Somehow I missed the memo on the scarfy aspects of Cuba Gooding Jr.’s fashion taste. Johnny Depp would feel right at home in this outfit, and it sounds like they share a love of alcohol too. Back in 2012, CB covered a story about how Cuba shoved and punched a female bartender at a New Orleans bar. This incident followed news of Cuba’s drunken NYC bender and a child-tossing incident on GMA.

Since then, Cuba’s 20-year marriage has collapsed. Page Six has a new tale about Cuba’s bizarre night on the town in Manhattan. The Oscar-winning actor (ha) showed off his abs to some models. Then he laid hands on a hotel employee for “bad service”:

The Jerry Maguire star was with pals, spies said, including director Paul Haggis at the Soho hotel late on Monday night when he invited another table, that included Danish model Ammalie Overbeck and Dutch beauty Bo ‘t Jong, to join him. Once they joined him, Gooding was “pulling up his shirt to show the women his abs.” But when he wanted to order more drinks around midnight, a witness said he became inexplicably frustrated with a hardworking waiter, hopped over a banquette and got in his face.

“He grabbed a waiter by both shoulders and gave him a verbal shellacking,” said a source, adding the waiter was found by two other members of Gooding’s group “sobbing” in the rest room. “The server was saying, ‘I wanted to be an actor — but maybe I’m too sensitive for this!” a spy related. Gooding’s pals explained that the Selma star’s going through a divorce. (His ex Sara Kapfer filed for divorce after 20 years of marriage in April.)

Back at Gooding’s table, spies said he then announced he wanted to engage in a sex act we can’t print in a family newspaper. The young models “seemed quite shocked” and turned off, so Gooding turned his attention to another woman.

Cuba’s rep has already denied this story, but Page Six has spoken of his exploits on other occasions. In December, Cuba was “like a freshman at a college party” and telling women his name was “D*ck McWilly.” This guy is a total mess. I don’t know why filmmakers are still hiring him. He had a role in Selma, and he’s playing O.J. Simpson in the upcoming TV series American Crime Story. (Not that playing O.J. is something to be proud of.)

This poor waiter. Cuba was out of line in grabbing the guy. He was probably drunk, which is no excuse. Oh, and LMAO at the idea of Page Six as “a family newspaper.” Whatever Cuba said must have been really raunchy if they couldn’t print it.

Here are some photos of Charlize Theron and Sean Penn out and about with Jackson last weekend. They were looking especially loved up, and just like a happy family. Sean does seem especially happy these days, like Charlize has given him a new lease on life. They’ve been back in LA for several months now, after spending a good chunk of 2014 in Africa filming a movie together. The tabloids kept claiming that Charlize and Sean argued and fought a lot while they were overseas, but those reports seemed false once they came back to California, looking stronger than ever. But now Radar/The Enquirer suggests that Sean was getting “romantic” with Charlize’s stunt double. Epic.

Sean Penn seems smitten with his stunning fiancée Charlize Theron, but a bombshell new report in The National ENQUIRER reveals that the veteran actor recently spent several “romantic” nights with a knockout beauty on the set of their new movie. Theron and Penn teamed up for the film The Last Face, but on-set spies tell The ENQUIRER that Penn spent a few evenings reading poetry to a stunning blonde — who was not Theron. Now that woman, Theron’s stunt double Fleur van Eeden, has opened up to The National ENQUIRER about their “romantic” nights together.

“I find Sean very sexy still, even though he’s older,” the 30-year-old told the magazine.

Theron, 39, stars in the movie, which Penn directed. But the actress was miles away when Penn, 54, invited van Eeden to listen to him recite his poetry around a bonfire at a remote campsite.

“Charlize didn’t come. I was alone with Sean and a few crew [members]. It was awesome,” van Eeden divulged. “They put up a tented camp for the crew, and offered Sean the guesthouse. But he refused and insisted on sleeping with us.”

“One night we all stood ’round a bonfire, and suddenly Sean said, ‘I want to read you my poems, my private collection. Would you mind?’ It was phenomenal – awesome – under the big starry sky. He’s a great poet, a very deep, romantic guy.”

“For five nights, he read us five poems at a time. I was entranced,” she said. “He’d written them over the years, and they were very deep – about his life and losses. He’s so romantic, and sad as well.”

….AND? Is that it? Sean went camping with Charlize’s stunt double and a few crew members and Sean took Fleur aside to read her poetry? I mean, were they having sex while he recited the poetry? Granted, it doesn’t look (or sound) good and Sean’s sexual history definitely suggests that there’s something going on, with this woman or someone else. But it sounds like he really was just reading poetry to this lady. OMG SCANDAL.

I keep forgetting that Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are engaged. Hell, I keep forgetting that they’re together. At first their relationship seemed cooked up by publicists, but after several months passed, it seems more like they’re just another boringly attractive couple. For what it’s worth, I thought she was more interesting with Nick Loeb, even though Loeb seemed like a total toolbox. But there was passion and heat and rage there.

Speaking of, back when Loeb and Vergara were together, he kept talking about how he wanted babies with her. She always sounded like she wasn’t interested – she already has an adult son, Manolo, and Sofia’s career motto seems to be “strike while the iron is hot.” She doesn’t want to put her career on pause to have anyone’s baby. But still, when she was with Loeb, she went and had her eggs frozen. There were even stories that she had a surrogate all lined up and everything and it was happening. But nothing happened. She broke up with Loeb and got with Joe Manganiello and now they’re engaged. And I guess they want a baby?

After Sofía Vergara and her fiancé, Joe Manganiello, spent nearly two months of searching for a surrogate, ‘In Touch’ has learned that the duo finally found a match!

“It was hard, because Sofía wanted to make sure that the woman was someone she could trust,” an insider exclusively says in the new issue of ‘In Touch.’

While ‘In Touch’ will not release the name of the surrogate, it can reveal that she works closely with the ‘Modern Family’ star. “Sofía is friends with this woman and spends a lot of time with her,” says the insider, “so she can watch the pregnancy firsthand as if it were her own.”

And while another source says the reason Sofía (who is already mom to Manolo, 23, from her first marriage) won’t carry the baby herself is “a closely guarded secret,” the pair aren’t hiding their excitement. “Sofía’s said from day one that Joe is the perfect dad,” adds the source. “They can’t wait to be parents.”

There has never been a confirmation from Sofia that she A) really does want another kid or B) can’t naturally conceive again. I think it’s pretty much a case of Sofia not wanting to be pregnant and not wanting to put her career on hold for any reason. To me, that sounds like the wrong way to bring a kid into the world, but whatever. I’m not doubting that Sofia will take care of her gestational surrogate in every way, and if that’s what she really wants, God bless. It just feels like Sofia gets with these guys who don’t have kids and she thinks she has to just give in and have a baby some way instead of just saying “No thanks, I’ve done that already and I don’t want to do it again at this point in my life.”

Rita Ora covers the March issue of Nylon to promote her role in 50 Shades as Christian Grey’s sister. Never let it be said that Rita doesn’t push her projects. She’s been talking about this role for over a year. Those who have seen 50 Shades are poking Rita on Twitter because she’s barely in the movie. People say she’s got anywhere between 3 and 90 seconds of screentime. That’s tough. Rita IS full of herself, so it’s funny that she may have ended up on the cutting room floor. Is her role very large in the books? I don’t know.

I’m ignoring the 50 Shades bits in this interview because ugh. Rita talks about other stuff like fashion and her new music. She never mentions Calvin Harris’ name, but the claws are out. After their bad romance ended, Calvin tossed epic shade at Rita and yanked his songs from her album. It’s going to be fine. Rita can throw shade too!

She’s matured as an artist: “It was a process to be like, ‘F*** it! I’m just gonna be me.’ With the first album, I was so hyped up to be signed with Jay Z. I was like, ‘Whatever! Jay f***in’ Z!’ Two, three years later, I was like, ‘You know what? People are actually interested in what I’m saying and how I’m dressing and how I’m acting.’ It’s like, ‘Yeah, I grew up and I looked at my a**, and it got a bit bigger and I’m sexier now.’ Might as well flaunt it! I feel more womanly.”

Her changing vision: “I had a breakup, or whatever, and it really made me realize what I was trying to do. I had been fixated on this love fantasy, but really it wasn’t like that, and I had to take myself back. For me, this was my moment where I had to be real and tell the truth and be honest. I love my pop songs, and I’m still gonna be pop, but this has just got a lot more depth to it.”

Rita is “punk”: The fashion world “needs confidence. It needs a massive boost. It needs a kind of, like, ‘F*** you.’ It needs another Madonna … which it’s not gonna get. But it needs a person who takes chances. You have amazing girls like Emma Watson–glamorous, gorgeous, clean, beautiful girls. But where’s that punk energy? That fun, crazy, respected but still like, ‘S–t, she’s just doing her thing’ person? That’s who I am!”

Actress Drew Barrymore shared a precious new photo with daughter Frankie, 9 months, via Instagram Wednesday.

While promoting a new contest for her cosmetics line, Flower Beauty, the E.T. star, 39, captioned the photo: “The question is…’Who are YOU Kissing this Valentine’s Day? Ps…I’m kissing Frankie Kopelman.”

The actress – who is gearing up to turn the big 4-0 later this month – recently opened up about the flexibility within the beauty biz.

“I love the beauty industry because even on a workday I can wake up with my kids, go to work, come home, bedtime—there’s a normal life there,” said the actress, who is also mom to 2-year-old daughter Olive.

She added: “And it’s exciting when you have to go on a business trip, as opposed to a film where you’re gone for months. I can’t do that right now. As you add more onto your plate, particularly family, things have to fall off, or you won’t be a good parent.”

While sipping on a pink beverage, the actress looked casual chic in layered maternity tops, black leggings and flip flops while running some errands. Looking every bit the doting fiancé, Rosenberg was seen patting Duff’s growing baby bump.

The 7th Heaven alum, who is set to turn 30 next week, recently shared a recipe for Creamy Green Enchees — which happens to be her pregnancy craving.

It sounds like the food blogger – who is expecting a girl – is loving every minute of her pregnancy.

“Feeling your baby kick just never gets old! Excited every time!!,” she recently Tweeted.
