Logging another long day’s work, Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester were spotted shooting a few scenes for “Gossip Girl” in NYC on Thursday.

The always well-dressed co-stars visited a homeless shelter during the day’s outing, having a few laughs in between the Big Apple shoot.

Meanwhile, Leighton and Ed’s hit CW show has come under the gun – as the Parents Television Council are upset over a soon-to-be-aired “Gossip Girl” threesome scene.

Deeming the racy footage to be aired on Monday “reckless and irresponsible,” the group released the following statement: “Will you now be complicit in establishing a precedent and expectation that teenagers should engage in behaviors heretofore associated primarily with adult films?”

Keeping her health up to par, Madonna was spotted paying a visit to a medical center earlier today in New York City.

All bundled up in a coat, scarf and hat, the “Material Girl” singer braved the chilly NYC weather as she headed into the wellness facility.

Just last night, Madonna and boy toy, Jesus Luz, were spotted leaving the Standard Hotel in high spirits after the “Valentino: The Last Emperor” DVD launch celebration.

And in recent news, the charitable 51-year-old has promised electricity to a village in Malawi – where Madonna frequents – and is currently leading the building efforts of an all girls school.

Out running around town, Ashley Greene was spotted looking lovely as she traversed about Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon.

The “Twilight” cutie first stopped by a local gas station to fill up at the pump and grab a sugar-free Red Bull, then heading off to visit a friend’s house nearby.

Meanwhile, Miss Greene has been participating in the shared press duties ahead of the November 20th release of “New Moon”.

Of the vampire flick, she tells, “[New Moon] is a little more guy-friendly. It’s a lot more action-packed, and the wolves are funny, because they’re a threat and a danger to our family but they’re also protecting this person that we all love – so we kind of have to get along with them.”

Carrie Underwood has sang out about heartbreak before, but now she’s found the love of her life with boyfriend Mike Fisher and even gave him a shout-out on the liner notes of her new CD, Play On.

The country singer wrote: “Thank you #12 You are the most amazing addition to my life! You are such a wonderful person and have had such an amazing hand in the building of this album and in the growth of me as a person. I love you so much! You make my life better in every way! The couple has remained on the down low, but have been a little more open recently. Last month Fisher announced that the two work hard to spend time together.

“Obviously it’s tough with our schedules to see each other,” he said at the time. “But we always find a way to make it work.”

Gearing up for another round of performances, Britney Spears arrived in Australia on Wednesday morning  landing in Sydney before transferring out to Perth.

Of the trip, the “Gimme More” singer tweeted, “Longest flight ever but we had a great time … So excited to be here.”

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Spears will be performing 15 concerts in Australia, starting in Perth on Friday.

From there, it’s off to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane before wrapping up her Circus duties in Adelaide on November 29th.

Looking quite the fashionista, Carrie Underwood was spotted out and about in Midtown Manhattan on Monday night (November 2).

The country singing cutie is in the Big Apple tending to promotional duties, fresh off of a stop at the “Late Show with David Letterman” earlier in the day.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Underwood’s third album, “Play On,” debuts this week and is still very much country complete with banjo, pedal steel and mandolin, although the album is said to have different musical textures adding a level of maturity to it.

Of her newest project, Carrie tells press, “This has been kind of my first attempt at love songs and I think there’s a reason for that. I think it’s because I’m a private person anyway, and I’m not so great with emotions.

Continuing along with the worldly travels, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner turned up in Mexico for a press conference on Monday (November 2).

The “Twilight” co-stars flew in after appearing in Brazil the previous day, with the Bella Swan babe and her Jacob Black press partner doing their best to boost interest in their upcoming “New Moon” movie.

Hitting theaters on November 20th, Kristen recently offered up her thoughts on co-star Robert Pattinson’s Edward Cullen role, saying, “Edward is actually a really good parallel to fame. As a vampire, he has a sad, desolate life-fame is the same.”

Meanwhile, Taylor commented on the passionate “Twilight” fans, telling, “It’s much more than just a story of vampires and werewolves. The audience end up seeing themselves in the characters.”

Ready to catch a flight out of town, Audrina Patridge was looking lovely as she arrived at LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon (October 30).

Toting her own luggage, the “Hills” hottie seemed to be having a little trouble keeping her shirt from falling too far down below her shoulders as she headed into the terminal entrance ahead of her flight to Atlantic City.

The brunette beauty is lined up to host a Halloween fete at Harrah’s Dusk called the “I Dream of Audrina” experience – taking place tomorrow night (October 31).

According to reports, Miss Patridge will be greeting partygoers while “happy to mingle, glad hand and talk up her forthcoming reality show, ‘The Audrina Show,’ which will hit MTV in 2010.”

Getting into the holiday spirit, Sophie Monk tossed on her costume as she headed off to an early Halloween party in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Dressed as a sexy ladybug, the Australian actress toted a bouquet of flowers for the host, striking a few sexy poses as paparazzi followed along.

Meanwhile, Miss Monk recently saw her latest movie “The Hills Run Red” released straight to DVD, during which she has a sexy nude scene.

Of prepping for the baring role, Sophie tells, “You’ve just got to make sure you’re in shape. Most women would otherwise. I’ve been offered Playboy, but doing a film where it’s not me, I feel like it’s very different. That’s how I look at it.”

She adds, “I’m like a gay man. Inside, I am a man. I don’t understand anyone thinking I’m sexy at all. I don’t get it because growing up as a kid I wasn’t. I was like a dork, fat, so for me it’s really weird. I became famous in Australia when I was 18 and I was still a little bit chubby. Meanwhile, breaking reports tell that the arrested suspects involved in burglarizing Miss Bilson’s home also hit up the abodes of fellow celebs including Megan Fox and Ashley Tisdale.

Of the string of home invasions, Officer Brett Goodkin said, “The celebrities had a couple of things in common. That they were celebrities, it was easy to find out where they live via the Internet, and that none of the celebrities knew any of the suspects in this crime.”
