She can’t go anywhere without creating a scene, and last night (June 5) Miley Cyrus was spotted at The Grove hanging out and performing.

The “7 Things” songstress was actually in the house to show her support for pal Mitchel Musso, who was giving a free concert.  And of course she ended up on stage before the evening was over.

Following the performance, Miss Cyrus had a hard time making an exit as there was a plethora of fans seeking pictures and autographs.

Prior to the show, Miley tweeted, “stoked to rock out with mitchel musso I got stuck at a business meeting but I will not miss my little punks concert! R u there?”

Earlier in the week, she showed her love for Musso’s new album, tweeting, “your record is really awesome! Welcome to Hollywood and walk away are my 2 favs!  So proud of you! Whoo #2 on itunes.”

Stepping out for her all-important promotional duties, Sienna Miller presented the new fragrance “Boss Orange” by Hugo Boss in Madrid, Spain on Friday (June 5).

The “Factory Girl” actress playfully posed with the brand’s latest line, hamming it up for photographers at the El Corte Ingles store.

“Um, natural on the outside, on the inside they are not,” the former Bond Girl admitted in an interview with shock jock Howard Stern on Thursday. Denise is currently on promo tour, chatting up the second season premiere of her E! reality series Denise Richards.It’s Complicated.

Lindsay is believed to have arranged photoshoots and club appearances in the British capital to coincide with Samantha’s visit in an attempt to get back together following their bitter split in April.

Tabloid tattles claim Linds has followed the celebrity spinner from club to club, desperate to talk about “their future together.” Unfortunately for her, Sam isn’t really in a forgiving sort of mood.

Her mission began at the Bloomsbury Ballroom, where Samantha and her producer brother Mark Ronson were watching Daniel Merriweather perform. Lindsay showed up and Mark and Samantha fled to exclusive nightspot Bungalow 8 for safety. Champagne-sipping insiders tell The Mirror they had been there less than 20 minutes when Lindsay called Samantha and told her she was on her way to the club to join them for a drink.

The Ronsons quickly hailed another cab and returned to the Blakes Hotel in Kensington, where she is staying.

A source told Britain’s Daily Mirror: “Short of a restraining order, nothing can ward her off. They spent a few hours together before Lindsay left with a melon-wedge grin. When we asked if she’d enjoyed her time with Sam, she just chuckled and said, ‘Oh yes.'”

The “Catch and Release” mommy and her adorable 3-year-old hit up a local hotel for a swim session before heading off to lunch together.

At one point, they stopped into Daum boutique to browse the wares and try to get away from the paparazzi for a few moments.

She’s always up for a charitable cause, and last night Michelle Williams was spotted out at the Fresh Air Fund benefit gala.

The “Brokeback Mountain” babe looked beautiful as she arrived at the Tavern on the Green in NYC’s Central Park, sporting a white dress with gold beading.

Michelle was honored at the event, picking up an America Hero award.  And as she accepted her trophy, Williams spoke of the love she has for her little girl Matilda.

Also in attendance was charity supporter Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon.  The Fresh Air Fund provides free summer vacations for inner-city children.

Using her celebrity to bring attention to a horrible crisis, Angelina Jolie has penned an article for Time magazine urging people to end the violence in Darfur.

Speaking of International Criminal Court’s Darfur investigation, the “Wanted” actress wrote, “The evidence the prosecutor has presented is clear and compelling. millions of people have been displaced and hundreds of thousands have been killed.”

She continued, “Darfur has almost disappeared from the news, and experts now call it a ‘low intensity’ conflict.  But the intensity of the crisis has not lessened for those who are struggling to survive.”

“More than 250,000 people from Darfur have lived destitute lives in refugee camps in Chad for six years now.  Camps with more than two million internally displaced persons inside Darfur are even worse. Thirty percent of those displaced are school-age children. Girls leaving the camps are raped; boys leaving the camps are killed. They want an education; they want to go back to their villages, to their land; they want peace. But they also want justice.”

Continuing to spend their time in North Carolina, Kate Gosselin and the kids were spotted making a trip to the Maritime Market in Bald Head Island on Friday (June 5).

With Jon back home, bodyguard Steve Neild affectionately held one of Kate’s children’s hands as the group finished up their grocery shopping.

The previous day was filled with activity for the Gosselin clan, as the group paid a visit to the USS North Carolina Battleship, also grabbing lunch and ice cream.

Making sure to keep the kiddies cute for the cameras, Miss Gosselin also ended up taking the boys to get haircuts while staying on the scenic North Carolina island.
