Along with a heartfelt message, Vanessa Lachey posted a photo of daughter Brooklyn, 4 months, via Instagram Sunday.

“Dear Brooklyn, I have waited my whole life to be your Mama,” the proud mom-of-two, 34, wrote. “This is our first Mother’s Day together and I will cherish it and every one after.”

The former Miss Teen USA – who is also mom to 2-year-old son Camden with husband Nick Lachey – went on to gush about the joys of motherhood.

“I will cherish every moment we have together,” she continued. “Every smile, laugh and tear. I am you and you are me. I will forever and always be your Mama. I am honored and blessed to call you mine. I promise to always try and give you my best self. I promise to Love you, listen to you and respect you. Emma Stone covers the May issue (you read that correctly) of Interview Magazine. It’s weird the way Interview just releases their new issues willy-nilly, like publishing schedules are for peasants. I’m guessing they tried to hold this cover as long as possible because Emma’s new movie, Aloha, doesn’t come out until the end of the month (May 29th). Incidentally, I think Aloha looks absolutely terrible. I can see why the idea sold: let’s have Bradley Cooper, Rachel McAdams and Emma Stone in some kind of love triangle! But the previews make it look awful.

As for the cover interview, Emma was interviewed by Diane Keaton. You can read the full piece here. It’s so difficult to properly cull interesting quotes from Interview Magazine pieces because they really do read like a conversation rather than a Q&A. Here’s one section, where Diane and Emma are talking about Andrew Garfield:

KEATON: Andrew Garfield said, “Working with Emma was like diving into a thrilling, twisting river [Stone laughs] and never holding on to the sides. From the start. To the end. Spontaneous. In the moment. Present. Terrifying. Vital. The only way acting with someone should be.” My God. I mean, what did you feel when you heard such a dream-come-true observation?

STONE: He is such a poet. [laughs] But that’s the way he writes in general. So I hear it and of course my heart swells up. And I also know that he writes things like that on a daily basis.

KEATON: No way.

STONE: Yes, he does. He’s so poetic.

KEATON: What a guy. But that’s beautiful.

This interview could have been conducted before Andrew and Emma broke up. Or it could be a signal that they aren’t really over. Or it could be that they were already broken up and Emma just didn’t want to confirm it in an interview with Diane Keaton. God knows. I suspect we’ll figure out the status of their relationship with Andrew returns to LA or NYC after filming with Martin Scorsese.

In a sweet Instagram image, Nicole Richie shared a rare photo with 7-year-old daughter Harlow.

“Give your mom a [kiss] today #HappyMothersDay,” the reality star-turned designer, 33, captioned the smooching shot.

Nicole and her husband, The Madden Brothers rocker Joel Madden, are also parents to 5-year-old son Sparrow.

Reality star Kendra Wilkinson posted a photo with her two kids: son little Hank, 5, and daughter Alijah, who turns 1 on Saturday.

“Everyday is #MothersDay to me,” the Kendra on Top star, 29, Instagrammed the image Sunday. “They are my purpose and the only things that truly matter.”

The mom-of-two went on to gush about her cute children.

“Lil Hank becoming the greatest athlete and Alijah just starting to walk are the moments I live for,” she added. “I will do the best I can with every minute I have with them to teach them and protect them n give them a life they can be proud of. ?? #mothersday.”

Dear Gossips,

I spend my nights listening to Brandon Flowers, creeping him online. Wait. Can you call it creeping when you don’t bother hiding it? Jacek will come up from the basement, see me on my laptop, and know right away. “Are you perving out on Brandon Flowers again?” YES.

It’s bad …      

For months, if not years, Tom Hardy has been telling us that he’s really not the big, tough badass that he projects on-screen. He’s said versions of “I’m just a little bourgeois boy” so many times. So when will we believe him? I don’t know. I guess we’ll believe him when we collectively stop fantasizing about Tom having his way with all of us. Since Mad Max: Fury Road comes out this week, Tom has some assorted new interviews and quotes making the rounds. He spoke to a UK outlet and here was the stand-out quote:

“People didn’t sit up and take any notice of me until I started putting on weight, kicking people and being aggressive! The trouble with Hollywood is they want you to be something, then they think you’re who they wanted you to be. I’m not a fighter. I’m a petite little bourgeois boy from London. I was told very clearly, “You go down that road, Tom, you won’t come back.” That message stayed with me clearly for the rest of my days. I am f***ing lucky to be here. I would have sold my mother for a rock of crack.’

Tom has been in recovery for years now, but I always thought his addictions were more about cocaine and alcohol. I didn’t know he was smoking crack as well. That does make me see him differently. And to me, that sounds HARD. Like, being wild and smoking crack is a pretty hard life.

Tom also has a new interview with Vulture – you can read the full piece here. Some highlights:

He’s always covered up on-screen: “No one recognizes me for sh-t. I can’t get a free Coca-Cola in this city! Which is a good thing — I don’t deserve a free Coke, I’m just an actor. But maybe things will change.”

Off the set, Hardy hangs out with the crew: “And I’m another very small part of that machine. I’m a bit shy in that sense, and I like to keep to myself. I think, innately, that’s always going to be more of a characteristic to me than the need to be anything more. When push comes to shove and the bottom falls out and there’s no money left — and we do end up in an apocalyptic world — no fame’s gonna save me from being eaten!”

On fame: “Nothing really lasts forever, does it? Today’s news is tomorrow’s toilet roll, and I’m in the business of humiliation. It’s key. If you’re not failing, you’re not f–king doing your job properly. To find characters, one has to always play. You have to be open to rejection, failure, and humiliation, and one has to be brave in that sense. There’s two kinds of acting: There’s convincing and not convincing. And I’m guilty of both!”

Where are these magical places where Tom Hardy is never recognized? Are they the same places where Idris Elba goes unrecognized? I’d like to think that Tom – and Idris, for goodness sake – would be recognized everywhere. Sigh… I would give Tom a free Coke. I would give him a free meal. He could live in my pants for free too.

Sigh, I remember a time when Trace Cyrus was seen as “the weird one” of the Cyrus bunch. Miley has since surpassed Trace’s tattooed, rock ‘n’ roll image several times. Trace does love his tattoos though, to the point where he sports a full-on tattoo shirt. According to the youngest Cyrus of the bunch (Noah), Trace ran into some trouble in the family’s native Kentucky a few days ago. He tried to enter a restaurant but was rejected because of his tattoos. Noah wrote about it on Instagram, but I’ll spare you the actual photo of a shirtless Trace. Go here to see the dude in all his tatted-up glory. Here’s Noah’s caption:

A restaurant in Kentucky wouldn’t let my brother in because he has tattoos. That is so messed up and it really pisses me off that it’s even legal to do such a thing. The way I see it is he is completely made of art and if they knew him on the inside then they would know thats the truth. I love my brother and it brings me to tears to know someone would do that to him or anyone for that matter. So sad. I love you tracey and you’ve got a team supporting you. @tracecyrus

We don’t know the details of the situation. Perhaps Trace was trying to enter a restaurant while shirtless. Or maybe the situation is exactly how it sounds, and he was rejected for one reason — because he has tattoos. There’s no way for Trace to hide his body ink. He even has tattoos on his face. My guess is that he tried to go somewhere with a strict dress code, but it’s also likely that the restaurant’s owners simply don’t enjoy heavily-inked patrons. Ohhh, here’s an clue! Trace posted an expletive-filled video explaining that he was denied entry into a specific bar and grill. He wants people to call the bar and call the manager a “scumbag.” So Trace is looking for attention, but the situation still sucks for him.

The last we reported on Kim Richards, she was in rehab after an appearance on the Dr. Phil show in which she lied about and attempted to minimize her drunken arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Dr. Phil offered to let Kim attend a pricey rehab at his expense. (Or more likely in exchange for free advertising for the facility.) On camera Kim refused to go, citing her daughter’s upcoming wedding. She later accepted Dr. Phil’s offer with multiple demands, reneged again, then eventually gave in.

Kim’s buddy Brandi Glanville was a guest on Jenny McCarthy’s Sirius radio show this week. Brandi mentioned that she and her two boys visited Kim in rehab and that it was “really nice… like The Four Seasons.” US Magazine reports that Brandi said, about Kim’s rehab, “I would die” but I listened to that in context and Brandi said she would die if Kim asked for help busting out of rehab. It wasn’t about the fact that she would die if she had to go to rehab, which is how I read it initially. Here’s more of what Brandi said, and you can hear a segment from the interview on E! Online.

On if Kim is off RHOBH
I don’t know that Kim is out. She’s in rehab right now, but I don’t know that she’s not doing the show.

“Were you surprised when she went into rehab?”
I wasn’t shocked, but at the same time I had never seen her drink or do a drug. If she wants to get help, it’s her… I can’t say to somebody ‘you need to get help,’ because they’re going to go ‘f*k you, you have a problem I don’t have a problem.’ And so I just was her friend. I witnessed odd behavior but I never saw her do anything. You don’t want help until you say it yourself. Lisa Rinna isn’t afraid of saying [mimics shrill voice] ‘You’re an addict, you need to get help.’ It’s just, all you want is to just shut that bitch up and you’re like ‘leave me along I’m not,’ and you’re defensive.

On if she’s talked to Kim
I went to rehab to see her already. She called me the morning after the whole fiasco.

“In rehab is she like ‘get me out of here, help me jump the fence’?”
No, I would die, but no, if you saw where her rehab was. I was like ‘anyone could use 30 days here.’ It’s beautiful. I took the kids I was like ‘this is the Four Seasons or something.’

How do you even be a friend to someone like Kim who so deep in their addiction and denial? It sounds like Brandi sort-of knew that Kim had a problem but that she would never say anything to her about it, because it wouldn’t get through to her anyway. Plus Brandi drinks like a fish, it’s not like she can call Kim out. Kim hid her addiction from everyone and most of all from herself. I found her so annoying on Dr. Phil, where she would cry and play the victim whenever she was questioned. I can’t deal with that type of drama from friends.

US Weekly has more on Brandi’s interview with Jenny McCarthy. She spoke highly of Yolanda Foster and had some choice words for Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna. Jenny did word association with Brandi and Brandi came up with “c-nt” for Kyle Richards and “crazy” for Lisa Rinna, but then she said “crazy love”. I used to think Kyle was a c-nt too, but now that I’ve seen Kim in action for years I get why Kyle is so detached from her sister. Radar reports that Kyle hasn’t visited Kim in rehab and that she’s RSVPed “no” to Kyle’s daughter Brooke’s second wedding in Mexico. Their source claims that “Kyle is refusing to go to Mexico for Brooke’s second wedding as she just doesn’t want to deal with any of Kim’s drama. Kyle wishes the best for Brooke and Thad, and doesn’t want to take anything away from their big day.” I don’t blame Kyle at all.

The Real Girls Kitchen host, 30, and her fiancé, have welcomed their first child – a daughter named Ryan – E! News reports.

No further information has been announced about the baby’s birth at this time.

On Mother’s Day weekend, the 7th Heaven alum posted a photo of her full-term baby bump.

The couple announced their pregnancy news back in December.

The newborn joins big cousin, 3-year-old Luca, whom is Auntie Hilary Duff‘s son.
