Heading back to her homeland for the holiday,  Alessandra Ambrosio spent New Year’s Day celebrating with boyfriend Jamie Mazur.

Polish born, Aleksandra (Ola) is a Latin American specialist and, with her husband James, is taking part in Strictly Come Dancing for the third time.

Ola and James have been dancing together for seven years, professionally for the last four years.

From the off, the couples will face the judges and the public vote. In week one a male will go, in week two a female will go and in the third week the lowest scoring pair starts leaving the competition.

As in previous series all the proceeds from viewer voting will go towards BBC Children in Need, which has now raised a staggering £4.7million over the four series.

In a recording acquired by celebrity gossip site tmz.com actor Alec Baldwin leaves a message for his 11-year-old daughter Ireland (with ex-wife, actress Kim Basinger), in which he becomes enraged that she has failed to answer what was apparently a prearranged phone call.

“I’m leaving this message with you to tell you that you have insulted me for the last time. You don’t have the brains or the decency as a human being… I don’t give a damn that you’re 12-years-old or 11-years-old, or a child, or that your mother is a thoughtless pain in the ass who doesn’t care about what you do,” says Baldwin, adding that he intends to fly out to L.A. later in the week “to straighten your ass out.”

In a statement released to Extra, a spokesperson for Baldwin didn’t deny the authenticity of the recording but accused Basinger of leaking the tape to the media in violation of a court order. Don’t blame Alec; it’s not his fault that he was provoked to the point of calling Ireland “a rude, thoughtless, little pig.” What else was he supposed to do? After all, he’s Alec Baldwin, and she’s just some snot-nosed, 11- (or 12-) year-old little brat who thinks she can just traipse around the playground, screening her famous father’s calls and being ungrateful.

Way to show your kid who’s boss, Alec. I bet right now you wish you didn’t have the most recognizable voice in Hollywood.

Actor Zachery Ty Bryan is suing a hotel franchiswr over an incident in April wherein he was allegedly assaulted by the manager of the hotel he was staying in.

The former “Home Improvement” star has filed a lawsuit against Choice Hotels International over an April incident.

According to TMZ, he was staying at the Quality Inn Hotel in San Diego when he decided to grab a Gatorade with his friends. When he came back after midnight, the hotel wouldn’t let him upstairs since his room wasn’t booked on his name.

His attorney said Bryan tried to explain that his wife was in the room but the hotel refused to call her. And to make things worse, an off-duty manager came out of nowhere and used a taser gun on his neck.

The former child actor is seeking damages in excess of $25,000.

Bryan played the eldest son Brad Taylor in the hit TV series “Home Improvement,” which ran from 1991 to 1999.
