Arrow star Stephen Amell and wife Cassandra Jean were spotted with daughter Mavi, 19 months, in Marbella, Spain on Saturday (May 23).

Donning a Canadian maple leaf on his cap, the proud papa, 34, toted his tot, who looked adorable in a red flamenco dress with black polka dots.

On Thursday, the Canadian actor shared a fun photo from their family getaway.

And on Saturday, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles star Instagrammed a photo of Mavi and her little pal donning matching flamenco dresses.

“The best things in life are free,” the actor captioned the cute shot.

Mogul mom Kimora Lee Simmons stepped out with husband Tim Leissner and their newborn son Wolfe in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Friday (May 22).

Joined by the family pooch, the reality star, 40, walked alongside her husband who pushed their baby boy in the stroller.

On Mother’s Day, the proud mom shared a family photo with all of her kids, including daughters Ming, 15, and Aoki, 12, and 5½-year-old son Kenzo.

Wolfe is the first child for Simmons and Leissner. The reality star welcomed her daughters with Russell Simmons, and her elder son with actor Djimon Hounsou.

“Wolfe was a big boy! Handsome just like his father,” Simmons recently said. “[Wolfe was] 11 lbs. — a lot of work. But a labor of love! We’re all so happy he’s here.”

She added: “My fourth delivery was definitely the most challenging — all natural and with no drugs! It really shows that moms-to-be have the power to deliver any way they choose. Choice is what’s most important for women — across the board.”

St. Vincent star Naomi Watts was all smiles with her two sons – Sasha, 7, and Kai, 6 – in Brentwood, Calif. on Friday (May 22).

Walking hand-in-hand, the trio were all smiles while heading back to their car.

Last month, we spotted the Birdman actress and her longtime beau, Ray Donovan star Liev Schreiber, at their local farmers’ market with the boys.

The mom-of-two, 46, is currently filming Demolition with Jake Gyllenhaal. Meanwhile, Schreiber, 47, continues to play the lead role in the Showtime series Ray Donovan.

Next up, Watts will star in Shut In, a psychological thriller which tells the story of a woman trying to raise her catatonic son on her own, only to suddenly discover a shocking secret about him.

Academy Award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon hit the shops with daughter Ava, 15, in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Saturday (May 23).

Both donning white shorts and striped tees, the Hot Pursuit actress, 39, and her lookalike daughter enjoyed a girls’ day out. The pretty pair went shopping at Gap before heading over to Sephora where the teen tried on some makeup samples.

The mom-of-three was seen a Totes Y’all handbag from her new line, Draper James.

In a welcoming message, Reese shares an introduction to her new lifestyle website.

“I started this company to honor my Southern heritage and in particular my grandparents who were, and still are, the greatest influences in my life: my grandmother, Dorothea Draper and my grandfather, William James Witherspoon,” the message reads. “My grandparents taught me everything I know about gracious Southern living. From them I learned to dress and act like a lady, to take pride in my home, to reach out to help a neighbor, and to always invite everyone in for a visit.”

The mother-daughter duo were not joined by Reese’s husband Jim Toth and her younger children: sons Deacon, 11, and Tennessee, 2.

The Wild actress has recently signed up for two new projects: a fantasy-comedy with director Paul Feig called Wish List, and a limited HBO television series co-starring Nicole Kidman, titled, Big Little Lies.

If you were expecting Republican politicians to distance themselves from the horror show that is the Duggar family, you would be mistaken. So far, there’s been a lot of uncomfortable silence from many of the conservative politicians close to the Duggars. But since the Duggars live in Arkansas, I guess Mike Huckabee (former Republican governor of Arkansas) decided he needed to chime in on the situation. And his comments were… shockingly tone-deaf. From Huckabee’s Facebook:

Janet and I want to affirm our support for the Duggar family. Josh’s actions when he was an underage teen are as he described them himself, ‘inexcusable,’ but that doesn’t mean ‘unforgivable.’ He and his family dealt with it and were honest and open about it with the victims and the authorities. No purpose whatsoever is served by those who are now trying to discredit Josh or his family by sensationalizing the story. Good people make mistakes and do regrettable and even disgusting things. The reason that the law protects disclosure of many actions on the part of a minor is that the society has traditionally understood something that today’s blood-thirsty media does not understand—that being a minor means that one’s judgement is not mature.

No one needs to defend Josh’s actions as a teenager, but the fact that he confessed his sins to those he harmed, sought help, and has gone forward to live a responsible and circumspect life as an adult is testament to his family’s authenticity and humility. Those who have enjoyed revealing this long ago sins in order to discredit the Duggar family have actually revealed their own insensitive bloodthirst, for there was no consideration of the fact that the victims wanted this to be left in the past and ultimately a judge had the information on file destroyed—not to protect Josh, but the innocent victims.

Janet and I love Jim Bob and Michelle and their entire family. They are no more perfect a family than any family, but their Christian witness is not marred in our eyes because following Christ is not a declaration of our perfection, but of HIS perfection. It is precisely because we are all sinners that we need His grace and His forgiveness. We have been blessed to receive God’s love and we would do no less than to extend our love and support for our friends. In fact, it is such times as this, when real friends show up and stand up. Today, Janet and I want to show up and stand up for our friends. Let others run from them. We will run to them with our support.

Again, no mention of Josh Duggar’s actual victims. No mention of the help that they likely need and have needed for years. Why are so many people bending over backwards to act like Josh Duggar is the biggest victim here? But Mike Huckabee is just thinking of his own troubled son, David – when David Huckabee was 17 years old, he tortured and killed a stray dog and Mike Huckabee tried to cover up the crime (and Huckabee fired the state police official who refused to cover up the crime). So… perhaps to Huckabee, defending a child-molester is basically the same thing as defending his animal-torturing son.

As for whether or not TLC is actually going to cancel the Duggars’ show, it’s still up in the air, TMZ reported on Saturday that there are several different options.

“19 Kids and Counting” may survive the Josh Duggar molestation scandal, but Josh might not. Connected industry sources tell TMZ, TLC is considering a number of options, weighing the pros and cons. One is to cancel the show outright, the other is to just go full steam ahead, but there is real talk about continuing without Josh.

Our sources say there’s a strong sense axing Josh would not materially hurt the show. We’re told TLC has done research and it shows the daughters have become the driving force. The weddings of Jill and Jessa were ratings successes, as was the birth of Jill’s baby. It wouldn’t be hard to remove Josh. He’s moved away from Arkansas to D.C. where he’s focused on lobbying Congress. But that could change because he just resigned from the Family Research Council.

As for cancelling the show, our sources say there is significant concern that big advertisers will bail. TMZ broke the story, General Mills has already pulled the plug. On the other hand, we’re told TLC believes the show has a strong, loyal evangelical base and so far support has not wavered. But removing Josh could be a good middle ground for TLC. Stay tuned.

It’s my hope that the show is just canceled outright, like they did with Here Comes Honey Boo Boo (and like A&E failed to do with Duck Dynasty). I think TLC could still have big problems with advertisers if they try to cut Josh out of the show but still focus on Jim-Bob and Michelle for any amount of time. There’s no way that anyone could believe that Jim-Bob isn’t the guy who shielded his child-molester son at the expense of his very young daughters. As for those daughters, it’s widely believed that even if 19 Kids & Counting is eventually canceled, there could be spinoff shows just about the daughters, specifically Jessa and Jill (who are the most popular).

Last week, I shared a Benedict Cumberbatch conspiracy theory with CB, but now I have to take it back. My conspiracy was that Sophie Hunter had already given birth and they were just waiting to announce it. I developed the theory because I honestly thought her due date was closer to early May and because Bendy has been suspiciously quiet this month.

But I was wrong. As you can tell. These are photos of Benedict and a still-pregnant Sophie out and about in London on May 20th. You can see some better photos of them out on the same day here at the Daily Mail. So… Sophie is still preg. I guess she was just showing really early. And this does mess up the timeline a little bit. Let’s say Sophie is due in early June. That means it was still a shotgun engagement, but Benedict did propose to her basically as soon as they found out about the pregnancy. Which is a little bit better than the previous theory, that he waited several months to propose. Of course, I still sort of believe he knocked up, got engaged to and married a woman he really didn’t know all that well.

In any case, they’re happy enough. I suppose. And the UK papers say that Bendy and Sophie have bought a large home in London:

Benedict Cumberbatch is giving up his bachelor pad and preparing to move into a fancy North London town-house. The 38 year old actor and star of highly popular BBC show Sherlock is reportedly doing up the gaff in order for it to be ready for he and his pregnant wife Sophie Hunter to move in as soon as possible.

The £2.7 million, four storey home is just around the corner from a property owned by former leader of the Labour Party, Ed Miliband. The couple were married on the Isle of Wight in February, shortly after confirming that they’re expecting their first child.

They kind of waited to the last minute to move out of Benedict’s bachelor pad, right? The constant vibe I’ve been getting from all of this is that Sophie comes from money, and it would’t surprise me at all if Sophie’s family has funded much of their new life together. I think her family paid for the wedding, maybe even bought the Hunterbatches a little country home, and now this. A nice pad in the city for all of the little Cumberbabies.

Robert De Niro delivered the graduation speech to NYU’s Tisch School of Arts class of 2015. He’s still considered a “get” for such events, even though he’s coasted through his last 20 movies (Silver Linings Playbook included). People still think of De Niro in iconic Taxi Driver terms, which is understandable. He used this opportunity to deliver an atypical speech. Most graduation speakers aim to be inspirational, but De Niro told it to these students straight. The job market is a tough one for many fields but especially for the arts. NYU tuition is outrageously high, and most of these students will be paying off student loans for three-decade terms (no joke). Even if these graduates were lucky enough to not mortgage their lives, they still face dire career prospects. Here’s a partial transcript of the speech:

Tisch graduates, you made it. And you’re f*cked. Think about that. The graduates from the college of nursing? They all have jobs. The graduates from the college of dentistry? Fully employed. The Leonard N. Stern school of business graduates? They’re covered. The school of medicine graduates? Each one will get a job. The proud graduates of the NY school of law? They’re covered. And if they’re not, who cares? They’re lawyers. The English majors are not a factor. They’ll be home writing their novels. The teachers, they’ll all be working. Sh*tty jobs, lousy pay. But they’ll be working. The graduates in accounting? They all have jobs. Where does that leave you, envious of those accountants? I doubt it. They had a choice. Maybe they were passionate about accounting, but I think it’s more likely that they used reason and logic and common sense to reach for a career that could give the expectation of success and stability. Reason, logic, common sense … at the Tisch School of Arts … are you kidding me? You discovered a talent, developed an ambition, and recognized your passion. When you feel that you can’t fight it, you just go for it. When it comes to the arts, passion should always trump common sense … yeah, you’re f***ed. The good news is, that’s not a bad place to start … How do you cope with it? I hear that Valium and Vicodin work.”

De Niro also shares his own experiences with rejection. He joked about auditioning for the Martin Luther King role in Selma to illustrate his point. LMAO.

Overall, this speech wasn’t out of line. These students know they chose a difficult field to crack, but they were still driven to pursue a career in performing arts. Director Eli Roth holds a Tisch film school degree. He once remarked that he’s the only grad from his class who carved out a living in the field. So De Niro’s speech is slightly brutal, but he speaks the truth. Heck, I listened to multiple professors say the same stuff during lectures, and this was for a field that many consider marketable (even though it’s not). Most Tisch grads knew the drill long before they applied to college. This speech was comic relief for something that they’ve worried about for years.

Here are some photos of Michael Fassbender & Marion Cotillard at the photocall and premiere of Macbeth at the Cannes Film Festival on Saturday. I’ve been waiting to see Fassy all week, and he’s literally been at Cannes since last weekend, although this is the first premiere he’s attended. His first public appearance at an official event was Thursday night, at the amfAR gala. Then he spent Friday recovering, so he looked relatively well-rested (not really) for Saturday’s activities. I think he looked better in the photocall pics rather than the premiere pics. There’s something about Fassy in a tuxedo that just doesn’t jive. He just doesn’t seem like he’s in his natural habitat while wearing a tux.

As for Marion, she wore a totally fug Ulyana Sergeenko jumpsuit at the photocall. It looks like the cheap Target pajamas college girls wore in the ‘90s. By that I mean I’m sure the jumpsuit is considered fashion-forward somehow (but looks so dated to me). For the premiere, she wore a custom Dior mini and Chopard jewels. Pretty.

As I said, it was almost like Fassy was in hiding for the past week. He was probably holed up with his current girlfriend, Alicia Vikander, although Cannes was littered with his former lovers (Zoe Kravitz, Madalina Ghenea). From the way he looks in these photos, I would say he was probably partying quite heavily this week. He did manage to crawl out of the bottle and do some press for Macbeth – you can read some interviews here and here. There’s nothing really new. He already said that he played Macbeth like the character suffered from PTSD. There are some new clips too, but we still don’t have a trailer. Here’s a scene from the coronation:

It looks… interesting. The reviews coming out of Cannes are pretty great too.

PS… Look at Fassy and Marion’s body language. Do you think they’re hooking up, or have hooked up in the past? I’m not seeing it. Their body language says (to me) that they’re close but they haven’t slept together.

Grammy Award-winning singer Pink says her daughter Willow, nearly 4, seems to be walking in daddy’s footsteps.

“I think she’s more into motorcycles at this point,” the singer – who is married to freestyle motocross star Carey Hart – told E! News of her daughter’s passion. “Motorcycles and skateboarding. I’m super into it.”

What about becoming a rockstar like mama?

“No music, not unless she’s really talented,” Pink shared.

Last month, the Try singer responded to body-shaming bullies who attacked her weight.

Earlier this month, the Who Knew hitmaker further explained her stance on anti-bullying.

“I don’t take well to bullying,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “I never have. I’m not a person that will be bullied. I’m not a person that will stand by watching other people bullied.”

And while the 35-year-old singer puts on a strong front, it’s not easy to swallow such harsh comments.

“I am a girl, I have feelings and people think I take no sh*t and I’m tough, tougher than nails, but I’m a human being,” she shared.

The singer says she has her priorities straight.

“I think people have gotten it wrong,” Pink shared. “They think their opinion matters and holds weight and I don’t know where or why they’re giving themselves so much credit you know? So I thought it was important for me to remind them that I don’t care. My life is full, I like food a lot and I really like to cook, I like to live, I find joy in that and were doing alright in the Hart household.”

Expectant mama Ashlee Simpson looked beautiful in a black maternity dress on Friday (May 22). The singer-reality star, 30, accessorized with a matching blazer, Chanel bag and shades.

After lunching at Casa Vega in Studio City, Calif., the mom-to-be walked alongside her husband Evan Ross.

On Wednesday, we spotted the parents-to-be shopping for baby supplies in L.A.

On Mother’s Day, the couple were seen with Ashlee’s 6-year-old son Bronx. The trio stopped for a snack run at a gas station in Calabasas.

The pair – who were wed Aug. 2014 – are expecting a girl. Ashlee welcomed Bronx with her ex-husband, Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz.
