Kate Gosselin, 40, has been dating a millionaire entrepreneur named Jeff Prescott, 51. Prescott runs a microstock photo agency called Dreamstime and is divorced with three young adult children. The timeline seems to be that Kate has been with Jeff for about seven months, as per US Magazine, which has been running exclusive stories on the budding relationship. I guess that’s enough time to decide to make it official, because Kate was spotted at a “TLC Block Party” in Philadelphia wearing what looks like a big ‘ol engagement ring on her left hand. Let’s digress for a moment and wonder why TLC is still holding promotional engagements while they’re in the midst of one of the biggest, most despicable scandals their network has ever faced. This is the same network that aired a marathon of 19 Kids and Counting right after the news broke that Josh Duggar molested his sisters. The show must go on and since we haven’t heard whether they’re canceling 19 Kids or not (they have stopped airing it at least) you can bet that they still have feelers out. Will TLC have a big void in programming and will they call on Kate and her eight kids to fill it? I wouldn’t be surprised if we get more Gosselin specials.

So Kate is probably engaged to this guy given how much she’s flashing that ring around. Radar dug up the court documents on Jeff’s divorce, and it was contentious to say the least. His ex applied for a restraining order (which was not granted) and accused him of trying to alienate their children against her. Jeff’s ex wife also said that he would regularly stalk her.

The Dreamstime co-founder’s ex-wife Michelle Jones accused the 51-year-old of neglecting their three children during the couple’s nasty 2006 divorce, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

In Massachusetts court documents obtained by Radar, the homemaker claimed her husband of nearly 20 years has had “infrequent” visits with Ashley, Brooke, and Connor, who were then 19, 14 and 10 respectively.

Since their separation five months prior, “he has had Connor two times overnight,” she stated in the affidavit. “He has not taken the girls at all overnight.”

She also alleged the CEO would frequently skip town “on business and pleasure,” without giving his estranged wife or their children, one of whom is disabled, any notice.

“There have been times when he has not answered his cell phone for days,” Jones claimed.

When Prescott was in contact with the children, Jones said, he manipulated them into taking his side in the bitter split.

In a February 15, 2006 email presented to the court, Prescott told young daughters Ashley and Brooke “I…want to make it very clear that I have given your Mom every chance to try and settle things in a way that would not require all that is about to transpire. Again, she has chosen this battle for reasons I cannot understand.”

“We will spend a ton of money on lawyers. Money that I would have rather seen go to you guys or your Mother but she sees things differently,” he continued.

Later that week, after Jones sought a restraining order against Prescott for “jealous” behavior, she claimed the father of three left his teen daughter Ashley upset.

“He told her that all sorts of terrible thing were going to happen if I obtained a restraining order such as ‘loss of our home,’” she alleged. “He told her that she may ‘not be able to go to college.’ He told her we may go ‘bankrupt.’”

Nine years after the messy divorce, Prescott exclusively tells Radar that he and his ex now “get along great.”

“As for the divorce issues, most of them do not carry any merit,” he explains. “We went through some tough times that were short lived. Michelle and I get along great and have for a long time. Our children are great kids with awesome values as a result of having a good mother and a caring, loving father.”

At least the guy and his ex are on good terms now, but he sounds like an a-hole. Still, we don’t know if he did all the things his ex wife accused him of, etc. Given what we know about Kate Gosselin, they sound pretty well suited to each other.

Meanwhile Kate’s ex, Jon Gosselin, is fighting for custody of one of their 11 year-old octuplets, Hannah, who is not getting along with her mom. Jon struggles with finding consistent employment so it’s unclear how he’ll care for Hannah. In Touch reports that Kate left the children with a nanny for four days while she was off with Jeff last month and didn’t even leave the children a number to contact her during that time. Hannah is said to be fighting to stay off camera and Jon will reportedly try to get TLC to stop filming. He has been trying to do that for years, I doubt he’ll be successful now.

“We’re at it again! Thrilled to announce baby number 3 is on the way! The Cutler crew keeps on growin’,” the Laguna Beach star captioned an image with their sons Camden Jack, 2, and Jaxon Wyatt, 1, sitting in a wagon.

Now that I’m seeing the full scope of Kim Kardashian’s Baby #2 Rollout, I have to say… she’s been planning this for months. Which means she’s already several months pregnant. Kim covers the July issue of Glamour and she “confirms” her second pregnancy in the interview. When was this conducted? When was that episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians shot? Ugh, it doesn’t even matter. Spinning a conspiracy about Kim Kardashian is missing the point of what the Kardashians are to gossip: filler. No one should take them seriously. Anyway, here are some highlights from Kim’s exclusive Glamour interview:

On her second pregnancy: “We are so beyond excited. I’m a completely different person…If it all went away, and I was just a mom, I would love my life.”

Her fertility drama: “I didn’t know that I was going to be so open with [my fertility challenges]. But meeting people at my fertility doctor’s office who are going through the same things I’m going through, I thought, ‘Why not share my story? It’s been really emotional. One doctor told me I would need my uterus removed after I had another baby—I could only have one more. One was like, ‘You should get a surrogate.’ The other one was like, ‘Oh, no, you’ll be fine.’ Then I called my doctor, and he’s like, ‘You know what? I believe—we’ll get through it.’ There are definitely times when I walked out [of the doctor’s office] hysterically crying, and other times when I was like, ‘OK, everything’s looking good—it’s going to be this month!’ The waiting and waiting has been a roller coaster.”

Her first pregnancy: “When I found out I was pregnant [with North West], I was going through an awful divorce, Kanye and I had just been dating for seven months—granted, we knew each other for a decade—and I was like, ‘I can’t do this. It’s not the right time.’ But then I figured, If I’m in my 30s and I’m not ready, I’ll never be ready. So it’s been the biggest lesson, and the biggest joy of my life.”

A cute North story: “Today North put on these Manolo heels of mine and was walking perfectly around my closet. I sent Kanye a video of her; he was like, ‘Tell her to stop! She cannot grow up! She cannot wear your heels.’”

If fame all went away and Kim was “just a mom,” would she really love her life? Considering she just released a book of selfies – as in a coffee table book full of photos Kim took of herself over the years – I seriously doubt that Kim could ever just go away and be fine with whatever quiet role she thinks she might want. And considering the rollout for this second pregnancy, she’s not going to be going away quietly anytime soon. But hey, we’ll be having lots of fun with her maternity style. God, remember last time? Remember all the lies she told about the weight she was gaining? This is going to be fun!

Whenever LeAnn Rimes doesn’t have any kind of crazy outbursts for several weeks in a row, I start to wonder is some kind of big implosion is about to happen. LeAnn had a pretty quiet May – she performed some smaller concerts, she tried to shill some of her projects (something about a new album, I guess), and she tweeted and Instagrammed a lot. That’s about it. Is something bigger about to happen?

These are photos of LeAnn out and about in LA on Saturday. I’m absolutely sure she arranged to get pap’d, so let’s talk about her outfit, since I’m sure she wants us to see it. I actually like the sort of hippie, flowy sort of looks on most women. Sometimes ladies can go too far and it looks like a costume (Vanessa Hudgens), but I’m always going to enjoy a peasant blouse and cute smocking. I’m not sure about this… what it is? Like, a jacket? A duster? Whatever it is, it seems like a fashion fail and it doesn’t even go with the booty-short cutoffs!

Brandi Glanville recently tweeted about getting along with Eddie and LeAnn these days, and how she doesn’t want a lot of drama on her Twitter feed. LeAnn hasn’t made any similar statements – LeAnn actually seems to still court the Brandi drama, even after all this time.

This weekend was also one of Eddie’s sons’ birthdays, and I guess Eddie and LeAnn threw a party that involved huge inflatable soccer balls and pizza slices. I know this because LeAnn IG’d the whole thing. She used her step-son’s 12th birthday party as an opportunity to pose in a bikini bottom and a see-through top?

Taraji P Henson was named Best Actress in a Drama Series last night at the Critics’ Choice TV Awards. As you know, Empire was arguably the most successful series premiere of the season. And the critics have been quick to honour new talent and creativity – they were the first (and few) to recognis…      

Blurred Lines singer Robin Thicke stepped out with son Julian, 5, in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Saturday (May 30).

Donning matching white outfits, the father-son duo got some groceries. They were joined by Thicke’s 20-year-old girlfriend, model April Love Geary.

The I Don’t Like It, I Love It singer, 39, stopped to pose with some fans before heading home.

Julian’s mother is actress Paula Patton, whom Thicke wed in 2005 after being high school sweethearts. The couple split in early 2014 amid reports of his infidelity.

On October 9, 2014, Patton filed for divorce, which was finalized on March 20, 2015.

On Friday, Thicke Instagrammed an image of his son making juice.

Here are some photos of Taylor Swift out and about on Friday and Saturday. There were two notable costumes! One ensemble was “sporty” with black high-waisted booty shorts and a crop top, and the second ensemble was “flirty” for an outing with Martha Hunt and Gigi Hadid. Because Taylor Swift wants us to know that even though she has a boyfriend, she’s not going to forget about her lady friends. Which is legitimately a good example to show girls and young women, although because we’re talking about Taylor Swift, I tend to think this is all some sort of scheme.

When Tay covered Maxim’s “Hottest Women” list/cover a few weeks ago, I said that I didn’t really find Taylor sexy or “hot”. I stand by that – she’s got a nice figure, I enjoy seeing what she’s wearing and I’m interested in who she’s dating, but I’ll always have a problem thinking of her as a sexual or sexy person. As it turns out, Swifty sort of has difficulties seeing herself in that way too.

Taylor Swift is leaving the super sexy thing to other pop stars – and she’s completely cool not concerning herself with it. Access Hollywood guest correspondent Scott Evans sat down with the “Bad Blood” singer to chat about her “Welcome to New York” Champion limited edition sneaker for Keds, where he asked the singer about the public’s perception of her image, which is often described as chaste.

“No, that’s a way of people saying I’m just not generally a sexy person. That’s all that is,” Taylor said.

And the 25-year-old is content with her image.

“It’s fine. I’ve accepted it. I’m a lot of things. Overtly sexy is not one of them,” she explained. “I’m fine. I’m fine with all the other things I am.”

Taylor has also embraced being a role model for teens and young people.

“As an artist you should embrace what comes naturally to you, whatever role feels right. I would never encourage an artist to try to and fit in to a role that seemed to be created for them by a bunch of record label guys in suits in a conference room,” she told Access. “I think for me it feels very natural to talk to teenagers and people my age… about feelings and what they’re going through and their insecurities.”

She’s right – on this, she’s fine. Not every pop star has to be hyper-sexual and I believe that Taylor would be profoundly uncomfortable if she had to put herself out there like that. I think we should give Taylor credit for how she transitioned into young-adulthood without making an ass out of herself in some kind of “PLEASE SEE ME AS A SEXY POP TART” moment, a la Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Miley Cyrus, etc. Taylor did court the “chaste” image when she was very young, but she transitioned into mostly age-appropriate and normal dating patterns as the years went on, and there were no big moments of “whoa, she wants to be seen as a sexual animal now.” Taylor will probably never have that kind of sexualized pop-tart drama and for that I’m grateful. No, her drama will always be about blind-item songs, publicly maligning Katy Perry, stalking her exes and that sort of thing. And I’m grateful for that too, because at heart, Tay-Tay is a middle school Mean Girl.
