Throughout the week, people on Twitter and Instagram have been talking about Armie Hammer and whether or not he’s a cannibal. I’m not joking. It turns out 2021 is just as bad as 2020. The backstory is that an Instagram user going by House of Effie began posting screenshots on her then-public Instagram. The screenshots were of her text messages/DMs with Armie, going back to 2016 and through 2020. The relationship was dominant/submissive, with Armie the dom. You can see screenshots of some of the NSFW messages here, including Armie’s alleged proclamation that he is “100% cannibal.” Here’s just a small part of what he was saying:
Armie Hammer reportedly said he ‘wanted to cut off’ his girlfriend’s toe and ‘keep it in his pocket’ according to new disturbing screenshots leaked by a woman who says the actor sent her vile Instagram messages about rape and cannibalism. The alleged messages, said to be sent between October 2016 and February 2020, include conversations about BDSM, in addition to numerous sexual references to cannibalistic acts and ‘blood-sucking’.
The authenticity of the screenshots has not yet been verified, however the woman behind the House of Effie account shared new alleged correspondences with Hammer on Tuesday, in which he appeared to refer to her as his ‘slave’.
‘You just live to obey me and be my slave,’ a message purported to have been sent from Hammer’s official Instagram account reads. ‘I will own you. That’s my soul. My brain. My spirit. My body. Would you come and be my property till you die?’ The message continues: ‘If I wanted to cut off one of your toes and keep it with me in my pocket so I always had a piece of you in my possession?’
It comes as one of Hammer’s exes, writer Jessica Ciencin Henriquez, has spoken out saying she believes the shocking messages ‘are real’, and later wrote: ‘It takes an army to hide a predator’ in reference to the allegations.
In a second alleged exchange of undated messages shared by House of Effie, Hammer allegedly writes: ‘I feel like the same way you are on one side of the slave spectrum, I Am on the other side of the master spectrum and I can’t ever imagine another slave. You are mine and I am yours. No matter what happens. And we’ve tested each other to the extremes.’
[From The Daily Mail]
Granted, I’m not deep into BDSM culture, but from what little I do know of it, the messages seem like pretty typical dom/sub role play and while people are focusing on Armie’s messages, this particular woman he’s messaging is very into it. I’m not saying that there aren’t toxic, abusive elements to Armie’s whole deal, but in this narrow circumstance with this particular woman, reading through the text messages, all I really got was that two adults were enthusiastically consenting to be in a BDSM relationship. Meanwhile, “sources close to Elizabeth Chambers” are speaking to the Mail:
Armie Hammer’s estranged wife is ‘shocked and sickened’ by the actor’s alleged messages that discuss rape fantasies, BDSM and cannibalism and ‘believes’ the women stepping forward, a close friend exclusively told DailyMail.com. The alleged messages date back to 2016 and some are as recent as February 2020, a time period where Hammer, 34, was still married to his wife Elizabeth Chambers, 38.
The two announced their 10-year marriage was over in July, as a source close to Chambers admitted she was aware of his infidelities, including being romantically involved with Lily James as DailyMail.com revealed last year, which led to their split. But Hammer’s alleged extreme kinks are a ‘complete shock’ to the mother-of-two, with the friend adding: ‘Armie appears to be a monster. A lot of these women have reached out to Elizabeth and although she didn’t want to admit it to herself at first, she knows now they are speaking the truth. Armie had a whole other side to him that she wasn’t aware of. Whether it was always there and he kept it hidden, or something happened that changed him completely, she doesn’t know.’
The insider claims that one of the women who contacted Chambers about her experience with Hammer was left so traumatized that she entered an ‘intense rehab and therapy program because of his emotional and maybe physical abuse. He preyed upon her when she was coming out of a relationship. He made her feel very uncomfortable, the things he wanted to do made her very scared.’
[From The Daily Mail]
Yeah… so was Elizabeth blindsided or had Armie’s other women come to her throughout their marriage? Plus, people f–king knew that Armie has always been kinky. There have been widespread rumors about his BDSM lifestyle and interests for years, including sh-t he liked on social media. Honestly, I always thought that Armie and Elizabeth had that kind of relationship. Maybe they didn’t though, and Elizabeth is horrified. As for the one woman who apparently went to Elizabeth and said that what Armie did was emotional abuse, possibly physical abuse… yeah. I believe that too.

Over the past week, one of the conservative “causes” getting a lot of attention is the willful misreading of the First Amendment. Dumbasses like Matt Gaetz, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Nikki Haley and more have all been lamenting the nonexistent First Amendment issues of Twitter suspending Donald Trump’s account. To be clear, the First Amendment says nothing about how private companies are legally required to disseminate hate speech, terrorism, dangerous conspiracies and fascist propaganda. In fact, if the American government tried to mandate that Twitter *had* to publish all of those things, THAT is what would be a First Amendment issue. Plus, the First Amendment isn’t “freedom from consequences.” You can say whatever you want. You can verbally incite terrorism all day long. But you’re going to be arrested for inciting terrorism.
What’s interesting is that not only did Twitter suspend Trump’s account, they also suspended thousands of accounts which were spreading QAnon conspiracies and dangerous Nazi/fascist propaganda. Which meant that people like Matt Gaetz and Sarah Sanders saw their follower counts drop by the thousands. What made it worse/funnier is that both Gaetz and Sanders complained about it publicly, on Twitter, like children.
Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) wants you to know that he used to have way more followers. The Florida man spent the weekend live-tweeting his dropping follower count. On Saturday morning, he had 892,000 followers. By the end of the day, he was down to 842,000. As of writing, he’s at 835,300. “I wish I could lose weight as fast as I’m losing followers during this Twitter purge….” bemoaned Gaetz.
He’s not the only one concerned about their precipitous drop in followers. Mike Pompeo posted an image of the recent changes in follower counts of several prominent politicians. All of the Republicans had lost followers while all of the Democrats had gained new ones. “This is how you create an echo chamber” Sec. Pompeo tweeted. In response, Sarah Huckabee Sanders tweeted that she has lost 50,000 followers this week. According to social media analytics firm Socialblade, she’s actually lost closer to 70,000, all since Thursday. Before that, she was steadily gaining followers.
What could have possibly happened this week that is causing some of President Trump’s most ardent supporters to lose followers? Perhaps the storming of the capitol by a mob of Trump supporters has something to do with it. That insurrection led to the loss of at least one follower for Gaetz and Sanders — Donald J. Trump. On Friday, Twitter permanently suspended the outgoing president’s account.
As for the other hundred thousand or so, Twitter has a host of policies that, in light of Wednesday’s insurrection, might’ve led to the expulsion of additional users. Indeed, in a statement to NBC News, a Twitter spokesperson said “We’ve been clear that we will take strong enforcement action on behavior that has the potential to lead to offline harm, and given the renewed potential for violence surrounding this type of behavior in the coming days, we will permanently suspend accounts that are solely dedicated to sharing QAnon content.” Considering his warm embrace of QAnon conspiracy theories and candidates, it’s entirely possible that many of Gaetz’s followers were suspended for the reasons outlined in the statement above.
[From Esquire]
AOC made the point that all of the whining about losing followers is a self-own – Gaetz, Sanders, Pompeo and the rest of them are acknowledging that they had thousands of Nazis, white supremacists and QAnon people following them.
How is that Sanders is this f–king stupid? Even her high school teacher was in her mentions, telling her that this is not the way the First Amendment works.
I’ve lost 50k+ followers this week. The radical left and their big tech allies cannot marginalize, censor, or silence the American people. This is not China, this is United States of America, and we are a free country. https://t.co/Xupd0N1hea

Maren Morris didn’t used to be on my radar as an artist. However, since she’s speaking out more about her struggles as a new mom and her beliefs, I’m very impressed with what she has to say. Maren not only supported BLM and dreamers in her song Better Than We Found It, she used her acceptance speech at the Country Music Awards to acknowledge the contribution of Black women to country music and those who have inspired her. In the wake of the terrible events at the Capitol, Maren, like so many others, tweeted her devastation. And when fellow country artist Mickey Guyton also tweeted out her disgust, Maren replied to Mickey by calling out “some singer’s (sic) wives” for supporting the terrorists who attacked the Capitol. It didn’t take Mickey, or anyone else, very long to figure out Maren was pointing her finger at Brittany Aldean, wife of country singer Jason Aldean, and Brittney Kelley, wife of country artist Brian Kelley.
Maren Morris is disturbed by the shocking images of the attempted coup at the U.S. Capitol last week.
In a series of tweets — and replies with fellow country star Mickey Guyton — on Wednesday, the singer expressed her discontent regarding the violent actions in Washington, D.C. Both Morris, 30, and Guyton, 37, also expressed their anger over some fellow country singers’ wives’ comments the day of the attacks.
“Today is gonna be hard to shake. Something my WW2 fighting Paw-Paw never told me about, something my parents never had to go through… thinking about how I will tell my son about this one day,” Morris tweeted, referring to her 9-month-old baby Hayes Andrew.
“I am completely disgusted. Are these boys still backing the blue? Asking for a friend,” added Guyton in a tweet, referring to the insurrectionists and supporters of President Donald Trump who stormed the Capitol.
Morris then replied, “And how do some singer’s [sic] wives conveniently not know the difference between marching for racial injustice and Nazis breaching our Capitol because their guy didn’t win? ?”
“I know exactly who you’re talking about,” replied Guyton with a GIF of Megan Thee Stallion.
Morris and Guyton appeared to be referring to Brittany Aldean and Brittney Kelley (wives of Jason Aldean and Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia Line, respectively). Aldean has expressed her support for Trump, questioned the Black Lives Matter protests over the summer and criticized the contextualization of Wednesday’s riot. Kelley, 30, has not supported a candidate by name, though her husband previously told a fan that he did not vote for President-Elect Joe Biden.
Aldean, 32, later complained about being “silenced” after one of her posts — falsely detailing the presence of Antifa during the attempted coup — was deleted on Instagram.
(Aldean’s post referred to a baseless conspiracy theory.)
“It’s getting so ridiculous the filters you put on everyone that’s against your narrative,” she said on her Instagram Story Thursday, adding Sunday, “Everything I say gets blown up and made into a ‘story.’ Apparently freedom of speech doesn’t apply to everyone and that’s the issue I have. I have AMAZING conversations with my liberal friends and we can agree to disagree. It’s the people that aren’t willing to hear you that chap my ass.”
[From People via Just Jared]
“Brittany” is Country for “Karen.” And isn’t it cute that Brittany spells her name with an “A” like “Aldean” and Brittney has an “E” like the extra “E” in “Kelley” so we can tell them apart. To further her point to Mickey, Maren posted a shot from Brittany’s IG with some conspiracy theories showing just how vacuous Brittany is:
My friend posted this today. Maybe she should do better research before spewing dangerous conspiracies. pic.twitter.com/fJgqMD1Ux3
— MAREN MORRIS (@MarenMorris) January 7, 2021
And many a Maren Morris fan was made that day… Seriously, folks were thanking Maren and Mickey for putting this on their radar. I wouldn’t have known about the Britts’ BS if they hadn’t called them out either since I don’t follow much country music gossip. I’m fine with people who openly supported the insurrection being named. Shame may be the only punishment we get for now.
If you are wondering what Brittney with an E did, she was posting crap like this during the attack. This is from a woman who lists herself as a ‘mental health enthusiast’. So yeah, screw both Britts. As for Maren and Mickey, I’d love it if this is the new image of country music. I know the reputation it’s held for years and probably for good reason. But if 2020 showed us anything it’s that the South is a much more layered place than those outside it know and it’s time to listen to all the voices speaking out from there. Let’s move the Britts to the back and give Maren, Mickey, Her Ladyship Dolly Parton and their kind the microphone for a while.

The royal reporters are so dumb. I mean, it’s just pitiful to watch them running around, throwing whatever speculative bulls–t they can find to the wall to see if it sticks. These are the same people who heaped abuse on Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan for a year and a half when H&M were working royals. These are the same people who actively bullied H&M in an attempt to exile them. And now that H&M are thriving in exile, those same reporters can’t shut up about when Meghan and Harry are expected back in the UK. It’s one of their favorite subjects, and they’re hyping the Sussexes’ return to such a degree, I have to think Prince William might be incandescent with rage at being ignored even when he went through all of the trouble of doing a Covid Choo Choo Tour!
Over the weekend, there was a claim – seemingly out of nowhere – that the Queen fully expects Harry & Meghan to take part in Trooping the Colour, the Queen’s annual birthday parade. Other outlets have been running that speculation as a good thing, like “finally, everybody will get along now!” No. The Queen is a petty B and the British press is salivating over a chance to harass and abuse the Sussexes for months about this alone. Now Sussex sources have told the Telegraph (via Page Six) that it’s not true that Harry & Meghan have set their sights on returning in June to attend “lots of family events” and “It’s a little presumptuous for any of us to be speculating about whether we can travel anywhere this summer.” Because, obviously, the vaccines and the pandemic and all of that. Meanwhile, Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand have been giving quotes about what the past year has been like for the Sussexes:
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have had a ‘painful’ year since Megxit after the couple’s nanny moved back to the UK and the pandemic left them feeling ‘alone,’ the authors of Finding Freedom have claimed. Carolyn Durand and Omid Scobie, who co-wrote the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s bombshell biography, alleged that moving to LA brought difficult changes for the couple who stepped back as senior royals in March last year.
‘To be at the point they are at now, having set up an empire and a charity in just over nine months, shows just how hard they have worked to make this transition a success,’ said Omid Scobie, writing in Grazia. ‘But it’s taken a lot of work to get here. The journey has been painful.’
The authors went on to say the move has also been challenging for Meghan, 39, who has juggled motherhood with moving house four times. A friend of the duchess told Durand: ‘It’s just been a lot. Their nanny moved back to the UK when they moved to LA because of the pandemic and restrictions left them feeling quite alone. Each move made them feel more displaced.’
Omid Scobie added that since making the move to LA the couple have been ‘eager to contribute to the community,’ particularly in regards to the Covid-19 response, and are keen to put the ‘focus back on what mattered’.
Last month it was reported that the couple want a 12-month extension to the Megxit deal that would see them keep their royal patronages and head back to the UK to seal the deal in person. However, sources told Omid that the couple have no such plans, adding: ‘They really haven’t looked back’.
[From The Daily Mail]
That’s funny, all of it. Harry and Meghan painstakingly built a new life for themselves in California and they’re thriving. And all of the haters, racists and a–holes on that dusty island can’t contain their jealousy, basically. Which is why I’m really doubtful that Harry and Meghan will come back at all this spring and summer. I know sources claim Harry might try to come back for Prince Philip’s 100th birthday, but if Harry does that… I just doubt Meghan will come too. Like, Harry will come to the UK for a day or two and then move along.

Donald Trump crawled out of his cheeseburger shame spiral, dusted off the Cheeto crumbs and put on a baggy suit yesterday. He finally made a public appearance, his first since he incited a white supremacist mob to lay siege to the Capitol on January 6th. First, Trump waddled out of the White House, boarded Marine One and then gave his first statements to the media at both Andrews and the WH. This has been a fixture of the Trump era – the man hates to give press conferences in the White House Press Room, so he’ll give “off the cuff” remarks to the media as he’s leaving the WH, or as he’s boarding Air Force One. Again, these were his first official live public comments in a week, and his first on the terrorist attack he incited:
Donald Trump slammed Congress for weighing a second impeachment of him this week, accusing Democrats of the “continuation of the greatest witch hunt in the history of politics.”
“If you read my speech — and many people have done it, and I’ve seen it both in the papers and in the media, on television — it’s been analyzed, and people thought that what I said was totally appropriate,” Trump told reporters at Joint Base Andrews Tuesday, on his way to Texas for a media event at the southern border. To hear Trump tell it on Tuesday, he encouraged none of the siege. Trump told reporters that his remarks were “totally appropriate.”
Then he pivoted to whataboutism. He suggested Democratic politicians who condemned police over the summer violence are more guilty of fomenting unrest.
“If you look at what other people have said — politicians at a high level — about the riots during the summer, the horrible riots in Portland and Seattle and various other places, that was a real problem, what they said,” said Trump. “But they’ve analyzed my speech and my words and my final paragraph, my final sentence, and everybody to the T thought it was totally appropriate.”
Trump’s new remarks are worrisome. According to an FBI bulletin, armed protests like the one that took place at the Capitol are “being planned at all 50 state capitols from 16 January through at least 20 January, and at the US Capitol from 17 January through 20 January.” The document also warns of an “uprising” if Trump is removed from office. Trump, however, suggested on Tuesday that if there is more violence in his name in the days to come, it’ll actually be the fault of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer.
“For Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer to continue on this path, I think it’s causing tremendous danger to our country and it’s causing tremendous anger. I want no violence,” Trump told reporters outside the White House, before helicoptering to Andrews.
[From Vox]
Note: everyone who has read or watched Trump’s entire speech at the Stop the Steal rally on January 6th agrees that he was openly inciting the crowd to storm the Capitol. NO ONE thought it was appropriate and it is one of the most damning pieces of evidence against him in the impeachment trial. And think about what he’s really saying… punishing him for inciting terrorism will “cause tremendous anger” and be dangerous for America. He’s actually threatening Democrats (and all of Congress, and all of America) with more violence if he’s punished.
Then, Trump visited the border wall in Alamo, Texas where he once again said unhinged sh-t like: “The 25th Amendment is of zero risk to me, but will come back to haunt Joe Biden and the Biden administration. As the expression goes, be careful of what you wish for.” He seems to conflate the 25th Amendment with impeachment? If Pence somehow invokes the 25th, it won’t have anything to do with Biden. My guess is that this is just some generic threat from Trump and it’s mostly just a call to arms for his supporters.

Whenever a not so flattering story about William and Kate is about to break, per the usual royal family and British media playbook, a ridiculous story about Harry and Meghan dominates the news for days before, to sort of bury the lead. But over here in America, we like to wade into the waters of harmless frivolity as it concerns the Sussexes. When U.S. outlets are not fairly reporting about Harry and Meghan’s projects, they prefer to spread silly rumors like the one Rob Lowe started when he was being interviewed by James Corden.
Rob lives near the Sussex clan in Montecito. Rob says he recently had a Prince Harry citing while waiting at a stop light in the neighborhood. Get this, supposedly this “Prince Harry” Rob saw had grown his hair out and was sporting a ponytail. When James said he didn’t believe Rob’s extremely tall tale, Rob doubled down and said he was sure it was Harry because he followed the car to Harry and Meghan’s Montecito home. Below are a few highlights from the conversation via People:
“I just ran into your countryman, the English treasure, Prince Harry, at the stoplight 10 minutes ago,” Lowe told the host. “He lives about a mile from me. He’s been very reclusive. Seeing him in the neighborhood is like seeing the Loch Ness Monster, and I finally saw him. I finally saw him driving his car.”
Lowe continued that he “may have a scoop” on the Duke of Sussex.
“It was very, very quick — don’t totally quote me on it — but it looked like he’s wearing a ponytail,” the actor said. “I’m just saying. It looked to me as a casual observer that his hair had grown very long and was pulled back very tightly by what I can only assume was a ponytail.”
Corden seemed skeptical about the style gossip. “I’m certain that isn’t true,” the host said. “Do you know what I think’s happened? I think you didn’t see Prince Harry.”
“Oh no, it was him because I have to say — I followed him to the house to see if the car went in,” Lowe admitted with a laugh.
[From People]
When Rob Lowe said seeing Harry was like seeing the Loch Ness monster, I cackled. I doubt Harry is out and about. He’s probably cuddling with Archie and Meghan as they build their media and philanthropic empires in secrecy. It you haven’t figured it out yet, Rob is full of sh*t. He is still that 80s pretty boy in his head–well, he’s still pretty but he’s a bit of an ass at times. Plus he has been known to tell a tall tale. What I’d like to know is how in da hell does Harry have a ponytail when our ginger avenger is still trying to grow hair back in that bald patch in the crown of his head? What sort of miracle hair grow formula is Harry using? Maybe being out of the toxic environment of the royal family has stimulated hair growth. Whatever the case, fans have recently seen Harry in several videos for his patronages and I do not recall seeing a ponytail, Rob. If Rob did see a red-headed man with a ponytail driving into the Sussex’s home, it was more than likely a security detail or a security body double for fast getaways or something of the sort. That is, if his tall tale has any truth to it.
I love that James called Rob out on his bullsh*t. Rob’s banter is quirky but it seems to have fallen flat. Hopefully, the British press don’t pick up on the story and turn it into a week long exclusive on Harry going California surfer dude. I do believe Rob told the story in jest and it should be taken with a grain of salt. With that being said, if Rob truly believes he saw Prince Harry with a ponytail then I need to know what Rob was smoking so I can get some. I, too, would like to hallucinate a certain Duke myself *wink*.

It was announced Monday that frozen treat gurus Ben & Jerry’s are expanding their empire to include dogs. That’s right, starting next week, the tiny tubs for Fido will hit the company’s website. Stores should have them on the shelves by the end of the month. Just think, your pup will never have to suffer another breakup without an assist from ice cream again! No more choking down dry cake minus the creamy frozen side on their birthday. And gone are the summer days that they had to lounge by the pool with a stupid water bowl full of ice cubes while the humans sucked on pudding pops – this is the pups year, I tell you.
If your furry friend gives you the puppy dog eyes when you dig into a bowl of ice cream, Ben & Jerry’s has a solution.
The ice cream maker is debuting Doggie Desserts, which will hit its website on Monday and the shelves of grocery and pet stores this month. The line kicks off with two flavors named after its employees’ pets: Pontch’s Mix, which is peanut butter with a pretzel swirl, and Rosie’s Batch, a mix of pumpkin and mini cookies.
The treats are made of ingredients already used in the company’s ice creams, but with a sunflower butter base instead of dairy to be gentler on dogs’ stomachs. They will sell individually as 4-ounce mini cups or in four-packs for a suggested price of $2.99 and $4.99.
“People are at home and they’re looking for some sort of additional comfort and ice cream, specifically Ben & Jerry’s, is one of those go-to comfort foods,” said Lindsay Bumps, a Ben & Jerry’s global marketing specialist. And, she noted, they are spoiling their dogs, too.
Ben & Jerry’s employees were inspired by their own beloved pets, Bumps said. The company’s headquarters in Vermont is dog-friendly. Before the pandemic, about 40 dogs would spend their days at the office and curl up under desks. The four-legged coworkers were a ready-made focus group, she said.
[From CNBC]
Is this a good idea? Hells yes, dog owners are a marketer’s dream. B&J’s have already come up with an accompanying line of ice cream themed dog toys to go with it. Most dog owners know this isn’t the first frozen dog treat out there. Purina puts out Frosty Paws. And there’s a whole line of Pooch Cakes and Pooch Creamery available. But this is Ben & Jerry’s, just think of the size of the checkbooks that got opened when this announcement came out. I absolutely love that these flavors are inspired and named after actual B& family dogs, who are adorable (that’s Pontch in the header pic, by the way). It just means we’re going to get a new B&J dog for each flavor, these will be the best campaign rollouts ever. I wonder if their stores will carry these in addition to grocery stores? Can we bring our pups to B&J’s and order them a cone? Will they have special dog areas – will they have dog b-day parties in those special dog areas? I live in LA, I promise you these ideas are already being workshopped.
Much more important question: that article said, “The treats are made of ingredients already used in the company’s ice creams, but with a sunflower butter base instead of dairy.” There is nothing there that says I can’t eat Pontch’s Mix, right? So if I run out of my Chunky Monkey, I can slip my spoon into Rosie’s Batch and scratch my ice cream itch? I mean, let’s be real – my dogs will eat this up (literally) but they’re also happy when I toss them the overripe bananas we freeze to use for smoothies. So if there is only one thing of ice cream in the house, and it can be consumed by both humans and dogs, even if it says ‘dog’ on the label – I mean, I still have the opposable thumbs, you know?

Hello, I haven’t eaten inside a restaurant since last March. I’m not doing outdoor seating either – strictly takeout for me. The only time I go indoors (other than my house) is when I stop by the grocery store or CVS. And I put my mask on before I walk in. After ten months of this pandemic lifestyle, I feel like all of this should come naturally to us. Wouldn’t it actually feel weird to just go into indoor spaces without a mask now? Well, Bruce Willis is apparently still not used to it. He was trying to shop at a Rite Aid in LA, and he refused to wear a mask. So the Rite Aid people kicked him out.
He’d rather live free. Bruce Willis was asked to leave a Los Angeles Rite Aid on Monday after he refused to wear a mask, a spy tells Page Six. The spy says people inside the store became upset that Willis, 65, wasn’t wearing a mask — despite having a bandanna tied around his neck, which he could have easily pulled up.
We’re told the “Die Hard” star, who was photographed at the store without a mask on, walked away without making his purchase. A rep for Willis didn’t return Page Six’s request for comment.
Los Angeles County, the epicenter of the coronavirus crisis in California, has surpassed 10,000 COVID-19 deaths.
Willis has spent much of the pandemic quarantining with ex-wife Demi Moore and their grown children, Scout, Rumer and Tallulah, at the family’s home in Idaho.
[From Page Six]
I went through the Backgrid photo archives, most of which are exclusives, to see if Bruce was photographed maskless throughout 2020. He… wasn’t. Most of the time, whenever he was pap’d last year, he had a bandana-mask or some kind of gator mask, and he always pulled it down when he was outdoors. My point, I guess, is that Bruce doesn’t seem like he’s one of those full-throttle dumbass anti-mask conspiracists. But I bet he downplays mask-wearing and he thought he could slip into Rite Aid quickly without a mask and that’s not how any of this works. I’m glad he was kicked out of Rite Aid. More public shaming! Businesses really need to empower their employees to tell maskless idiots to GTFO.
Hours after this story came out yesterday, Bruce confirmed it to People Magazine and told the magazine,“It was an error in judgment. Be safe out there everyone and let’s continue to mask up.” Uh…
Apparently, Bruce was wearing a bandana in Rite Aid, he just didn’t pull it over his mouth and nose. WTF? It would have been so easy for him to comply. Why???

Spoilers for the end of season 4 of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
I’ve been waiting all year for the final season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina to finally drop on Netflix. After several months of delays, the last episodes were released on December 31. Season 3 ended with Sabrina creating a sort of time-loop paradox after meeting a earlier version of herself in Hell. Instead of killing the second Sabrina, they both decided that the real Sabrina would live out a normal life and finish high school as Sabrina Spellman while the time loop duplicate would become Sabrina Morningstar and co-rule hell. This paradox opened the natural world to the “eldrich terrors” which are beings that have been around since the beginning of time. Now both Sabrinas, the coven, Sabrina’s aunties and friends must face off and destroy these terrors in season 4.
Kiernan Shipka who plays Sabrina is interviewed for Inverse. She discussed how she loved playing two Sabrinas, how she eventually accepted Sabrina’s ending by letting her go, and the fun she had filming several episodes with Beth Broderick and Caroline Rhea, Aunt Zelda and Hilda respectively, from the original Sabrina the Teenage Witch cast. Below are a few excerpts from her interview with Inverse (spoilers ahead):
“I am satisfied,” Shipka tells Inverse of Sabrina’s ending. “There were moments where I found myself thinking, ‘Is this the ending that I want? Because this is the ending that we’re getting.’ And I did. I loved it.”
“Every character has been up and down. We really took risks and did so much,” added Jaz Sinclair, who plays Sabrina’s friend Rosalind Walker. “While I would love to continue playing in this world because it’s so fun, I definitely feel satisfied with where and how it’s wrapping up, and all of the juicy episodes that we’re giving fans.”
The series finale of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will likely prompt a myriad of emotions from fans. The cast says it was tough on them, too. Still, Lachlan Watson — who plays Theo Putnam, Sabrina’s friend and a member of the Fright Club band — believes it’s the right time to leave the characters behind.
“The characters are probably pretty exhausted. They just need regular years [and] a break,” Watson jokes. “For the actors, we could have used a lot more time to explore and learn. We didn’t get a lot of closure, but I think our characters [did].”
“You get close to these characters and when I talk about Sabrina, I’m not talking about myself playing her, I’m talking about her,” Shipka explains. “They become friends, confidants, and vehicles in which you express your emotions. To let go of that is hard, but it’s also beautiful. I was forever grateful that I had Sabrina during two very big years of my life. She got me through.”
“I felt like I knew Sabrina Spellman so well that I could take little bits and craft this alternate version of her. I think about who would I be if I grew up differently in a different place, and that to me is who Sabrina Morningstar is to Sabrina Spellman. Sabrina has always grappled with her duality, so to actually split Sabrina was really powerful.”

I have been waiting all damn year for this season because I knew it would be the last one. It took me a few tries to get into the new season. For me, the season was chaotic AF and it wasn’t until episode two or three that I figured out what was going on and why. I feel like this season of Sabrina was similar to the last season of Game of Thrones. It seemed to be thrown together by writers with a neat and senseless ending where the main character dies unnecessarily. Honestly, I am still trying to figure out where Sabrina was. Was this very beige, very colorless place heaven or a sort of purgatory? It would honestly be hell for me. It would seem that I wasn’t the only one who felt that Sabrina’s death was unnecessary. Sabrina and her fans deserved better.
I did love the Twilight Zone episodes that Sabrina Morningstar was trapped in with the original Aunts Zelda and Hilda. That bit of throw back was genius and it just felt right to include those who made the series popular. I also love how the coven stopped worshipping Satan and started worshipping the goddess Hecate. There’s something very powerful to have a coven of witches, male and female, worshipping a feminine deity versus the cliched Lucifer Morningstar. Our good sisters Tati Gabrielle (Prudence) and Jaz Sinclair (Rosalind) definitely came into their own during this season and I felt more connected to their characters than Sabrina. I also love that Sabrina and Nick ended up together at the end.
I may rewatch the season to see if my dislike of it was because I was distracted while watching it or if my initial reaction to it was accurate. Overall, I really liked how the writers took the original material of Sabrina the Teenage Witch which was more a comedy and made it more dark, campy, and dramatic. The cast and writers should be proud of the universe they were able to create. Halloween is my favorite holiday and I looked forward to new seasons of Sabrina dropping every year around that time so I hate seeing the show go. I hope Netflix is developing another show to fill the void that Sabrina is leaving.

Looking back at the red carpet photos from the premiere of Snatch, in 2000, and I’m reminded once again about how…casual people used to dress for premieres. Most people. Some people definitely turned it up, but the bigger names dialed it down. Both Jennifer Aniston and Gwyneth Paltrow were there whi…
