America’s Got Talent host Nick Cannon shared a sweet snapshot of his 4-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe via Instagram.

“How I’ve been spending my day!!! #TheBest #Ncredible,” the father-of-two, 34, captioned the image of his kids on the swings.

In another photo, Cannon posted a selfie with “Dem Youngens” (formerly known as “Dem Babies“) sticking out their tongues.

“#mood How we feel about milk without chocolate! But all the other food was on point! #DemYoungens _#Ncredible #Love,” he wrote.

On Mother’s Day, Cannon, 34, shared a special message for his estranged wife Mariah Carey.

“Gotta represent for the Mother of my children,” Cannon Instagrammed the image of Carey, 45, and their kids.

He added: “She is such a wonderful, thoughtful, festive, loving and nurturing Soul. I will forever be in debt to you for blessing me and the rest of the world with Roc & Roe. A true #Queen Will love you always @MariahCarey #HappyMothersDay.”

After six years of marriage, Cannon filed for divorce in Dec. 2014. They initially separated in Aug. that same year.
