Jennifer Aniston wants to open a restaurant. The "Marley and Me" actress has wowed friends with her culinary skills and they are now encouraging her to launch a new business venture so she can share her skills with others.

A source said: "Jennifer is really passionate about cooking. She recently had a new kitchen fitted and she loves it."

"She can cook anything from Mexican meals to Italian food to cakes. She does use cookbooks but mainly they are her own recipes."

"Everyone says she should open her own restaurant and she said she would love to."

Jennifer would not be the first celebrity to launch her own eatery.

In 2008, Eva Longoria launched Beso, a Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles which has become a hit with other famous faces, including pal Victoria Beckham.

Jennifer Lopez opened Madres in California in 2002, but it closed down last summer.

"SexyBack" singer Justin Timberlake owns two New York eateries, Southern Hospitality, featuring food inspired by his Tennessee childhood, and upmarket Italian restaurant Destino. He also previously owned Chi, a dim sum bar in Hollywood.

Morgan Freeman, Robert De Niro, and Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle, are among other stars who have also ventured into the restaurant business.

Kate Moss is engaged to Jamie Hince. The 35-year-old supermodel – who has been dating The Kills rocker since summer 2007 – has sparked rumors the pair are planning to wed after she was spotted wearing an impressive diamond on her ring finger during a romantic trip to Paris, France.

A source said: "Kate and Jamie looked totally loved-up. Jamie took her to the trendy La Maison Du Caviar restaurant for a romantic lunch."

"People kept noticing the ring on her engagement finger but she didn’t say anything."

This is not the first time it has been reported the British beauty and the 40-year-old musician are set to tie the knot.

Earlier this year, Jamie revealed he was desperate to commit to Kate.

Shortly after they started dating, and just months after she ended her engagement to troubled Babyshambles singer Pete Doherty, it was reported Kate had popped the question to guitarist Jamie at a friend’s wedding.

Britain’s Queen Elizabeth joined over 140 children at a giant birthday party in Scotland Wednesday. The monarch joined a group of 10-year-olds at the Scottish Parliament building of Holyrood after all 163 youngsters born in Scotland on July 1, 1999 -the day of devolution, when Scotland got its own government – were invited to join festivities.

Accompanied by her husband, the Duke of Edinburgh, the queen toured parliament’s main hall, which was filled with children creating "Happy Birthday" posters from cut-up photographs.

Chloe McDonald, who now lives in Canada but was born in Greenock, was thrilled to meet the royal couple.

She said: "They were very interested in what we were doing. I’m excited that I got to meet the Queen in person. They have fireworks tonight. This is a once in a lifetime experience."

Michael Malcolm was another youngster who travelled far for the event – his family moved from Inverness to Germany five years ago – but insisted the trip was worth it."

He said "I’ve not been back in years. I’m happy because I got to meet the Queen and stay with my cousin in Edinburgh."

Geordan Grant, from Aberdeen, even managed to sneak a picture of the queen using one of the disposable cameras the children were given by parliament.

He said: "She was standing near me so I took a picture. She turned round and smiled at me."

Speaking about the event, Presiding Officer Alex Fergusson talked of the "unique bond" between the children and devolution.

He said: "These children share their birth date with the beginning of devolution and have a unique personal bond with the birth of our nation’s Parliament."

"I very much hope that these children will retain their strong links with this Parliament, as through them is told the unfolding story of devolution."

Always keeping busy, Katie Price stepped out today (July 2) to head to the stables, stopping to fill up her tank at the motor-way petrol station on the way.

Now that she’s on baby number two, Nicole Richie has decided to mix her talent and expertise to create a new line of maternity clothes.

The 27-year-old recently took to her blog to announce that she will be teaming up with the stylish maternity clothes store, “A Pea in the Pod” to expand her “House of Harlow” brand.

Richie and boyfriend, Joel Madden, had their first daughter, Harlow, in January 2008, and are expecting their second one later this fall.

Michael Jackson’s will was filed Wednesday in a Los Angeles court, giving his entire estate to a family trust and cutting out his father, Joe Jackson, and former wife Debbie Rowe.

The will, dated July 7, 2002, estimated his estate at that time at more than $500 million.

The document gives the entire estate to the Michael Jackson Family Trust.

The will confirms that Michael’s mom, 79-year-old Katherine Jackson, was appointed by her son to take custody of his three children and the star’s lifelong idol Diana Ross was appointed as guardian if Katherine is unable or unwilling to care for them.

In regards to Michael’s former wife, nurse Debbie Rowe, the will reads:

 “Except as otherwise provided in this Will or in the Trust hereof, I have intentionally omitted to provide for my heirs. I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe.”

Did Michael Jackson want his longtime pal and fellow singing legend Diana Ross to become the guardian of his three minor kids?

A source tells The Hollywood Reporter’s resident celebrity snitch Roger Friedman that Michael’s 2002 will – set to be filed in a Los Angeles Court Wednesday – states that he wants the “I’m Coming Out” singer to care for his children; Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7; if anything prevents his mother, Katherine Jackson, from doing so.

Michael and Diana were labelmates on the Motown Records imprint from the late 60s through the early ’80s. The pair went on to co-star together in the 1977 urban musical The Wiz.
