Out for another day’s filming, Jennifer Aniston was on location for "The Bounty" in Lower Manhattan on Tuesday (August 4).

The former "Friends" star looked angelic in a flowing white dress, accompanied by her pet pooch as she readied to shoot a few scenes.

Meanwhile, Miss Aniston recently chatted with Elle magazine for their September issue, as she explained the key role humor has played in some of her more difficult situations.

Jen tells, “I remember being 7 and asking my mom if I was as pretty as [my best friend] Monique. And with all the love in the world, my mom looked at me and said, ‘Oh, honey, you’re so funny.’ So, she doesn’t lie to me. She answers the question by not answering and instead tells me what she thinks is my greatest strength.”

Taking their fiercely popular romantic comedy across the pond, Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler were spotted at the UK premiere of “The Ugly Truth.”

The “27 Dresses” actress and the “P.S. I Love You” stud both looked amazing as they arrived at the Vue West End Theatre in London, England to greet the mass of paparazzi and fans waiting for them.

Mr. Butler kept it classic in a dark suit with a white button-up shirt and a circa-1984 thin necktie while Katherine added some color to the scene in a sparkly green dress.

“The Ugly Truth” has been a massive hit everywhere else it’s been released, so the folks over in England are sure to love it as well.

It looks like Lauren Conrad and Kim Kardashian’s schedules just got a little fuller – they’ve been invited to appear as guest judges on the new season of “America’s Next Top Model.”

Being that both ladies have an extensive background in fashion, as well as reality television, they are no doubt the perfect choice.

Also on the books for LC – she’ll be debuting her new clothing line for Kohl’s this fall. She’s scheduled to appear on the September 16th episode of “Top Model.”

As for Kim, who has her own designer boutique, she’ll join up with Tyra Banks & Co. for the October 21st installment of the show.

Keeping busy as she tries to forget about Tony Romo,  Jessica Simpson was spotted out at a Los Angeles park on Monday (August 3).

Accompanied by stylist pal Ken Paves, the pair walked along with Ken’s three Saluki dogs while getting in a little exercise.

In related news, Miss Simpson recently opened up about her favorite bras in a new interview about her lingerie line.

“Of course I love lingerie. What girl doesn’t?” Simpson tells Women’s Wear Daily. “My lingerie reflects the way I’m feeling when I wake up and helps me set the tone for my day.”

She adds, “Lingerie is a special part of what you wear every day. It’s fun to pick different colors and styles. What you wear underneath your clothes helps define the outfit, whether T-shirt bras, push-up bras, different patterns and colors-you always have to choose what works best.”

As for her favorite undergarments, Jess tells, “I like to be comfortable and feel good. I wear whatever my mood calls for.”

Slowly but surely getting into the swing of single life, Kim Kardashian was spotted paying a visit to Beverly Hills Nail Design in Beverly Hills, California on Monday (August 3).

The E! reality star was joined by gal pal Brittny Gastineau, as the two cuties enjoyed an afternoon of personal pampering before continuing about with their day.

Following her much talked about split with longtime beau Reggie Bush, Kim let her fans know that she’s handling the breakup well.

She wrote to fans, “Hey guys, I just wanted to let you all know that I truly appreciate all the love and support I’ve been receiving over the last 48 hours.”

“I just want you all to know I’m doing okay, and I really appreciate your support. I’ve been reading all your comments and I really have the best fans ever! I love you guys!”

Hard at work on her new movie, Christina Applegate was spotted on the set of “Going the Distance” in New York City on Monday (August 3).

Joined by co-star Justin Long, the former “Married with Children” star mingled with on-set workers as she prepared for the day’s shoot in Manhattan.

Also starring the lovely Drew Barrymore, the Nanette Burstein directed flick is due out in theaters in October 2010.

According to IMDB, the film is described as “a look at the trials and tribulations of a long-distance relationship.”

Getting ready for a trip out of town, Jessica Alba was spotted at LAX Airport with adorable daughter Honor Marie on Monday(August 3).

The “Sin City” sweetheart hopped out of her chauffeured ride as she toted her baby girl into the terminal entrance ahead of their departing flight.

Over the weekend, Miss Alba caused quite the stir as she made a rare trip to the beach with her loving family on Friday afternoon – showing off her post-baby bikini body for the first time since Honor’s birth.

Also back in action in the movie world, Jess thinks fans will be surprised by her improving skills, telling, “I have been working hard on a few new projects that I think you guys will hopefully love.”

Following a short trip out of town, Rihanna was all smiles as she stepped off a helicopter at the 34th street Heliport in New York City on Monday (August 3).

The Barbadian beauty is fresh off of a weekend in the Hamptons, as she looked refreshed while heading from her chopper to an awaiting car.

In related news, Rihanna’s ex Chris Brown is set to appear in “Larry King Live” on August 5 to discuss the assault charges he racked up.

Along with "Bandslam," which hits theaters August 14th, Vanessa also stars in an upcoming film called "Sucker Punch".

Talking about the role, which includes a stripper scene, she tells, "I’m not confident, but I know if I really, really set my mind to it then I can do it. I do not know what to expect. I’ve never been so excited and scared in my whole life."
