Following a full day of “Gossip Girl” filming duties, Blake Lively changed up outfits and headed out for a night on the town in New York City on Wednesday.

The Serena van der Woodsen actress looked bright and cheery as she attended the launch of Vertu’s smartphone held at Berry Hill Galleries.

As for her “Gossip Girl” happenings, Blake and the gang return for all-new episode titled “Easy J” airing Monday (October 25) at 9/8c on The CW.

A synopsis via the show’s website tells: “Although Blair (Leighton Meester) made it perfectly clear that Little J was no longer welcome in Manhattan after what happened with Chuck (Ed Westwick), Jenny (Taylor Momsen) is tempted by a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet Tim Gunn (“Project Runway”), which could be a game changer for her future. Meanwhile, Serena (Blake Likely) discovers something about her new boyfriend, Colin (guest star Sam Page), that may put an end to their relationship just as it was getting good.”

Taylor Swift wrote an explosive song about how John Mayer broke her heart. Well, word on the street is that Swift‘s ‘Dear John’ song is about none other then notorious Hollywood playboy, John Mayer.

If you’re going to be single, might as well be the most desirable single lady around, like Jennifer Aniston. The unattached actress was recently voted the most eligible bachelorette in the world in a new poll, reports Us magazine.

The 41-year-old got 29% of the votes, while Halle Berry was a close second with 21%. Lady Gaga, Elin Nordegren, Betty White, and Elena Kagan also received votes.
No official word from the Aniston camp about how she feels to be at the top of the list, but she’s said in past interviews that she doesn’t really feel like she’s been slighted by love like everything thinks. Gaga tweeted after the concert: "WE ARE PLASTIC ONO. I got to sit in as a guest musician tonight, what a legendary band+mother, Yoko."
Gaga had more reason to be a happy superstar yesterday, she posted: "Today THE FAME spends its 100th consecutive week on Billboard. I wrote it myself + sang it live everynight. Thanku for believing lilmonsters."

Set to give rehab another try within the next two days, Lindsay Lohan is in the process of deciding the best place to get the help she so desperately needs.

While insiders tell Radar Online that the "Mean Girls" star is still in denial, she has decided to check in for treatment before her October 22nd court date on a probation violation.

According to the Radar source, LiLo is currently leaning towards going to the Betty Ford Clinic in Rancho Mirage, California – though no official decision has been made thus far.

In what will become her fifth go at getting professional help, the insider tells of the situation, "Lindsay is still in denial about being an addict and doesn’t realize this disease can kill her. She is in denial about the power this disease has over her. Even though she has been to jail twice in recent months, it hasn’t changed Lindsay’s underlying behavior. Lindsay is willing to get help, but she doesn’t seem to grasp the severity of her drug addiction."
