John Mayer spilled his guts to OK Magazine, regarding his recent break-up with Jennifer Aniston.nnifer Aniston.
ohn Mayer talked to OK Magazine about his break up with Jennifer Aniston. Normally not a person to share details, John Mayer was surprisingly open about the split.
When asked about their break-up, John acted like it was no big deal.
“It’s the most normal thing in the world,” John says. “There’s no lying there’s no cheating. There’s no nothing.”
Although the couple are no longer together, John Mayer had only nice things to say about Jennifer Aniston.
“Jennifer Aniston is the smartest, most sophisticated person I think I’ve ever met,” he explained. “She’s one of the most lovely people I’ve ever met in my life.”
Well, if Jennifer is so great, then why did they split?
“People have different chemistry, they have different lives,” says John. “It’s not about years, it’s about going out with somebody, being truthful on the way in, being truthful in the middle and being truthful on the way out. You’re either a cheater or you break up and I’m not the first, I’m the second. And that’s it. There’s no lying, there’s no bullsh**.”
So we get it, they are no longer dating. But who dumped who?
“I ended a relationship because there was no lying,” he explained to OK!. “I ended a relationship to be alone because I don’t want to waste somebody’s time if something’s not right. I don’t waste people’s time. I don’t do the taper. I guarantee you there’s 20 percent of the people on the street right now who are in a relationship they wish they could get out of but they don’t know how. And I’m going to be honest on the way in to my relationships and I’m going to be honest on the way out of my relationships.”
You notice twice he mentions lying, so is Jennifer sophisticated and great but a lying dog?
The interviewer with OK Magazine then told John Mayer that sources say Jennifer Aniston has moved on and is dating a new guy.
And John Mayer’s reply? John Mayer shrugged his shoulders and said, “I don’t care”.
So Jennifer Aniston dumped again? Hopefully she’ll find the right guy out there for her soon!
Who’s one of our all time favorite, multi-faceted actors here at SheKnows? Well, it’s none other than the very talented John Cusack.
On the set for his latest role, Shanghai, the 42-year-old star called this movie a unique project. “In essence, it combines the artistry of independent film with the resources of a commercial movie,” says Cusack.
While it’s being shot in both London and Bangkok, Shanghai has a budget of more than $10 million. In Hollywood terms, that’s peanuts but as it relates to an Asian production it’s quite lofty. In this film to be released next year, Cusack plays an American intelligence official who investigates a friend’s death in 1941 in the months before the attack on Pearl Harbor.
He tells the Associated Press, “Any actor in his right mind would want to do this film, would die to do it.”
And if this is anything like his previous work, we will be lining up at the theatres well in advance.
Ashlee Simpson married Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz in a sunset ceremony in Encino, California last Saturday, but the twenty-three year old’s Alice In Wonderland-themed wedding almost hit the skids when the singer got into a bitter argument with her notoriously pushy pop, Joe Simpson, just hours before exchanging vows.
According to The National Enquirer, a “dispute” broke out between father and daughter when a spiritually-tolerant Ashlee decided to have a Buddhist priest perform the ceremony rather than Joe, who is a former Baptist minister.
“In the 11th hour, Ashlee clashed with her father over the ceremony…..Joe completely lost it! They were down to the wire. Every last detail was in place and he could not believe his daughter came up with this last-second Buddhist idea after everything was set,” a family friend to the tab.
A defiant Joe refused to host a Buddhist wedding.
“When he would not cave, she actually decided to cancel, she actually decided to cancel,” The Enquirer source claims.
Ultimately it was new hubby Pete Wentz who smoothed things over between a furious Ashlee and a defiant Joe.
“He ran after Ashlee, sat her down and told her ‘I love you, baby. Just trust me. Let your dad win this one. Who cares who says the vows as long as we’re married that’s all that counts.’”
Ashlee relented and the young were married by Joe a few hours later. Joined more than 150 guests, Pete and Ashlee enjoyed their Wonderland wedding reception, accented with a “Tophat” wedding cake, decorated with a teapot and pocket watch and a pot of flowers on top.
“It all ended well. Ashlee had her dark fantast wedding, Joe, as usual, got his way and Pete scored some major points with his new father-in-law,” the tabby spy says
Ashley Dupre, the celebrity call girl of the then Gov. Spitzer, has decided to drop her lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild.
Ashley Dupre had filed her lawsuit against Joe Francis, the founder of Girls Gone Wild (GGW). She claimed that GGW used her name and likeness to make profits. Dupre alleged that she was tricked into signing her consent for a GGW video. Joe Francis said that he had evidence on video to show that his cameraman had Dupre’s consent.
Dupre’s lawyer released a statement. It said that Dupre wanted to eliminate the past and focus on the positive. She had exciting new projects to look forward to. That was why she decided to drop the lawsuit.
She’s stood what she can stand … but Jodie Sweetin’ can’t stand her husband anymore — ’cause now the “Full House” star is pulling the trigger on her marriage.
Lawyers for former star/meth addict Jodie Sweetin filed a motion today to change her separation to a full-out divorce from hubby, Cody Herpin.
Both sides were in court today as part of their infamously bitter custody battle — they each submitted clean drug tests to the court. The two sides are also debating over whether or not proceedings should be open to the public — she wants it private, he does not.
Sweetin filed for separation back in November. In December, a judge ruled she is not allowed to see her 7-month-old daughter without supervision.
When Jodie Marsh was younger in 2003, she spurned breast augmentation or cosmetic surgery for boob enhancement. She was at odds with Jordan because she was an advocate for natural cleavage.
Now, 5 years later in 2008, Jodie has changed her mind. She went under the knife to get a pair of 32 GGs. Jodie, 29, showed off her newly constructed bust when she made her public appearance at the launch of the new Orchid bar in London.
Jodie wore a fringed bra and hipster jeans. She said she had breast enhancement to boost her low confidence. She admitted that with increasing age, gravity worked against her and her chest drooped. She used her push up bra all the time. She even said she regretted not having had plastic surgery earlier years ago
Think you’ll see Joaquin on the big screen any time soon? Think again. The two-time Oscar nominee, Joaquin Phoenix announced he’s giving up acting. Seriously. The Walk the Line star is hanging it up.
His new vice? Music. Well, if he’s as talented with the tunes as he is with the acting chops we’re in for a treat! If not, then he could always go back to the day job.
Watch for him next, and lastly, in Two Lovers.
Joanna Krupa is not British.
But that isn’t stopping the model from following in the beautiful footsteps of English models such as Lucy Pinder and Gemma Atkinson.
That’s right, Krupa has her own 2008 calendar.

Although these days she’s known for fashion quips and myriad trips to the plastic surgeon, Rivers was a pioneering woman in stand-up comedy whose hilarious self-deprecating humor, biting one-liners and “Can we talk?” catchphrase got her bookings in Las Vegas and on The Tonight Show, where Johnny Carson declared her a future star in 1965. The kooky comedian did indeed become a celebrity — primarily as a host, although she also appeared in a number of TV shows and movies (usually as herself or some version thereof). Carson provided a big career boost by booking her as guest host of his show, a regular gig that ended when Rivers angered the late-night king by launching her own short-lived show in 1986. She suffered a personal blow off screen as well when her longtime husband and producer, Edgar Rosenberg, committed suicide the next year. She bounced back in the ’90s, hosting a number of daytime talk shows, appearing on Broadway, hawking her own jewelry line on QVC, playing herself in a TV-movie about her dramatic life, and finally signing on to E! Entertainment Television in 1995 (along with her only child, Melissa) to cohost fashion and pre-award-show programs from the red carpet. The duo jumped to the TV Guide Channel in 2005 but left two years later.
