Friends of the Lohan clan are concerned with the amount of time out-of-work actress Lindsay Lohan is spending with her 15-year-old sister, Ali.

In recent weeks, the young brunette has been spotted accompanying her 22-year-old big sis on a vacation to Hawaii and out on the town with her to parties, while she is supposed to be being home-schooled by family matriarch, Dina Lohan.

“There seems to be a lack of parental guidance,” a Lohan insider told The NY Post’s Page Six column on Friday. “[Mom] Dina took Ali out of school and now all she does is hang out with Lindsay (right) – who is back to drinking and partying hard. Ali is now wearing really skimpy outfits, and it’s just sad. No one is in control. Where are children’s services? Where is Dina?”

The young Brit, who won our hearts with his inspired performances as the title character in the Harry Potter film franchise, has reportedly become enamored with the drag subculture since moving to New York City to appear in the Broadway production Equus. In fact, sources tell Britain’s The Sun that Dan has new crossdressing bestie; the 19-year-old has been spending all of his free time getting friendly with a Dolly Parton-impersonating transvestite named Our Lady J (Pictured Above).

“Daniel is fascinated by the drag culture and is always asking questions.”

The insider adds, “He went to a few shows and was made to feel very welcome. He’s a lovely guy and he and Our Lady J got on like a house on fire. They have eaten out together and been to parties. They have become quite close.”

They’re pretty much inseparable these days and last night Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr were spotted hamming it up at the Opening Night Party for Target’s First Midwest Pop-Up Store.

The “Gossip Girl” costars looked to be having a marvelous time as they meandered around the Chicago Target Pop-Up store as the paparazzi fired away.

Ed looked studly in his white henley shirt with black trousers, while Jessica cutened things up with a black dress teamed with a pearl necklace and a gold chain.
