South Park is a Peabody Award- and Emmy Award-winning American animated television series created, written and voiced by Matt Stone and Trey Parker. Actor Shia LaBeouf has had his driver’s license suspended for at least one year as a result of his car crash back in July. Read more on Shia LaBeouf and see photo gallery below.

Supposedly the reason for the suspension for LaBeouf was due to his refusal of a “chemical test” when he was pulled over.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Sgt. S. Wolf told the Associated Press in July that officers responding found it “immediately apparent” that LaBeouf was intoxicated, and LaBeouf was arrested.

LaBeouf was booked for a misdemeanor DUI, but the LA. County District Attorney’s Office decided against filing charges due to insufficient evidence.

But apparently Shia LaBeouf didn’t get off “scot free”. What do you guys think of Shia’s license suspension?
