Last weekend, Angelina Jolie attended a conference in South Africa on behalf of her campaign to end sexual violence in conflict zones. She gave an incredible speech before the African Union summit. Following that, Angelina and Pax went to Namibia, where they checked in the work of the N/a’ankuse Foundation, which works on conservation and wildlife protection. They saw some baby cheetahs! Then on Saturday the 20th, World Refugee Day, Angelina took Shiloh to Lebanon to meet some of the hundreds of thousands of Syrian people (men, women and children) displaced by a one-sided “civil war.” Apparently, some of the refugees were so grateful to see Jolie (again, because she has visited the refugee camps many times in the past five years) that some were bowing to her and kissing her hand. People Magazine posted one exclusive photo (the header photo) of Angelina and Shiloh spending time with a 12 year old Syrian refugee named Hala. Jolie told People:

“Shiloh is very aware that I hold refugee families in high regard and has been asking to come on missions and meet them for many years. She had heard about Hala since my last visit to Lebanon, and has been wanting to meet her and her brothers and sisters. It was wonderful that they were able to meet, play together, and make friends. So many refugees are children. I’ve often heard them say that the most painful thing is not that they have lost their homes – it is that they have lost their friends.”

Well, that just broke my heart. This is a good “mom thing” to do, especially with “first world” kids who experience “tragedies” like their parents not buying them a new phone – Jolie is exposing her kids to the larger world, to people less fortunate, and the way she frames it for Shiloh is that… there is no real difference between Shi and Hala. Kids are kids. The only difference between Hala and Shiloh is luck – the luck for one child to be born to wealthy Americans.

Jolie also traveled to Turkey, a country that now hosts the most refugees in the world – 1.77 million refugees reside in camps within Turkey’s borders. In Turkey, Jolie made a lengthy speech – go here to read.

These are photos of Kylie Jenner celebrating the opening of a new Sugar Factory in Santa Barbara. She’s holding up Version 2.0 of the “Kylie” lollipop, but no one is thinking about the candy. Instead, people are wondering why a 17-year-old girl is wearing a sheer dress that shows off her girls. The answer to that question is complicated. Kylie’s been encouraged from a young age to capitalize on her looks. She’s been taught that aging into one’s early 20s is “scary,” and she’s been taught that cosmetic enhancement builds confidence. Besides money, self-esteem is the ultimate goal for the Kardashians.

This outfit is pretty outlandish for a teenager to wear. The plunging neckline caused people to wonder if Kylie had a boob job. In a now-deleted caption, Kylie wrote on Instagram, “There’s a lot of duct tape under this dress holding these suckers up.” She also deleted the photo of tape on her chest. At the Sugar Factory, Kylie spoke with Us Weekly:

Kylie’s impact on young people: “It’s been years, but I still feel like I’m just someone normal. It’s crazy. I don’t realize it until I dye my hair blue and go to a meet and greet the next week and half the girls have blue hair. I don’t realize the big impact I have, so it’s just crazy.”

Her favorite workout music: “Anything from Kanye West. He keeps me going.”

Kylie knows that she influences other young girls. The Kylie Jenner lip challenge wasn’t too long ago. I don’t know if she’s playing dumb with journos, or if she’s outright lying. Earlier this year, Kylie claimed to never work out because her “Jenner genes” kept her in good shape. I won’t jump on Kylie for fibbing because she comes from a family of liars. It’s all she knows.

On Friday, we discussed the “rumor” from In Touch Weekly that Casper Smart is cheating on his girlfriend Jennifer Lopez… again. Casper memorably cheated on J.Lo last year, and she half-heartedly broke up with him for about two seconds, then got back together with him “secretly” and they’ve been together ever since. Except Jennifer Lopez is ruining Casper’s game, yo. HE doesn’t want to acknowledge that SHE is his girlfriend. Think about that. Casper doesn’t want to get tied down with some beautiful, rich, successful, serious girlfriend. So just as In Touch Weekly’s report came out, Casper went to People Magazine to define his relationship with J.Lo.

Whether or not they’re officially back together is still unclear, but Jennifer Lopez and Beau Casper Smart are definitely enjoying each other’s company.

“We’re just having a good time, just being ourselves, that’s all,” the choreographer, 28, told PEOPLE.

Smart has recently taken his talents from behind the scenes to in front of the stage, appearing as a judge on Fake Off, a talent competition show featuring theater, acrobatics, aerial stunts and illusion.

“It’s very unique,” he says of truTV’s Wednesday night reality show. “It’s almost like a mini, 90-second awards show for amateurs. It’s nice to see what they come up with, how much they can do with what they have, and being able to help guide them a little bit.”

Off the show’s set, Smart and Lopez, 45, have been spotted together quite frequently recently, holding hands and even sharing a kiss. While the creative director was tight-lipped about their romantic status, Smart wasn’t shy about gushing about Lopez’s work ethic.

“She’s one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever seen or met in my life,” says Smart, who recently choreographed Lopez’s sexy music video with Prince Royce for “Back It Up.” “She crushes everything that you give to her, and she knows what she wants. She’s just great.”

Casper Smart is like Kellan Lutz, only I’d like to think that even Kellan Lutz is smart enough to know that if he ever hooked a girlfriend like J.Lo, he should just shut up and behave. But not Casper. Casper wants all of his sidepieces to know that sure, he sees Jennifer… but it’s not like serious-serious. She’s just a “good time.” They’re just hanging out. Ain’t nothin’. That’s his line. That’s what he tells his sidepieces.

This is a photo of Mariah Carey arriving in Italy – via a private plane, I’m assuming – a few days ago. She captioned the photo “Ciao Italia!!! #yay #vacation #italy.” I would have posted some of the photos of Mimi and her kids in Capri but unfortunately Mimi’s crazy cleavage was out so you’ll just have to go look for yourself.

You might wonder to yourself, “Hey, is it just Mariah, Morroccan and Monroe on vacation?” You would be right to wonder. Because Mariah has a new boyfriend, apparently. Mariah and her kids are staying on a yacht belonging to James Packer. He’s a billionaire, an Aussie, and it was a pretty steady rumor that he was “dating” Miranda Kerr for a while (Packer even got into a messy brawl with another dude and it was sort of related to how Packer might have left his wife for Miranda). TMZ got a photo of Packer and Mariah together on Friday in Capri, and TMZ reports:

Mariah Carey has got a new boyfriend, TMZ has learned, a billionaire who’s the 4th wealthiest person down under. The guy is James Packer, a 47-year-old entertainment mogul who sold a media company and now owns a string of hotels and casinos around Australia and other countries. He’s worth an estimated $4.6 billion, according to Forbes.

They’re staying on Packer’s yacht and we’re told they’ll be on the boat for “an extended vacation.” After Capri, it’s on to Cannes and St. Tropez.

As for how they met … Brett Ratner. Sources close to Mariah tell us James has been aggressively pursuing Mariah for months, and he succeeded.

Do you believe that Packer aggressively pursued Mariah… and she said no to him for months? I do not. Mariah is a diva, for sure, and she has some issues, but Mariah knows that when a billionaire is interested in your gin-soaked ass, you better pick up the phone and arrange the date. A-listers Fergie and Josh Duhamel were photographed with son Axl, 21 months, on Friday (June 19). The trio were seen leaving a park in Brentwood, Calif.

“[He’s] discovered candy, which we’re hoping to stay off as long as possible,” Duhamel tells PEOPLE of their son, which they “only trying to give him on special occasions.”

He adds: “When my sister and my friends are in town and they see him, that’s the first thing they do to try to win his favor.”

Last weekend, we spotted the Duhamels at a park in L.A.

The Battle Creek star, 42, went on to gush about his sweet boy.

“He’s been counting and singing his ABCs,” the actor said. “He’s just passed the phase where he’s chewing on toys and now he’s starting to realize, ‘This one is this and this one is this.’ ”

Meet Qirin Love.

The Empire star Terrence Howard introduced his newborn son – his fourth child – via Twitter Friday.

“A mythical ½ dragon ½ lion who glides above the land so as not to harm even a blade of grass… meet Qirin Love!” the proud papa, 46, wrote of his son’s name alongside the photo of his bundled up newborn.

Prior to posting the photo, Howard wrote, “Who would like to see a pic of Qirin Love?”

The actor — also dad to Heaven, 17, Hunter, 19, and Aubrey, 21 — welcomed his first child with wife Miranda Pak in May.

“He’s beautiful and strong and a whirlwind and my wife is so happy,” he recently said.
