Keeping up with her massive family has got to be tiring, but Kate Gosselin knows just the thing to help keep her going throughout the day – Starbucks!

Joined by two of her brood, the “Jon and Kate Plus 8” matriarch was spotted picking up a pick-me-up at her local coffeehouse earlier today (June 10).

“They’re taking time off for the time being, they’ve split,” says a source. “It could just end up as a break but for now they’re doing their own thing.”

The “Titanic” stud and the Israeli-born supermodel have, of course, left the door cracked for the possibility of a reunion somewhere down the road.

After what seemed like an eternal pregnancy, Kelly Rutherford gave birth to a baby girl last night (June 8) at a Los Angeles-area hospital.

According to a report, the “Gossip Girl” actress delivered the baby without ex-husband Daniel Giersch present as the two have been engaged in a legal quagmire ever since they split.

The birth comes as a welcome highpoint for Rutherford, who has been bogged down with her messy divorce and custody battle as of late.

Kelly’s newborn baby girl will join big brother Hermes (2 yrs) as yet another birth in the current celebrity baby boom.

It continues to look like the Gosselin family is on the decline as today (June 9) Jon and Kate were spotted spending the day apart.

The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” stars both looked downtrodden as they went about their separate agendas out and about in Reading Pennsylvania.

Kate took two of her brood on an errand-running marathon while Jon picked up a snack at a local gas station as the paparazzi fired away.

And on tonight’s episode of the hit reality show, Jon and Kate get to cook with celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse.  Though they seem to get along most of the time, at one point Kate slaps Emeril on the hand with a spatula with a ‘Bam!’

In her first major ad campaign, a very grown-up looking Emma was snapped in London by famed fashion photographer Mario Testino. Rumor on The Style Circuit predicts the prestigious contract with Burberry will boost the actress’ estimated $16 million fortune by six figures.

The 19-year-old college bound star was chosen because she exudes “a classic beauty a great character and a modern edge.”

“Emma’s charm, intellect and brilliant sense of fun made the whole shoot feel like a picnic on the Thames,” Christopher Bailey, Creative Director of Burberry said in a press release Tuesday. “Having known and admired the lovely Emma Watson for quite some time, she was the obvious choice for this campaign.”

Emma’s Burberry ads also features a number of stylish male models.

“I felt Emma would be strong enough to hold the campaign as the only girl, and I loved the idea of her being surrounded by these young, cool British guys,” Bailey added.

Satisfying her craving for retail therapy, Beyonce Knowles was spotted hitting up high-end department store Harvey Nichols in London, England earlier today (June 9).

The “Crazy in Love” hitmaker looked super stylish as usual in a brownish-tan jumpsuit teamed with a pair of Louis Vuitton Spicy Sandals and dark sunglasses.

Finishing up her overseas “I AM…” tour tonight with a show at O2 Arena, Beyonce will then be jetting back to the States.

After a much deserved two week break, the “Irreplaceable” songstress will kick off her North American tour at Madison Square Garden on June 21st.

A publicist for pop star Madonna has released a statement responding to that early morning reports claiming African courts have decided to allow the singer to adopt Mercy James, a four-year-old orphan from Malawi.

“Madonna has not been informed that a ruling has been made,” says her rep.

American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert has inked a recording contract with RCA Recordings and will be working on a debut album – set for release this fall.

“I’m thrilled that we’ve come to a creative and collaborative partnership and look forward to developing a really exciting album,” the 27-year-old glam rocker said in a statement Tuesday. “We are 100 percent on the same page and are all anxiously awaiting the start of the recordings. It’s going to be ridiculous! Get Ready!!!”

Adam will record his album while on the road for this summer’s Idols Live Tour with the rest of this season’s Top 10 contestants.

“There are no longer any rules in terms of where the world’s next superstars may come from,” Barry Weiss, chairman of the RCA/JIVE label, remarked on the new signing. “We are thrilled to be getting involved with Adam Lambert as we all at RCA Records believe he is one of those rare, future global stars.”

Enjoying a relaxing evening, Jessica Simpson was spotted arriving at La Esquina restaurant in New York City for dinner last night (June 8).

The “With You” songstress looked to be in high spirits as she arrived at the high-end eatery sporting a cleavage-baring black dress with black sunglasses.

Over the weekend, Miss Simpson performed at the 18th Annual Celebrate Life with Hope Event, singing to over 2000 pediatric cancer survivors.

She told press, “To be able to give back is my sole purpose in life.” And it sounds like Jessica made quite an impression on the attendees.

One guest told press, “She was so nice and so warm.  All the kids were getting a day out and the little ones were looking up at her, it was just really touching.  She kept telling them they were her heroes.”

“At the end, she had a little meet and greet up on the stage.  The kids were just so excited to see her and give her a hug and she was so sweet with them. She was signing T-shirts and the hospital gave her a plaque. She was just really happy to be there.”

Living it up across the world, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner were spotted having a blast at the Monte Carlo Television Festival in Monaco today (June 9).

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” ladies looked lovely as they schmoozed with fellow attendees and posed for the paparazzi outside the Grimaldi Forum.

In related news, Kim recently confessed that she used to avoid the workouts suggested by boyfriend Reggie Bush by lying on the phone and staying in bed.

She explained, “My boyfriend always wanted to work out with me. But I never wanted to. He’d get up early and leave workouts for me on the nightstand, but I wouldn’t do them. He’d call to see how I was doing and I’d tell him I was at the gym when I was really in bed.”

But when Reggie said he was heading over to see her at the gym, Kim had a situation on her hands. “I jumped out of bed, threw on my workout clothes and raced to the gym. I hopped on the treadmill just before he got there and I convinced him that I was at the end of my workout.”
