer Hall, where he celebrated his 33rd birthday and his first Father’s Day with two kids under the age of two. We don’t really know what William did for his birthday, quite honestly. I’m shocked that we haven’t heard anything about a quickie vacation. So, here’s a round-up of Cambridge stories.

Will & Kate will appear at Wimbledon. They missed out on the Royal Ascot, but Kate especially loves tennis, so of course there’s a report that Will and Kate will take time away from their schedules (?) to appear at some Wimbledon matches next week. This is how The Daily Mail wrote it: “William and Kate are keen on lawn tennis. While they try to avoid too many royal patronages, I wonder if they covet the presidencies of the All England Club and the Lawn Tennis Association?” LOL, “they try to avoid too many royal patronages.”

Will loves to fly in expensive helicopters. Even when he doesn’t have to. William made an appearance at an event for the Magna Carta last week, and some critics wonder why he took a Queen’s Flight helicopter for what would have been a relatively easy drive. Express also noted that William traveled exclusively by helicopter that whole day – he flew to Windsor from Highgrove, then took the helicopter to Berkshire, then back to Highgrove. One source said: “It does seem extravagant to use a helicopter when he could have just left half an hour earlier and still got there on time.”

Speaking of the Cambridges at Highgrove. It is believed that the Cambridges stayed with Prince Charles at his country home for the first time in… well, years. Following months of speculation that the Middletons had basically cut Charles out of his grandkids’ lives, Will and Kate made a point to bring George and Charlotte to Highgrove for a stay. And Charles made sure that the press knows that he and George “planted trees” together at Highgrove. One of the trees was a Winter Orange Lime.

Michelle Obama gave gifts to the Cambridges. FLOTUS was in England last week to launch an initiative, and Prince Harry invited her to have tea. Michelle brought gifts for Harry’s niece and nephew – George got a red wagon (the Berlin Flyer P-Wee Wagon) and Charlotte for an toddler-sized Amish-made rocking chair and a personalized Alpaca baby blanket. Great gifts!

Raffaello Summer Day in Berlin

Following a custody hearing in Monaco Monday, Kelly Rutherford’s two children, Helena, 6, and Hermes, 8, will be allowed to fly to the U.S. on July 3 to spend the summer with their mom. This ruling comes after some back and forth about which country had jurisdiction over the case, which as far as I can tell has not yet been formally decided. The children have resided in Monaco since 2012 with their father, Daniel Giersch, after a California judge ruled they should reside with him. After this latest ruling, Kelly’s lawyer gave quotes to People claiming her client will eventually regain physical custody of the children, which is typical of Kelly’s side. If they would focus more on their court strategy instead of the press they might have been able to avoid some of this legal wrangling.

A judge has ordered that Helena, 6, and Hermes, 8, fly to the United States on July 3 to spend the summer with their mother – but as of now, they’ll return to Monaco at the end of their trip to continue living with their father, whom Rutherford divorced in 2009.

“I am pleased with the outcome and that the children will be coming to the US for a part of their summer vacation,” Rutherford said in a statement to PEOPLE. “I am reassured by the Monaco process and the judge. Although I still maintain my legal objections about Monaco hearing the case, my serenity is restored.”

Rutherford, 46, and Giersch, 41, each had two attorneys by their side as they gathered in the judge’s chambers in the courthouse, which sits high atop the Rock of Monaco, across from the famous cathedral where Prince Rainier and Grace Kelly are buried.

But Wendy Murphy, who represents the children on behalf of Rutherford in New York, insists the court didn’t have the power to make any formal ruling, adding that Rutherford objects to Monaco claiming jurisdiction.

“The children are allowed to come to the U.S. because Monaco knows it has no authority to assert jurisdiction,” she tells PEOPLE. “So it’s not that Monaco ‘allowed’ the children to return to their own country, it’s that they had no choice – because American citizens can never be forced to live in a foreign country – period. Unless the kids are dual citizens – and these kids are not.”

Giersch’s California attorney, Fahi Takesh Hallin, told PEOPLE earlier this month that the German businessman had no problem sending their son and daughter to the States for the summer, as he had done ever since their 2012 arrangement went into effect. But Rutherford was wary…

Rutherford and Giersch will face off in a Los Angeles court July 9.

Murphy says she believes the L.A. judge will rule in her client’s favor following this month’s allegation that Giersch forged an email about the terms of his visa revocation. (Hallin shot down the accusation, calling the revocation “unfortunately very real.”)

“Monaco only asserted jurisdiction because the kids were living there for so long – which was caused by this country – but only because the children’s father submitted a fraudulent document and falsely claimed he was unable to enter the United States,” Murphy says.

“Now we look forward to the California court in July fixing this mess and bringing the children home for good,” she adds. “Their father can visit them here as he should have from day one because he is free to enter this country on a passport.”

[From People]

I really don’t think that email from the Berlin Embassy/Consulate was faked, as we discussed recently, but we’ll have to wait and see what the US judge says. Assuming the judge agrees with Kelly’s lawyer and finds that email fraudulent, is that enough to send the children to live with their mom in the US permanently?

Here are some photos of Kelly at an appearance in Berlin over the weekend. (She’s in a red dress. The photos of her in white are from 2013.) I’m sure we’ll see plenty of photos of her kids dressed all in white once she has them with her in the states. That’s great that they’ll get to spend time with their mom this summer. I don’t think awarding Kelly custody would be in her children’s best interests, but that seems like a long shot anyway.

lorde cover

After I first skimmed Lorde’s cover profile for Dazed Magazine, it took me a few days to work up the energy to cover it. That’s not about Lorde – I really like Lorde and I think she’s transitioning from a “wunderkind” to an adult pop star with a lot of grace and intelligence. No, my problem was that Dazed sent Lena Dunham to interview Lorde. They know each other through Taylor Swift – Lena and Lorde are two of Swifty’s most high-profile collected friends. And even though Lorde is the one being profiled, Lena managed to make most of the interview and profile about Lena. Because what else were you expecting? The result is one of the most annoying celebrity profiles I’ve read in a while (and I read profiles all f—king day!!!). So here are some highlights and of course I have to include a lot of Lena stuff because Lena just wanted to talk about Lena.

Lorde on her ‘tude: “I sometimes get asked, ‘Did people try to sexualise you early on in your career?’ But I came into this with such a strong viewpoint – even when I was 13 or 14, my sense of self felt too permanent for anyone to f–k with. You know, whenever there was a makeover suggestion or like, ‘Do you wanna try this push- up bra?’ I think I freaked enough people out – or intimidated enough people – that it didn’t happen. But also, does that still happen these days? Is that a thing? I feel like people think more of teenage girls than that.

Lorde on whether she mostly has dude friends: “I do. I have a lot of dude friends. I was kind of the camp mother of all the guys. I’ve been texting my friend because he hasn’t had a haircut without me in seven years so he just sends me the haircut emoji and I’m like, ‘OK, I’m going to take you.’ They’re amazing. I feel like teenage boys, all their emotions are really simple and diluted. Teenage girls feel everything so intensely and are so multi-faceted. Boys are just like, they’ll rest a head on your shoulder and you know exactly what that means.

Lena on their friends: “And speaking of camp mother, I feel that Taylor (Swift) has really taken control and said, ‘I’m going to get us all together in the same place, I’m gonna make it very clear that friendship is powerful and women are magic and if anybody thinks this is a witches’ coven they might be right.’ She’s just made it her job in a very cool way.”

Lorde on Swifty: “Yeah! I mean, she definitely brought me into this amazing world of supportive female friendship. For me, someone starts talking about boys and I’m like, ‘I just don’t know what to say.’ I’m useless in that capacity and that was why I thought, ‘Well, I can’t have girl friends (because) I don’t know how to talk about boys.’ But Taylor just glosses over the fact that I’m terrible at that and she’s just like, ‘It’s OK, I’ll love you for your other qualities.’

Lorde’s mom is crazy old? “My mum is such a big influence on all aspects of my life – as a child of immigrants who escaped the First World War, she’s the strongest person I have come across in my entire life.”

On feminism: “I’m not just going to do a 180 on a girl because she hasn’t learned about feminism. I remember not being 100 per cent sure what feminism or intersectional feminism is – I’m still not 100 per cent sure! One thing I hadn’t come face-to-face with until I was about 16 was thinking really hard about whiteness and what it means to be white, and all these questions around race and sexuality, which are incredibly important. For a long time, I wasn’t aware of how important it was to be a feminist for all women.

[From Dazed]

As you can imagine, the Gawker Lorde-Age-Truthers are having a field day with that totally weird quote about her mom. “As a child of immigrants who escaped the First World War…” That means that when her mom was born in 1965, Lorde’s mom’s parents were in their 50s? Does that make any sense? Is Lorde’s family full of vampires? Lorde Age-Truthers need to get on this!

Lena repeatedly brings up feminism and Lorde handles all of those questions very well. It’s sort of remarkable to see an 18-year-old (!!!) talk about feminism, white privilege and intersectionality with such grace while Lena, who is 29 years old, still sounds like such an a—hole about all of it.

As I’m sure you’ve heard by now – cable news anchors were in full meltdown mode throughout the day yesterday – Pres. Obama used the n-word. In public. During an interview. An interview with the popular podcast, WTF with Marc Maron. The background on this, I suppose, is the horrible massacre in Charleston, South Carolina last week. The larger background on this is that whenever Obama says anything about race, no matter how seemingly cautious or seemingly ambiguous, he is ripped to shreds by pundits and Beltway hacks. I’ve felt for some time now that Obama is doing the best he can with America’s race relations, and the constant pressure to say this, do that, think this way, reflect this, don’t say that, it’s all taken its toll on him. And now, in his last 18 months or so in office, he’s stopped caring about what he should or shouldn’t say and he’s stopped being cautious.

You can hear Marc Maron’s interview with the president here. I’m also including the short audio clip at the end of the post. Here’s the context of Obama’s use of the n-word (and yes, I censored it).

“Racism, we are not cured of it. And it’s not just a matter of it not being polite to say n—er in public. That’s not the measure of whether racism still exists or not. It’s not just a matter of overt discrimination. Societies don’t, overnight, completely erase everything that happened 200 to 300 years prior.”

As I said, cable news was in full meltdown mode. The president said the n-word! What does it all mean? It means he’s sick and tired. It means he’s exhausting trying to be all things to all people for the country’s deep seated racial problems. It means we should probably look to the context of what he’s really saying – that racism exists in this country beyond the obvious, overt examples of racism, like using the n-word or shooting nine African-American citizens in the middle of Bible study.

So, does Pres. Obama get a pass for using the n-word? I’m sure there will be some people crying, “Well, why does he get to say it and I don’t?!” I hate that. But if I’m being honest, his use of the word – even to make a completely legitimate point – makes me uncomfortable. But I also think the context of what he’s saying, his larger point, is more important than the “Obama said the n-word” headlines.

Diddy

This story belongs to the “so strange it’s probably true” variety of arrest tales. Of course, all defendants are innocent until proven guility, so we don’t know for sure what happened. P. Diddy now sits in the LA county jail after allegedly attacking his son’s coach with a kettlebell weight. Those pieces of fitness equipment can be extremely heavy and are often made of concrete. They can easily function as deadly weapons.

TMZ is on the case of P. Diddy’s altercation with his son’s football coach. Diddy is reportedly “a helicopter dad,” which wouldn’t surprise me so much if his son was in elementary school. Nope. Justin Combs is a college-aged guy, and he must be so embarrassed by his dad’s behavior. I guess Justin missed too many workouts, and the coach said he couldn’t play until next season. Justin should have handled his own standing on the team, but Diddy took matters into his own hands. Things reportedly got rough. Here’s the initial story from TMZ with a number of ongoing followups.

P. Diddy has been arrested for allegedly getting into a fight with a football coach at UCLA … where his son is on the team, TMZ Sports has learned.

We’re told Campus Police took the music mogul into custody early Monday afternoon. Diddy’s son, Justin Combs, is a defensive back on the team. We’re told the fight went down at the UCLA athletic facility.

One source says a strength and conditioning coach was screaming at Justin on the field during a strength and conditioning session. We’re told the coach “was riding Justin, screaming intensely at him.” Diddy watched the whole thing from the sideline.

At some point later, we’re told Diddy confronted the coach in his office and grabbed him. Diddy was arrested for assault.

A source connected with Diddy tells TMZ Diddy himself initially wanted to call police, but the phone was taken out of his hands.

Diddy is still in custody at campus jail.

[From TMZ]

After TMZ’s first story, they updated with info from law enforcement, who said Diddy allegedly attacked his son’s coach with a freaking kettlebell. So police arrested Diddy on felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon. There’s supposedly video of the incident, and sources say Diddy swung the kettlebell and barely missed the coach. Diddy’s team says he only held up the kettlebell in a threatening manner and never took a swing. Diddy also told sources he acted in self-defense, which makes no sense. He’s been moved from the UCLA campus jail to the LA county jail. The UCLA paper followed up and said Diddy has been charged with “three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats and one count of battery.

Now here’s a related (and much less sobering) tweet. The 1990s are back.

Diddy arrested. Suge Knight in jail. Jurassic Park movie. Terminator movie in July. Clinton & Bush running for president. Hannibal. #90s

Another one bites the dust! Britney Spears and Charlie Ebersol have broken up after eight months together. Now that they’re over, can I admit that I always though Charlie looked like a budget version of Rob McElhenney? It’s true. Anyway, eight months is actually kind of short in Britney’s world. I think that when a dude signs on to Britney, Inc. as the “official boyfriend,” the contract is usually for a year to start. But Charlie was supposed to be different/better, wasn’t he? He had his own life, his own career, his own stuff going on. Of course Papa Spears still had to monitor the relationship, but this one did seem better. And now it’s done.

Britney’s single, one more time. Britney Spears and her boyfriend of eight months, Charlie Ebersol, have called it quits, Us Weekly exclusively confirms. The pair, who started dating in October 2014, last attended a public event together at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards in mid-May.

Spears, 33, deleted all photos of her ex from her Instagram account, though many of her Twitter pics remain. For Valentine’s Day, the son of Saturday Night Live co-creator Dick Ebersol and actress Susan Saint James gifted his former love with a massive cake that read “Charlie [hearts] Britney,” and Spears posted it on Twitter, writing, “Cake war over! Charlie wins!!!! Happy Valentine’s Day everyone.”

[From Us Weekly]

Us Weekly was the first to report the breakup, but People Magazine followed quickly, with a “source close to Ebersol” confirming the split. Much like Charlize Theron and Sean Penn, this breakup seems suspiciously sudden. Britney is forever in love with love, the idea of love and the dream of getting remarried and possibly having another baby, I guess. She goes into every relationship thinking that they’ll get married, and she said as much about Charlie a few months ago.

Brit-Brit posted this IG on Sunday. Hm, looks like Papa Spears is going to have to audition a Southern boy for Britney’s new boyfriend.

So nice to be home! Nothing like Louisiana boys

Amber Heard

Here are some photos of Amber Heard yesterday in NYC where she’s promoting Magic Mike XXL. Everyone knows this sequel is all about objectification, but Amber keeps talking about how she’s tired of playing sexy roles in sexy movies. So it’s weird that Amber signed on to play Channing Tatum’s girl, but maybe she’s a serious character.

Amber sat down with co-star Andie MacDowell to speak with Australia’s Sunrise morning program. The subject turned to Terriergate, which never would have happened if Amber and Johnny Depp hadn’t smuggled their dogs down under without following quarantine. Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce publicly called Johnny out and booted Pistol and Boo from the country. We heard rumors that Johnny was upset and wanted to leave the Pirates set, which sounded like a pouty toddler tantrum. Amber’s still angry about the whole mess, and she thinks Barnaby Joyce was only piggybacking on her enormous fame:

“I have a feeling we’re going to avoid the land Down Under from now on, just as much as we can, thanks to certain politicians there. I don’t know, I guess everyone tries to go for their 15 minutes, including some government officials.”

[From Sunrise on Yahoo!]

What’s amazing about this story is that Amber is talking to an Aussie news outlet. She’s acting completely disrespectful, and she believes that celebrities shouldn’t have to obey civilian laws. Quarantine is for the masses, not Johnny Depp and his wife!

There are a few other stories about Amber and Johnny. He just placed his French estate on the block. This is the same place where Johnny set up a vineyard for Vanessa Paradis. The home has 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and sits on 37 acres (it’s own village). The sale will include all furnishings and perhaps a stray scarf or two.

Another story originates from OK!, so it may not be true. Johnny reportedly allows Amber “complete access to his bank account” and allows her to spend at will because “it gives him more power.” Surely, Johnny’s not that blinded, right?

Rose McGowan

Yesterday, I talked about how Rose McGowan posted a gross wardrobe note for an Adam Sandler movie. She was told to show off cleavage with “push-up bras encouraged.” Some of you called out Rose for capitalizing on her sultry image for years. I think it’s fair for an actress to change her mind, although it would be hard for Rose to explain away her NSFW 1998 VMA dress. She probably likes to forget that moment in history. Last year, Rose decided to (mostly) move behind the camera because she was tired of being sexualized. Now Rose tells Page Six about why she decided to tweet about the wardrobe note:

Rose McGowan, who revealed she was told to wear a “form-fitting tank that shows off cleavage” to meet for a part in an Adam Sandler movie, told us, “It’s embarrassing to be part of [Hollywood] sometimes.”

“These people have to get out of the wrong decade … or century. I didn’t take a vow of silence when I joined the industry. I wasn’t aware I joined the Mafia. I’m going to make fun of something stupid, and maybe somebody will learn something.”

[From Page Six]

Well, I’m glad someone is speaking out about the blunt stupidity of Adam Sandler movies. This guy has coasted for far too long, and Netflix gave him a four picture deal for him to do whatever he pleases. When he signed the deal, Sandler told Variety, “When these fine people came to me with an offer, I immediately said ‘yes’ for one reason and one reason only … Netflix rhymes with ‘wet chicks.’” The journo made sure to mention Sandler’s statement was “prepared,” not off the cuff. Rose is correct. Hollywood can be embarrassing.

Just after midnight, Rose added another remark to her wardrobe disgust.

I was insulted by the instructions to ‘read the script for context.’ Hahaha

I still remember learning who Gia Carides was and finding out – with so much pleasure! – that she was married to Anthony LaPaglia. They were married for 17 years and they have one daughter who is 12 years old. Gia was Anthony’s second wife and they were close in age – he is 56 years old and Gia is 51. Well, Anthony left Gia in April. And he stepped out with his new girlfriend in May. The Daily Mail has just gotten around to identifying his new girlfriend… she’s a 26-year-old named Alexandra Henkel.

What is it with this 50-something dudes and their super-young girlfriends? How much of a cliché do these guys need to be? Granted, a 30 year age difference between a 56-year-old and a 26-year-old is not as bad as Steven Bauer (57) and his relationship with an 18 year old. It’s comparable to Anthony Kiedis (52) and his 21-year-old girlfriend though. THIRTY YEAR AGE DIFFERENCE. And for what? Just so you can live the dream as a 50-something dude and have a girlfriend born in 1989?

Here’s a photo of Gia Carides and Anthony LaPaglia from 2014. Ugh, I can’t believe he left her.
