We know Shawn Johnson is cute, but this is going too far.

A man, later identified as Robert O’Ryan, was arrested Tuesday morning for attempting to break onto the Dancing With the Stars set. His reason?

He and the Olympic Gold Medalist are "meant to be."

According to court documents released by the LAPD last night, O’Ryan was spotted scaling the fence outside CBS Studios prior to this week’s taping of the reality competition. Responding to a trespassing call, security forces nabbed the intruder in the hallway. Scary stuff.

According to TMZ, Johnson’s mother filed a restraining order to protect Johnson, her partner, Mark Ballas, herself and Shawn’s father against O’Ryan.

In the court petition, O’Ryan told police "he packed all his belongings and permanently left Florida to drive across the country because he believes [Johnson] is speaking to him personally through the television and via ESP – and he will be with her no matter what."

Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt is out of upcoming movie State of Play as the director on hindsight felt he was too good-looking to play the role.
Pitt was originally to star in the big-screen thriller as a journalist but the actor quit during pre-production, citing concerns with the script, contactmusic.com reports.

Gladiator star Russell Crowe was roped in as a late replacement for Brad to star opposite actor Ben Affleck’s character of a Congressman in the film.
Director Kevin McDonald is convinced that Crowe’s rough features are more suited to the role.
"In a way, I was lucky it didn’t work out with Brad. The relationship between the journalist and the politician was meant to be between somebody who feels inferior, who’s a bit of a schlump, who kind of can’t get a girlfriend, and somebody he’s looking up to and admires his polished politician friend," he said.
"That is not the dynamic of a Brad Pitt. He’s not looking up to anyone thinking ‘Oh, I wish I could have your girlfriend’," he added.

Angels in Waiting attorney Gloria Allred has told  "The Today Show" that Nadya Suleman’s babies are in danger.

Nadya Suleman

"The whole issue is an issue of security," Allred said this morning. "Our nurses were rightfully concerned about security. After all, Nadya had told the world where she lives, when those babies are coming home. As a result, hundreds of reporters came. Her home is easily locatable on the Internet as a result of her doing daily blogs."

She adds that two intruders came into the home!

"In one case, she had one of our nannies call 911 to report the intruder because she was concerned she had done too many 911 calls," she said.

A baby could be abducted, Allred said. But instead of improving security, Nadya spent money on putting in a jacuzzi.

Asked if those babies are in danger, Allred said, "In the nurses’ view, yes. That is why they filed three reports."

Allred denied Suleman’s claims that the AIW nurses wanted Nadya to fail, not succeed.

"How can she succeed if she is subjecting her babies to potential risks of harm, if she doesn’t come into the nursery to feed her own babies, to hold them, to bathe them, to change them, to love them, to bond with them … except when the cameras are rolling?" Allred asked. "That’s wrong."

Natasha Richardson was known to be a giving and compassionate woman throughout her all-too-short life.

That’s probably why her family made the decision — most likely according to her expressed wishes — to donate her organs to save other patients’ lives. After she was taken off life support March 18 at Manhattan’s Lenox Hill Hospital, the race to harvest her strong and otherwise healthy organs began.

Organ donation "is very Natasha," a family friend told people. "She spent so much time fighting the stigma of AIDS; someone like that would naturally donate her organs. At least by donating her organs something good could come out of [the tragedy]."

Richardson, 45, died a few days after an unremarkable fall during a beginners ski lesson at a Canadian resort March 16.

An autopsy revealed that a blow to her head caused a fatal epidural hematoma, bleeding between her brain and her skull.

Bless you for giving to others in your last hour, Natasha.

We all have bullies in our lives and we just assume they’re evil, but largely I think that kind of behavior comes from somewhere," says Jason Ritter, who plays a neighborhood tough who commits an almost psychopathically vicious act in "The Education of Charlie Banks." "Certainly the bully in my life, as far as I could tell, the house he grew up in was completely devoid of any love. He had all the money in the world, but you walk around his house and it was cold like a museum. So the only reaction he could get out of people was fear. It made him laugh."
With neat, close-cropped hair and a scruffy in-progress beard like a cross between G.I. Joe and the Unabomber, the 29-year-old projects an inoffensiveness in person that makes his transformation in the movie all the more impressive. The brutal act perpetrated by his bulldozer-in-a-china-shop Mick is witnessed by sheltered uptown boy Charlie (Jesse Eisenberg). Mick then turns up years later in Charlie’s dorm room, insinuating himself into a life of privilege amid the well-to-do students.
"The challenges were consistent with my worst nightmare of how I’m perceived," he said at his publicist’s West Hollywood offices. It wasn’t that the character was so objectionable but so unlike him: "I generally care very much what other people think of me. I’m not proud of that trait.

John Ritter

"I had to start from the very beginning and ask, ‘What kind of man ends up so out of control that he can’t help but ruin his own chances at being anything?’ This was definitely one of my most challenging roles."
The son of the late actor John Ritter acknowledges he’s known for playing "innocent, nice guys"; his background was a lot closer to Charlie’s than Mick’s.
"When the script first was circulating, I auditioned for Charlie," he admits. Years after that production fell apart, the screenplay came around again. Thinking himself now too old for Charlie, he took a furtive stab at Mick. To his surprise, he got the part. "There was a huge part of me that was terrified and thought, ‘Oh, my gosh, I tricked them!’ "
To pull off the guise of a guy who never questions his actions but moves with a shark-like decisiveness, Ritter had to face down a couple of demons.
"I had to find a whole lot of confidence somewhere," he says with a slightly nervous laugh. "I’m always second-guessing myself. He never apologizes and I never cease apologizing."
The cast, especially love interest Eva Amurri, helped him settle into this rough and uncomfortable skin.
"The first time you see her talking to Mick in the bar, she’s sort of jittery and excited," he says, compared to her cool when dealing with the madly infatuated Charlie. That enabled Ritter "to lean back in my chair and say, ‘Oh, yeah. Mick doesn’t have the problems Jason has when talking to women.’
"I was also lucky [the cast and crew] believed I could pull this off. I’ve done other things where there was a producer somewhere going," he exhales in exasperation and rolls his eyes. "As much confidence as I had to pretend I had, it would have taken just one person to say, ‘I don’t buy it’ to let it all drain out. It was such a delicate thing for me."
Not exactly an imposing figure, Ritter decided to use his physicality and clean-cut appearance to his advantage.
"I’ve never been in a fistfight in my whole life. I don’t have a giant scar on my face; I don’t look like a tough guy. [But] Mick had to be able to blend in with the college kids; he had to look almost normal. The only thing keeping him from normal was that you had seen this violent act at the beginning," he says.
The actor felt a kinship with the character ("We’re disgusted by the same things"), believing he understood Mick. The question was whether it was too late for Mick to change.
"It’s hard when the only thing stopping you from everything you want is your own inner workings."

Jamie Lynn Spears1

Britney Spears’ sister Jamie Lynn has reportedly called off her wedding to the father of her daughter — months after she was forced to deny rumors of a split.
The pop star’s younger sibling hit the headlines at 16 when she announced she was expecting a child with her boyfriend Casey Aldridge, whom she vowed to marry.
Following the birth of their daughter Maddie Briann in June, the teen couple became the subject of fervent tabloid speculation, which suggested they were living apart after Aldridge cheated on Spears.
The Zoey 101 star came forward in October to deny the persistent infidelity rumors and reiterate her plans to tie the knot with her boyfriend.
But now the 17-year-old is said to have canceled her plans to walk down the aisle with Aldridge once and for all — after deciding she doesn’t need an official ceremony to make her happy.
A source tells OK! magazine, "The wedding’s off. They are still in love, living together and very happy, but they have no plans to get married. Jamie Lynn has everything she wants and feels no need for a ring and piece of paper."
And the publication alleges that Spears has also decided to give up her acting career — so she can focus on raising her toddler.
The insider adds: "She has told friends and family she’s never coming back to Hollywood. She feels that part of her life is over. Jamie Lynn enjoyed every minute of doing Zoey, but since she’s had Maddie, her life has changed completely.
"She’s happy being a real hands-on Southern mother and hopes to continue that for years to come with Casey right by her side. Jamie Lynn knows she needs to make a living when she grows older, so she’s already discussing her career options with advisers. She wants Maddie to grow up in comfort."

Kevin Federline will tell all about his marriage to and divorce from Britney Spears – and their bitter custody battle – in new songs for his forthcoming rap album.

Britney Spears3

The wannabe rapper split from Spears in 2006 after two years of marriage and Federline was handed custody of their two young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, in 2007 following a bitter court battle.
The former couple is now on friendly terms and share custody of the boys.
But Federline has been pouring out his emotions in tracks for his second record – the follow-up to 2006 flop Playing With Fire.
Collaborator Krayzie Bone, from hip-hop group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, insists fans will be impressed with Federline’s efforts when the album eventually hits stores – just like he was when he listened to the lyrics.
He tells HipHopDX.com, "People gon’ say I’m crazy, but to my surprise the stuff that he let me hear, it was pretty decent. He told me that he didn’t get a chance to really put out the music he wanted to (with his first album), and he made mistakes in putting out the music that he did – by putting out the club stuff.
"I really didn’t hear none of his old music, but the stuff that he let me hear was, like, really deep. He was talking about his life. He was actually telling his side of the story (of the split with Spears) in a more mature, adult kind of way. Opposed to just being on the record saying, ‘F**k Britney.’
"He definitely got a story to tell (sic) – where he came from, and where he ended up."

Following last week’s collision with a deer while biking and a subsequent separated shoulder, Matt Lauer was welcomed back to NBC’s the “Today” show Thursday morning with open arms by his co-hosts – along with plenty of barbs from his “deer” friends.

“I feel good and I doubled up on the meds so I’m ready for all your jokes this morning,” said Matt, who underwent surgery and will be required to wear a sling for six weeks. “It’s a fashion statement – it’ll be all the rage next year.”

After enduring jokes from Jay Leno earlier in the week, co-host Ann Curry told Matt, “We’ve decided since we’re your friends and colleagues, we refuse to make any fun of you, we’ve made a pact,” just before she put on a pair of fake antlers.

And the jokes didn’t stop with just Matt’s coworkers.

Guest David DeVore told Matt, “You need to get a deer whistle for your bike.”

And Tony Kornheiser, co-host of ESPN’s “Pardon the Interruption,” who earlier called Matt’s deer run-in a “made-up story,” also showed up Thursday morning telling Matt, “For a guy that got in this terrible accident with a deer, you look great!”

“I didn’t say a knife-wielding deer attacked me in the bushes,” Matt fired back with a laugh.

“The sling is great cover.” Kornheiser said, before offering up his own theory on what happened to Matt.

“Matt Lauer, Al Roker, spring break, and something goes terribly wrong,” he said. “Matt Lauer, Michael Phelps. Need I go further?”

“If I were going to cover a scandal, I would have said a mountain lion, a rabid mountain lion, or Katie Couric, jumped out in front of me!” Matt joked.

Britney Spears has already taken her “Circus” tour across America, into Canada and is scheduled to perform in England this summer – but the pop princess isn’t limiting herself to cities just north of the equator – Brit is headed down under.

According to Australian News, the pop star will bring “The Circus Starring Britney Spears” to Australia later this year, in her first tour of the country.

“All the promoters are vying for it, but the bottom line is she really wants to come here and she really wants to come here this year,” Denis Handlin of Sony Australia told the paper. “I think the promoters are battling it out at the moment.”

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the pop princess’ first tour in five years kicked off earlier this month in New Orleans – and according to fans, the show was worth the wait.

“She was amazing and she looked like she was having a blast the entire time,” one fan told Access. “I haven’t seen the spark that she had last night in a very long time! The ‘it factor’ that she lost is totally back.”

Brit will play Washington, D.C. on Tuesday night and Pittsburgh on Friday.
